Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak pulau - pulau yang memiliki ciri khas masing -masing, mualai dari budaya, adat istiadat, rumah adat, dan lain sebagainya. Rumah adat itu sendiri memiliki keunikan dan perbedaan bentuk di setiap daerah. Dalam menggunakan Augmented reality bisa menghasilkan objek yang lebih nyata dan informasi yang didapat juga efisien. Banyak sesuatu hal yang bisa dugunakan mengguanakan Augmented Reality. Salah satunya menampilkan objek nyata dalam model 3D, augmented reality juga bisa dikembangkan lagi menjadi augmented reality multiple model yang bisa menambahkan objek tanpa generate. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan solusi untuk media pembelajran rumah adat menggunakan “Buku Saku Digital Untuk Rumah Adat Berbasis Augmented Reality”. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan minat anak-anak untuk belajar tentang rumah adat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a prediction model for the employment status of senior high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia using multifactor analysis involving academic performance, social environment, and society. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Random Forest algorithm to collect large amounts of data and provide specific predictions. The model predicts the employment status of SMK graduates by 76%, indicating good work performance. This study also found that significant community factors significantly affect the employment status of SMK graduates (36.5%), followed by social factors (35.2%) and academic factors (25.9%). This study encourages schools, parents, and the government to focus on holistic SMK education, such as collaboration between schools and industry, to improve the employment status of SMK graduates.

Abstract

The need for fast, stable, and affordable internet access is increasing along with the increasing dependence of society on information technology, especially in small business environments such as coffee shops and cafes. However, the operational costs of internet services are still a major challenge for micro-business owners. This study aims to design and implement a coin-based WiFi system that is independent, cost-effective, and easy to operate. This system integrates a coin sensor, microcontroller, and Raspberry Pi to detect coin denominations (Rp500 and Rp1000), automatically converts them into WiFi access duration, and records transactions in a local SQLite-based database. The web-based interface is built using Flask for ease of system administration and management. The research methods include literature studies, field observations, user interviews, and technical testing of sensor accuracy and network performance. Evaluations are carried out on download/upload speeds, latency, jitter, and packet loss to assess connection quality. The test results show that the system is able to detect coins with high accuracy and provide stable internet services according to the payment duration. The advantages of this system lie in its independence that does not depend on third-party applications, as well as its ability to be implemented in environments with technological and budget constraints. This system has the potential to be a viable alternative solution to expand internet access in the informal sector and drive digital transformation at the grassroots level.

Abstract

General Background: The digitization era requires educational institutions, including non-formal Islamic centers, to manage learning data systematically. Specific Background: TPQ Al-Amin still recorded student data, assessments, and reports manually on paper, creating risks of data loss and inefficiency. Knowledge Gap: Many TPQ institutions lack structured information systems to document student learning outcomes securely and accessibly. Aim: This study designed and implemented a web-based information system to manage student, teacher, and assessment data in TPQ using the waterfall development method and Laravel framework. Results: The system produced functional modules including login access, student data management, grade input, report generation, and recap features for administrators and teachers, supported by flowcharts, DFD, and use case diagrams. Novelty: The study provides a structured application of software engineering methods specifically tailored to a Qur’anic education center context. Implications: The system supports more organized documentation, faster data processing, and safer storage of student learning records for TPQ managers and parents. Highlights: Application of waterfall method for TPQ learning record management. Web system integrating student data, grades, and report generation. Abstract

Salah satu alat pendidikan yang mungkin dapat membantu guru dalam memperdalam pemahaman siswanya adalah media pembelajaran. Siswa akan dapat memperoleh ilmu dari guru dengan menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran. Teknologi yang dikenal sebagai augmented reality (AR) menggabungkan objek virtual dalam dua atau tiga dimensi dengan lingkungan sebenarnya, memproyeksikan atau menampilkan konten gabungan secara real time. Tidak seperti Virtual Reality (VR) yang sepenuhnya menggantikan kenyataan, tetapi Augmented Reality (AR) hanya melengkapi kenyataan. Penelitian ini menerapkan Augmented Reality dalam aplikasi pembelajaran matematika materi bangun ruang. Penerapan ini didasarkan atas menurunya minat belajar anak – anak khusunya pada mata pembelajaran matematika. penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran matematika berbasis android dengan Augmented Reality di materi bangun ruang serta menumbuhkan minat belajar untuk siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tools Blender dan Unity. Untuk SDK menggunakan EasyAR dan memiliki 8 bangun ruang. Sehingga aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa digunakan dengan efektif dan menarik minat belajar para siswa karena dapat membuat materi terkesan lebih menarik, interaktif, dan dapat dimainkan untuk menghindari kejenuhan siswa pada mata pembelajaran matematika khususnya materi bangun ruang.

Abstract

The myUMSIDA application supports academic activities at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, but student reviews reveal complaints about its services and facilities. Sentiment analysis is necessary to classify these reviews into positive or negative categories, providing insights to improve service quality.This study uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with a linear kernel, known for its high accuracy, combined with the TF-IDF feature extraction method to enhance text classification. A total of 1,300 reviews from 2023 were processed through labeling, preprocessing, transformation, and classification. Data were split into three scenarios: 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50 for training and testing. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score.The best results were achieved in the 70:30 scenario, with an accuracy of 86.92%, precision of 86.60%, recall of 84.72%, and F1-Score of 85.7%. This study highlights the effectiveness of SVM with a linear kernel and TF-IDF in analyzing sentiment, offering a basis for enhancing the myUMSIDA application's services.

Abstract

General Background: Project progress reporting is a critical component of construction management because project success is determined not only by completion time and final outcomes but also by continuous monitoring of work progress. Specific Background: PT. Albi Jaya Persada manages multiple construction projects, where project monitoring is constrained by distant project locations, delays in information delivery, difficulties in verifying field reports, and the accumulation of project documentation. Knowledge Gap: The existing monitoring process relied on manual reporting and communication methods that complicated verification, supervision, and decision-making activities. Aims: This study aimed to design and implement a web-based project progress monitoring system for PT. Albi Jaya Persada to support project supervision and reporting activities. Results: The developed system provides functionalities for project data management, sub-work monitoring, material tracking, progress documentation, complaint handling, and project supervision through dedicated interfaces for administrators, foremen, and directors. Black-box testing showed that all tested system functions operated according to the expected requirements and produced valid results. Novelty: The study introduces an integrated web-based monitoring platform that combines project progress reporting, material monitoring, documentation management, and communication of project constraints within a single system environment. Implications: The system supports directors in monitoring ongoing projects, reviewing project and material data, tracking work progress, and providing solutions to issues encountered during project execution.Highlights: Integrated platform supports project records, materials, documentation, and complaint management within one environment. Separate user interfaces were developed for administrators, foremen, and directors according to their responsibilities. Functional testing confirmed that all evaluated features operated as expected and produced valid outputs. Abstract

The growing popularity of mountain climbing among novice participants has been accompanied by an increased risk of accidents, largely attributable to inadequate understanding of safety procedures. Conventional safety induction methods—primarily verbal briefings and printed materials—lack interactivity and fail to adequately simulate real climbing conditions. While prior research has examined general safety education and conventional multimedia learning approaches, the application of markerless augmented reality (AR) as an interactive, mobile-based safety induction tool specifically designed for beginner mountain climbers remains underexplored . Accordingly, this study aims to develop and evaluate an Android-based markerless AR application to enhance pre-climbing safety induction for novice climbers.  The application was developed following the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), encompassing the stages of concept development, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. Functional performance was assessed using black-box testing, while feasibility was evaluated through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 20 beginner climbers.  Black-box testing confirmed that all system functionalities operated as intended. The feasibility evaluation yielded a score of 87%, indicating a good to very good level of acceptance among users. By integrating markerless AR technology into mobile-based safety induction, this study addresses a critical gap in outdoor safety training research. The findings demonstrate the feasibility and practical potential of immersive AR applications to enhance safety awareness and improve the effectiveness of preparatory training for beginner mountain climbers.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional industri, khususnya pada area Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Salah satu upaya penerapan K3 adalah memastikan kepatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) oleh operator. Namun, pengawasan secara manual memiliki keterbatasan dari segi efektivitas dan konsistensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi penggunaan APD secara otomatis menggunakan algoritma You Only Look Once versi 5 (YOLOv5). Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan dan pelabelan data, praproses data, pelatihan model, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan citra dan gambar yang diperoleh dari rekaman CCTV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik diperoleh pada skenario dengan resolusi 416, batch size 16 dan 120 epoch, dengan nilai mAP sebesar 89.02%. Sistem mampu mendeteksi objek APD seperti helm dan sepatu keselamatan dengan akurasi tinggi, namun mengalami penurunan performa pada objek berukuran kecil seperti masker dan sarung tangan, terutama pada kondisi pencahayaan rendah dan oklusi. Secara keseluruhan, sistem yang dikembangkan berpotensi mendukung pengawasan penggunaan APD secara real-time di lingkungan IPAL.
