Abstract

An attractive tourist village is a village that has its uniqueness and characteristics, both from its natural beauty, and culture and also the potential of its human resources. The concept of a tourist village will have a positive impact on a village in preserving the nature and culture of the village and requires community participation so that the community itself has a high sense of ownership and feels the benefits of the existence of a tourist village. Tumbuk Tebing Village is a village that is starting to pioneer in making this area a tourist village, starting to explore the existing tourism potential and introducing it to the tourism industry. The management of a locally-based tourist village requires the concern and participation of the community itself always to innovate and be creative in developing their village area which is used as a tourist village. This community service is carried out by providing initial knowledge related to tourism villages, especially seeing the potential in the Tumbuk Tebing Village Area, South Bengkulu Regency, including beaches with white rocks, rice fields, habitat for white stork colonies, swamp birds, and a strong rural environment that can be packaged in the concept of Community-based Tourism, conducting question and answer discussions, and conducting surveys on attractions, accessibility, and existing facilities. This community service activity is expected to help Tumbuk Tebing Tourism Village, South Bengkulu Regency, in realizing becoming a tourist destination.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many changes in financial behavior, therefore financial intelligence is absolutely necessary for a student. Because, financial intelligence includes how a person manages their finances well, including expenses, investments, savings, and other financial aspects. This study aims to determine how much influence financial literacy, financial inclusion, and Financial Technology have on financial behavior and to determine how much Lifestyle moderates it in generation Z students at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 160 students in generation Z at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. Sampling techniques that use non-probability sampling techniques.. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the analysis show that partially Financial Technology, Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Conversely, Financial Inclusion does not have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. And Lifestyle as a moderating variable shows a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Inclusion and Financial Behavior. Meanwhile, Lifestyle as a moderating variable does not show a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Literacy and Financial Technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT Media Bengkulu Ekspress. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Seluruh karyawan PT Media Bengkulu Ekspress yang berjumlah 54 orang menjadi populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responden, dan data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Soft Skill dan Locus of control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, Hard Skill dan Komitmen Organisasi justru berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu, Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai p masing-masing di atas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Pelatihan Tim, Work Of Life Balanced, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Job Stress Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Pln (Persero) Penyaluran Dan Pusat Pengatur Beban (P3b) Sumatera Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Bengkulu. Teknik Pengambilan sampel yaitu jenuh/sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 62. Pendekatan teori dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel independen Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Pelatihan Tim, Work Of Life Balanced, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Job Stress simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Pln (Persero) Penyaluran Dan Pusat Pengatur Beban (P3b) Sumatera Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Bengkulu, variabel Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Pelatihan tim secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Work Of Life Balanced secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dan variabel Job Stress secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Influencer Credibility, Persuasive Communication Skills, Disclosure of Sponsorship and Brand Awareness have on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific Skincare Products Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City. The method in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. the data comes from the distribution of questionnaires (Google Form) which will be distributed online to consumers who have purchased Skintific Skincare Products Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City. The population of this study is consumers who have purchased Skintific Skincare Products Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City, researchers used the hair formula where 24 indicators x 5 = 120 respondents. This study uses a Likert scale, with SPSS 25 tools. The results of this study are; (1) Influencer credibility has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City, (2) Persuasive Communication Skills have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City, (3) Disclosure of Sponsorship has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City (4) Brand Awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City and (5) There is a simultaneous influence of the variables Influencer Credibility, Persuasive Communication Skills, Disclosure of Sponsorship and Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi, terutama pada perusahaan jasa outsourcing. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya jarang mengkaji secara terpadu pengaruh etika kerja, pengembangan karier, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan melibatkan loyalitas karyawan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan tersebut dengan menganalisis bagaimana loyalitas memperkuat atau melemahkan hubungan antarvariabel tersebut.Keunikan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan model terintegrasi yang menguji pengaruh langsung dan moderasi secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel jenuh, melibatkan 43 karyawan PT Narendra Dewa Yoga di Kota Bengkulu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika kerja, pengembangan karier, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, loyalitas terbukti memperkuat pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut, menegaskan perannya sebagai moderator yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam merancang strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang menekankan pentingnya etika, pengembangan karier, dan komitmen organisasi, serta mendorong loyalitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of employee engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy on job performance, with organizational culture acting as a moderating factor at PT. Agung Toyota in Bengkulu City. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory methodology, the study adopts PLS-SEMi(Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling)I and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis), with participation from 120 permanent employees. Data was obtained via online surveys and processed using the SmartPLS 4 software. Findings reveal that both self-esteem and organizational culture exert a significant effect on job performance. In contrast, employee engagement and self-efficacy show no notable influence on performance outcomes. Additionally, organizational culture does not significantly moderate the relationship between the three independent variables and performance, highlighting its limited moderating function. The research offers theoretical contributions to human resource development and provides practical suggestions for enhancing employee productivity by reinforcing individual psychological factors and cultivating a supportive workenvironment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh word of mouth, variasi produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 konsumen. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis koefisien korelasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, word of mouth, variasi produk dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, word of mouth, variasi produk dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

The stock market is a dynamic investment instrument where various micro-market factors influence stock price movements and the returns received by investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of trading frequency, trading volume, trading day, and market volatility on the stock returns of consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed, with the population comprising all consumer goods sector companies on the IDX and a purposive sample of 41 companies. Data were obtained from annual financial reports and analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS software. The results indicate that trading frequency and market volatility significantly affect stock returns, while trading volume and trading day do not have a significant impact. These findings confirm that trading frequency and volatility are critical indicators for stock investment decision-making. The implication is that investors and capital market players should consider these variables to develop more accurate and responsive investment strategies aligned with market dynamics.
