Abstract

Boyolali Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province that has a lake/ reservoir as a water tourism site. Cengklik Reservoir has 37 tour boats that operate around the Cengklik Reservoir. The purpose of this research was to determined the berthing facilities needed at the reservoir and determined the type of pier that used at Cengklik Reservoir. This study was conducted from February to May 2024 by obtaining data on the characteristics of the data, reservoir water elevation data, water level data, and ship passenger productivity data. This study used several methods to solve existing problems, namely analyzing the need for docking facilities, analyzing the type of dock needed, analyzing the type of fender and bolder and analyzing the number of fenders and bolder. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that the smoothness of passenger loading and unloading activities and the safety of passengers when boarding / disembarking the ship were influenced by berthing facilities that meet the requirements that are in accordance with the needs. The need for ship berthing facilities at Cengklik Reservoir is planned to ensure passenger safety by determining the type of mobile type pier with dimensions of 31, 46 meters long and 8, 58 meters wide with planned berthing facilities in the form of fenders with a total of 29 units and a distance of 1, 07 meters, bolder with a total of 14 units with a distance of 2, 33 meters.

Abstract

Perawatan Fresh water generator memanfaatkan panas yang diperoleh dari jacket cooling mesin induk, panas yang diperoleh dari water jacket cooling main engine cukup panas untuk mendidihkan air laut. Untuk mengoperasika fresh water generator diperlukan panas yang cukup dan stabil, panas tersebut didapat pada saat kapal sudah mencapai kecepatan penuh (full away) hal ini bertujuan agar suhu air jacket cooling mesin induk yang digunakan untuk pengoperasian fresh water generator tidak berubah ubah. Penurunan produksi air tawar dikarenakan beberapa faktor antara lain menurunnya tingkat kevakuman didalam evaporator, dengan penurunan mencapai 64 CmHg sedangkan seharusnya 76 CmHg, hanya mencapai atau mengalami penenurun mencapai 14,5%. Sehingga dibutuhkan pemeriksaan dan penggantian paking pada bagian-bagian yang bocor serta penggantian spare part pada bagian yang rusak Kebocoran pada paking karet antar plat flans akan menimbulkan penurunan tingkat kevakumannya dan ini akan mengakibatkan penurunan produksi air tawar yang dihasilkan oleh FWG, unttuk itu segera dilakukan perbaikan dengan mengganti paking paking pada Flans atau paking pada pompa. Kurang pemahaman tentang PMS (Plan Maintenance System) perawatan fresh water generator Belum dilaksanakannya perawatan yang sesuai dengan buku petunjuk pengoperasian.

Abstract

The Merak Ferry Port is a major ferry transportation route in Indonesia, serving the Merak-Bakauheni crossing. Based on observations and analysis, several issues were identified related to the zoning system and vehicle traffic flow patterns in 2023, such as the combination of executive and regular vehicle lanes in a single service, limited parking capacity, and the presence of crossings between vehicles that hamper the smooth loading and unloading process. This study aims to analyze and compare the zoning system and traffic flow patterns at the Merak Ferry Port in 2023 and 2025 to evaluate the effectiveness of the changes made. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through field observation and analysis of official documents. The results indicate that changes to the 2025 zoning system, including the separation of executive and regular vehicle lanes and the addition of ready-to-load parking capacity, have a positive impact on the smooth flow of vehicles and the effectiveness of space management. Overall, these zoning changes have successfully improved the existing system and increased operational efficiency and service quality at the Merak Ferry Port.

Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state where all forms of citizen actions have legal consequences. Public law in Indonesia consists of criminal law and civil law. One of the criminal laws is murder. In the process of resolving cases of murder crimes, evidence is required. One of the evidence used is evidence of instructions. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of evidence as one of the judges' considerations in giving a decision. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with juridical-normative approach and literature study. The data used are secondary data taken from various literatures and scientific publications. The results showed that in several cases of murder in several District Courts, judges used evidence as a basis for consideration in giving criminal law decisions. Several District Courts in Indonesia that use evidence as a judge's consideration in making decisions include the Solok District Court, Padangsidimpuan District Court, Semarang District Court, and Simalungun District Court.
