Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta penyebaran narkoba yang juga telah menjangkau hampir seluruh lapisan masyarakat di seluruh wilayah Indonesia menyebabkan daerah-daerah yang sebelumnya tidak tersentuh peredaran narkoba lambat laun berubah menjadi pusat peredaran narkoba. Demikian pula anak-anak yang awalnya jahil akan barang haram tersebut telah berubah menjadi pecandu yang kecanduannya sulit untuk dilepaskan. Berdasarkan observasi awal di beberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Kampar, diduga beberapa desa sudah mulai tersentuh narkoba, salah satunya Desa Pulau Birandang yang terletak di Kabupaten Kampar. Yang sangat meresahkan masyarakat adalah peredaran narkoba yang sudah sampai ke pedesaan hampir menghancurkan potensi masyarakat, terutama generasi muda. Kepedulian pemerintah desa tersebut menjadi motivasi bagi tim pengabdi untuk melakukan berbagai upaya yang dapat membantu pemerintah desa dalam meminimalisir permasalahan narkoba yang dihadapi masyarakat desa. Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat merasa perlu melakukan upaya penguatan peran serta masyarakat di Desa Pulau Birandang berupa penyuluhan hukum dengan harapan dari kegiatan ini masyarakat Desa Pulau Birandang sadar akan bahaya dan akibat hukum dari penyalahgunaan narkoba dan memiliki komitmen bersama sebagai kekuatan dalam mewujudkan desa bebas narkoba.

Abstract

This research uses the chunking technique to enhance students' reading comprehension of explanation texts. The study was performed as Classroom Action Research (CAR) with eleventh-grade students from a high school in Jember. It was done in two stages following the Kemmis and McTaggart approach, which includes planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. During the first stage, students learned the chunking technique through individual tasks. Results indicated that their reading comprehension had improved, as shown by a rise in average scores from 53.6 in the pre-test to 69.2 in the post-test. Still, some students found it hard to utilize the technique independently. In the second stage, cooperative learning and the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach were introduced to boost involvement and understanding. Students were grouped based on their skills and worked on explanation texts suited to their level. Consequently, the average score rose to 82.2. The results suggest that the chunking technique significantly enhances students' understanding of explanation texts, especially when paired with collaborative and differentiated teaching. It also encourages greater participation and self-assurance. This study concludes that chunking is an effective method for teaching reading, especially when adjusted to fit students' requirements and enhanced by organized group activities.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tantangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era digital, strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut, serta peran pemerintah dan institusi pendidikan. Era digital menuntut SDM untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan menghadapi perubahan dengan cepat. Organisasi perlu menyediakan pelatihan, pengembangan berkelanjutan, serta menciptakan iklim kerja yang mendukung inovasi. Di sisi lain, pemerintah dan institusi pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung peningkatan kompetensi SDM. Penelitian ini didukung oleh analisis literatur dari 8 artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi strategi implementasi yang berbasis hasil penelitian terkini.

Abstract

Women entrepreneurs play a crucial role in strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and contributing to economic growth, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia. Despite their increasing participation, women entrepreneurs continue to face various challenges, including gender discrimination, limited access to resources, and insufficient structural support. In this context, networking emerges as a strategic factor that supports women’s entrepreneurial success by facilitating access to information, resources, collaboration, and emotional support. This study aims to systematically examine the role of networking in supporting women entrepreneurs through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Academic articles published between 2015 and 2025 were collected from reputable databases, including Google Scholar and PubMed, using keywords related to women entrepreneurship and networking. A total of 13 relevant journal articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify key patterns and contributions. The findings indicate that networking functions not only as economic capital but also as social and psychological capital that enhances women entrepreneurs’ confidence, resilience, and competitiveness. Strong social networks enable women entrepreneurs to access business opportunities, expand markets, share knowledge, and overcome gender-based barriers. Furthermore, community-based and organizational networks play an important role in fostering collaboration, mentorship, and policy advocacy. This study highlights the importance of strengthening inclusive and sustainable networking programs to support women entrepreneurs. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and women entrepreneurs in designing effective strategies to enhance entrepreneurial success and promote gender-inclusive economic development.

Abstract

Trend halal lifestyle yang sedang berkembang pesat saat ini, telah mendorong meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk-produk hala, termasuk diantaranya yaitu fashion muslimah seperti hijab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek (brand image) Hijab daffi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Via Collection Pujer Bondowoso. Dalam konteks persaingan bisnis fashion muslimah yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman untuh memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan menjadi sangat penting, dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan kinerja penjuaalan. Penelitian ini menggunaka pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS, sampel berjumlah 104 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

School bullying significantly undermines children's psychological well-being, academic achievement, and school safety in Indonesian primary education. Although proactive school counseling and collaborative leadership are recognized individually in bullying prevention research, their integrated structural relationships remain understudied. This study uniquely examines how these constructs jointly relate to anti-bullying policy effectiveness, addressing Indonesia's Permendikbudristek Number 46 of 2023. Purpose of this study is to examine the associations between proactive counseling management, collaborative school leadership, and anti-bullying policy effectiveness, with school climate as a mediating pathway. Method: Quantitative explanatory survey employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Sample and Data Collection: 100 respondents (elementary teachers, school counselors, school principals) from elementary schools in Magelang Regency, obtained through purposive sampling. Data collected via standardized Likert-scale questionnaires. Results: Proactive counseling management (comprising systematic counseling services, prevention-based counseling, and teacher-counselor engagement; all loadings >0.79) was associated with anti-bullying policy effectiveness (direct effect = 0.369, p < 0.001). Collaborative school leadership (joint decision-making, counselor support, open communication; loadings ≥0.806) showed stronger associations (direct effect = 0.590, p < 0.001). Both constructs jointly related to policy effectiveness through direct pathways and school climate mediation, explaining 72% of variance (R² = 0.72). Implications: School leaders should establish formalized collaborative decision-making forums and transparent communication systems. School counselors should document services systematically and demonstrate evidence-based program impacts. System administrators should develop integrated professional development combining leadership and counseling competencies, with accountability measures recognizing both contributions.
