Abstract

The current condition of the COVID-19 pandemic affects health, especially for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas in performing self-care management. One of the impact conditions is mental health problems. The study aims were to describe the stress level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas during the COVID-19 pandemic in performing self-care management. This was quantitative descriptive research with a survey approach. The sample of this study was the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas amounted to 149 respondents which were taken by the accidental sampling. The location of the research was carried out in three areas of Primary Health Care at Malang Regency. The measuring instrument used is the Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS). The research found the stress level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were in the medium category (77.9%). The stress level based on indicators due to the emotional burden is a medium category (71.1%), due to health workers is a medium category (59.7%), due to treatment is a medium category (51%) and due to interpersonal relationships is a medium category (59.1%). Concluded that the stress level category for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas during the pandemic in performing self-care management is in the medium category.

Abstract

AbstrakHipertensi merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian nomor satu di dunia. Prevalensi hipertensi mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun seiring dengan bertambahnya umur, tingkat pendidikan, status tidak bekerja dan tingkat pengeluaran per kapita yang tinggi. Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia dengan jumlah penderita hipertensi yang menduduki peringkat pertama. Penyelesaian masalah hipertensi di Kabupaten Malang sampai saat ini belum memenuhi target 100%. Capaian cakupan terendah di Kecamatan Bantur berada di Desa Bantur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh family centered empowerment model terhadap perubahan perilaku keluarga miskin dalam mencegah hipertensi pada keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental research) dengan menggunakan rancangan non randomize control group pretest posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa p value pengetahuan 0,005, p value sikap sebesar 0,000, dan p value tindakan sebesar 0,001 (p value < 0,05). Intervensi family centered empowerment model dapat mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku keluarga sebagai bentuk modifikasi pendidikan kesehatan pada keluarga.  Kata kunci  : empowerment, keluarga, hipertensi  AbstractHypertension is one causes of death in the world. The prevalence of hypertension has increased every year along with increasing age, level of education, non-working status and high level of per capita expenditure. Malang District is one of the regions in Indonesia with the first number of hypertensive patients. Completion of hypertension problems in Malang District until now has not met the 100% target. The lowest coverage achievement in Bantur is in Bantur Village. This study aims to analyze the effect of a family centered empowerment model on changes in poor family behavior in preventing hypertension in families. This research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi experimental research) using non randomized design control group pretest posttest. The results showed that p value knowledge was 0.005, p value attitude was 0.000, and p value of action was 0.001 (p value <0.05). Abstract

AbstrakUsaha Kesehatan Sekolah Jiwa (UKSJ) merupakan suatu layanan kesehatan jiwa berbasis sekolah. Program UKSJ terdiri dari pengkajian terjadi tanda gejala gangguan jiwa, pendidikan kesehatan dan yang terakhir empowerment. Tujuan dari UKSJ iyalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa tentang gangguan jiwa. TujuanMenganalisis pengaruh UKSJ terhadap efikasi diri dalam mencari bantuan tanda gejala psikosis awal. Metode Penelitiananalisis eksperimen dengan pendekatan quasi experiment dan tekhnik total sampling pada siswa SMK di Bantur dengan menggunakan kuesioner General self efficacy (GSE). Hasilanalisis uji t berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna pada kelompok intervensi nilai (p=0.000) dan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada kelompok control (pedidikan kesehatan dengan leaflet) dengan nilai (p=0.805).Kesimpulan Terdapat pengaruh Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah Jiwa (UKSJ) terhadap efikasi diri remaja dalam mencari bantuan tanda gejala psikosis awal dan tidak terdapat penegaruh pada kelompok kontrol.Kata Kunci :Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah Jiwa, pengetahuan, mencari bantuan, tanda gejala psikosis awal.  AbstractSchool Mental Health (SMH) is a school-based mental health service. The School Mental Health program consists of assessing mental symptoms, health education and empowerment at the school. The purpose of SMH is to improve students' knowledge and behavior about mental disorders. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of SMH on Self efficacy in help seeking for adolescents with the symptoms of early psychosis. Research Methods is:  Analytical experiments with a quasi-experimental approach and sample techniques by using total sampling at 108 the students of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bantur Malang. The instruments using General Self Efficacy (GSE). The results of paired T test analysis showed an influence on the intervention group (School Mental Health) value (p = 0.000) and no influence on the control group (leaflet health education) with a value (p = 0, 805). Conclusion:  There is an effect of School Mental Health on Self efficacy in help seeking in adolescents with early psychosis symptoms of and there is no effect on the control group.    Keywords : School Mental Health, self efficacy, help seeking, early psychosis symptoms

Abstract

AbstrakStigma merupakan label negatif yang melekat pada diri seseorang yang diberikan oleh masyarakat dan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar. Psikoedukasi dapat menjadi salah satu terapi yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis  pengaruh psikoedukasi  terhadap tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang stigma gangguan jiwa diKecamatan Bululawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental research dengan rancangan Non-Randomize Control Group dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 resonden. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t dependent. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner Knowledge About Mental Illness. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Kelompok psikoedukasi keluarga (2,66) dan kelompok kontrol (0,222) memiliki nilai selilsih perbedaan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang stigma gangguan jiwa di masyarakat Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh pada kelompok psikoedukasi keluarga (p<0,05) dan tidak terdapat pengaruh pada kelompok kontrol (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Ada pengaruh psikoedukasi terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat tentang stigma gangguan jiwa. Kata kunci  : psikoedukasi, pengetahuan, stigma gangguan jiwa  Abstract Stigma is a negative label attached to someone that  is given by the community and influenced by the surrounding. Abstract

Sekitar 42% dari 150 orang penderita gangguan bipolar di Indonesia mengeluhkan sulitnya mendapatkan obat yang biasa dikonsumsi saat pandemi Covid-19 dan kurangnya literasi kesehatan tentang obat yang memberikan efek yang sama dengan obat yang biasa mereka konsumsi sehingga tidak ada opsi lain jika orang dengan gangguan bipolar tidak mendapatkan obat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita bipolar dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). Hasil dari indikator kepatuhan obat didapatkan sebanyak 12% memiliki sipak kepatuhn obat yang tinggi dan sebanyak 88% memiliki sipak kepatuhan obat yang rendah. Didapatkan juga sikap keputusan persepsi obat tinggi sebesar 4% dan sikap keputusan persepsi obat rendah sebesar 96%. Didapatkan data persepsi efek samping obat rendah sebesar 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan rendahnya kepatuhan obat pada penderita gangguan bipolar dimasa pandemic Covid-19 ini

Abstract

There is anxiety and fear of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic in conducting self-care interventions. This study aims to describe the intervention carried out by type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in self-care management in rural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive with a survey approach. The sample of this study was 149 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rural areas selected by accidental sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the Summary Diabetes Self care (SDSC) questionnaire. The research was carried out in three areas of public health centers in Malang Regency. The results showed that the level of self-care intervention for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in rural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic was less (55%). While the level of self-care management intervention at the level of dietary patterns in the good category (53.7%), physical activity and exercise patterns in the less category (53.7%), blood sugar examination in the less category (50.3%), medication in the less category (83.2%) and self-care in the less category (51%). Furthermore, it was concluded that the description of self-care management interventions for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in rural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the less category.Keywords: type 2 diabetes mellitus; self care; pandemic ABSTRAK Ada kecemasan dan ketakutan pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di wilayah pedesaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dalam melakukan intrevensi perawatan diri. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran intervensi yang dilakukan oleh pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dalam melakukan manajemen perawatan diri di wilayah pedesaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adaah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 149 pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di wilayah pedesaan yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Summary Diabetes Self care (SDSC). Penelitian dilaksanakan di tiga wilayah puskesmas di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat intervensi perawatan diri pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di wilayah pedesaan pada masa pandemi Covid-9 adalah kurang (55%). Sedangkan tingkat intervensi manajemen perawatan diri pada tingkatan pola diet dalam kategori baik (53,7%), pola aktivitas fisik dan olahraga dalam kategori kurang (53,7%), pemeriksaan gula darah dalam kategori kurang (50,3%), pengobatan dalam kategori kurang (83,2%) serta perawatan diri dalam kategori kurang (51%). Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa gambaran intervensi manajemen perawatan diri pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di wilayah pedesaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dalam kategori kurang.Kata kunci: diabetes mellitus tipe 2; perawatan diri; pandemi

Abstract

Help seeking behavior is an activity carried out by someone consciously to get help regarding the problem at hand. Help seeking behavior is part of a form of problem-solving strategy or coping strategy. Not a few people, especially Generation Z, have not received assistance properly and correctly in dealing with their problems because it is caused by several factors. Generation Z or the so-called net generation is a generation that tends to be active, meaning that this generation is easy to learn and practice something they want to learn. The General Help Seeking Questionnaire (GHSQ) is a questionnaire used to measure a person's behavior in help seeking. The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the GHSQ with the aim that the questionnaire could be used by Generation Z and the Madurese community in measuring a person's intention to seek help. This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach on 100 samples of Generation Z in the Madura Tribe. The results of the validity test for 100 samples of Generation Z in the Madurese showed that the GHSQ questionnaire consisting of 10 question items was declared valid with a calculated r value of <0.2072 and the reliability test results obtained a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.840. So based on these results it can be concluded that the GHSQ questionnaire is valid and reliable to be used in measuring the behavior of seeking help in generation Z in the Madurese.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegawatdaruratan fisik dan psikiatri merupakan respon utama terhadap gangguan pada tubuh, fisik dan emosional yang memerlukan intervensi atau pengobatan terapeutik segera. Kedaruratan fisik dan psikiatri dapat terjadi di rumah, jalan, tempat kerja, rumah sakit, atau bahkan di unit gawat darurat. Keadaan darurat yang sering terjadi di area pre hospital antara lain: tersedak, kejang demam, luka bakar dan jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental seseorang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa kesehatan indonesia mengatasi kegawatdaruratan fisik dan psikiatri pada area pre hospital melalui edukasi respon kegawatdaruratan fisik dan psikiatri yang diberikan. Target capaian dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa kesehatan Indonesia tentang cara merespon kegawatdaruratan fisik dan psikiatri pada area pre hospital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 April 2021, dengan sasaran sebanyak 80 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa kesehatan di Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan edukasi peserta secara keseluruhan (80 orang) mengetahui cara merespon kegawatdaruratan fisik dan psikiatri pada area pre hospital dan akan menerapkan ilmu yang didapatkan. Semua peserta merasa bersemangat mengikuti pemberian edukasi yang diberikan.                                                                    Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Kegawatdaruratan, Pre Hospital  ABSTRACT Physical and psychiatric emergency are the main respons to disturbance in the body, physical and emotional that require immediate therapeutic intervention or treatment. Physical and psychiatric emergency can occur in homes, roads, workplaces, hospitals, or even in the emergency unit. Emergency that often occur in the pre-hospital area include: choking, febrile seizures,  burns and if it not handled properly will have an impact on a person's mental health.This activity aims to help health students in indonesia cope with physical and psychiatric emergency in the pre hospital area through education on physical and psychiatric emergency responses. The target achievement in this activity is to increasing the knowledge of the health students in indonesia about how to respond to physical and psychiatric emergency in the pre hospital area. Community service activities were carried out on 24th April, 2021, with a target of 80 participants consisting of health students in Indonesia. After conducting education activities, al participants(80 partcipnts) will know how to respond to physical and psychiatric emergency in the pre hospital area and will apply the knowledge gained. Abstract

ABSTRAK Bencana alam tidak hanya menimbulkan korban fisik, akan tetapi berdampak juga pada gangguan pisikologis dan trauma yang mendalam. Hilangnya harta benda dan nyawa dari orang-orang yang dicintainya, membuat membuat sebagian korban mengalami stress dan gangguan kejiwaan. Mitigasi dan kesiapsigaan merupakan salah satu tahapan yang sangat vital dalam manajemen Bencana. Undang-undang No. 24 Tahun 2007 tentang penanggulangan bencana mengamanatkan untuk melakukan upaya penanggulangan bencana secara tepat, cepat, berdasarkan prioritas, koordinasi, keterpaduan, berdaya guna, berhasil guna, transparansi, akuntabilitas, kemitraan dan pemberdayaan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah  meningkatkan peran mahasiswa siaga bencana dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana di Indonesia. Metode kegiatan zoominar dilakukan oleh mahasiswa PERWAGANA STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu secara daring menggunakan aplikasi zoom pada tanggal 15 April 2022. Terdapat 3 sesi dalam kegiatan yaitu Sesi pertama pembukaan acara yang dibuka oleh pembawa acara, dilanjutkan sesi  kedua dengan pemaparan materi, dan sesi ketiga yaitu kesimpulan secara umum oleh moderator dan penutup oleh pihak penyelenggara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Kesimpulan, setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi zoominar kepada mahasiswa, maka peingkatan kesiapsiagaan dan kewaspadaan tentang bencana dapat di serap dengan baik sehingga mahasiswa akan mampu menjadi dan siap menjadi generasi yang siap tanggap dalam kegawatdaruratan dan bencana.        Kata Kunci: Bencana, Kesiapsiagaan, Mahasiswa Perawat    ABSTRACT Natural disasters do not only cause physical casualties, but also have an impact on psychological disorders and deep trauma. The loss of property and lives of loved ones has made some victims experience stress and mental disorders. Mitigation and preparedness are one of the most vital stages in disaster management. Law No. 24 of 2007 concerning disaster management mandates to carry out disaster management efforts appropriately, quickly, based on priorities, coordination, integration, efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, partnership and empowerment. The puprpose of this activity is to increase the role of disaster preparedness students in disaster management efforts in Indonesia. The zoominar activity was carried out by PERWAGANA STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu students online using the zoom application on April 15, 2022. There were 3 sessions in the activity, namely the first session opening the event which was opened by the presenter, followed by the second session with material presentation, and the third session is a general conclusion by the moderator and closing by the organizers. After conducting online health education using the Zoominar application to students, the increased preparedness and vigilance about disasters can be well absorbed so that students will be able to become and be ready to become a generation that is ready to respond in emergencies and disasters. Keywords: Disaster, Preparedness, Nursing Students

The pre-disaster phase must be strengthened with preparedness for students at school. At this time psychological disaster preparedness is also very important. This form of intervention focuses on preventing mental health problems before a disaster occurs. The purpose of this study was to identify the psychological flood preparedness intervention for students in the school environment. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive design with a survey approach. The population is high school students/equivalent with statified random sampling technique. the number of samples in this study were 80 respondents. The research site is in the city of Batu, East Java. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Psychological Preparedness for Disaster Threat Scale (PPDTS) questionnaire which has been translated into Indonesian. The results of psychological preparedness for flood disasters among students in the school environment with indicator 1 being in the medium category (56%), on indicator 2 with the medium category (71%), indicator 3 with the medium category (75%) and indicator 4 with the high category (48 %). The conclusion of the psychological preparedness of flood disasters in students in the school environment is the moderate category on the indicators of Knowledge and management of external environmental situations, emotional management and environmental response and social environmental management. As well as indicators with high categories are Anticipatory Coping with emotional responses
