Abstract

Roads are land transportation infrastructure that is very important in facilitating economic relations and other social activities. If road damage occurs, it will not only result in the obstruction of other economic and social activities but can also cause accidents for road users. The aim of this research is to explain the types of damage to the surface layer of flexible pavement and to find out the index value of the pavement condition index for Jalan Kreteg-Lebak Jaya based on the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method so that the results can be used in preparing road maintenance programs. The results of this research in segment 1 showed 4 types of damage, namely edge cracks, patches, holes, weathering, and loose granules, with a PCI value of 22, very poor pavement conditions using this type of treatment. reconstruction/recycling. In segment 2, there were 4 types of damage, namely edge cracks, patches, holes, weathering, and loose granules with a PCI value of 26 in poor pavement conditions using the type of reconstruction or recycling treatment. In segment 3, there were 3 types of damage: holes, slip cracks, weathering, and loose granules with a PCI value of 46. Fair pavement conditions using reconstruction or recycling treatment in segment 4, there were 4 types of damage, namely crocodile skin cracks, edge cracks, holes, weathering, and loose granules, with a PCI value of 29 for poor pavement conditions using the type of reconstruction or recycling treatment.

Abstract

Transportation infrastructure in the form of roads holds an important role in mass mobility. Sustainable usage combined with the increase in vehicle volume can lead to road damage, which eventually affects its construction condition and has implications for quality, comfort, safety, and traffic flow. Therefore, periodic analysis of road surface damage is crucial to determine whether the road is in good condition or requires repair and maintenance. Jalan Raya Ciherang in Bogor Regency is categorized as a busy district road, with a length of 2 km, serving as a secondary local road. The Surface Distress Index (SDI) and International Roughness Index (IRI) methods were used to assess the road surface condition. By comparing visual assessments and using the Roadroid application, the results were more effective in determining the level of damage and finding appropriate actions to solve the problem. The analysis showed that the average percentage of road damage using the SDI and IRI methods, the highest percentage of SDI values indicates a good condition at 50%, while the highest percentage of IRI values indicates a combination of good and fair conditions, both at 37.50%. Referring to the data on determining the type of road condition management from Bina Marga, 2011, it was necessary to perform routine maintenance. According to information from Kebina-Margaan, and Dinas Pekerjaan Umum 2007 regarding road service conditions, Jalan Raya Ciherang falls into the category of Mantap service condition.

Abstract

Transportation mode shift is a node that connects various public transportation into a network. If switching between these modes of transportation can be designed to be easier, faster, and more convenient, then the integration and flexibility of the network as a whole will increase. This study aims to evaluate, analyze and then plan the needs of modal integration facilities based on SPM. identify the condition of existing modal integration facilities at the current terminal, analyze the level of willingness, satisfaction and interest according to the perceptions of transport passengers towards the existing modal integration facilities at Baranangsiang Terminal, and obtain values from respondents on modal integration facilities that are needed or have not been fulfilled at Baranangsiang Terminal Bogor city. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that the Bogor City Baranangsiang Terminal from January to June 2023 has reached 13,490 passengers, which on average reaches 2,248 people per day. Based on the aspect of satisfaction seen from the willingness of respondents to fill out the questionnaire, it was found that the lowest level of satisfaction was pedestrian facilities, lighting, trash cans, the presence of bicycle lanes, disability lanes and signs in the terminal. This aspect of interest is considered very important for terminal users.

Abstract

The Bogor District Government plans to use Bus Rapid Transit as one of the modes of mass transportation which is expected to increase the attractiveness of public transportation so as to reduce the use of private vehicles as an effort to reduce the level of traffic congestion. Determining the location and number of bus stops has an important role in the use of mass public transportation. The purpose of this study is to get the number and location of bus stops that can meet the potential demand, as well as the number of fleets needed for the operation of Mass Public Transport. The method used in this research is the Department of Land Transportation equation analysis. In this study, the determination of the location and number of bus stops along the mass transit route corridor 5 Bogor Regency was carried out by identifying the location that caused the greatest generation and met the criteria for the location of bus stops. The selected location is then carried out a screening analysis which aims to get the number and location of bus stops that can meet the potential demand and can analyze the potential demand from each stopping point. The results of this analysis conclude that there are 17 selected stop locations along the route with an average potential demand of 1983.80 trips/hrs, and the number of fleets required is 10 units of vehicles.

Abstract

The mass public transportation system (SAUM) is one of the Bogor Regency Government's efforts to alleviate existing traffic congestion and provide people with alternative transportation options. Based on the study, six main corridors have been identified for development, one of which is Corridor 6, specifically from Ciawi to Cisarua. The purpose of this study is to determine the number and location of bus stops to meet potential demand and estimate the potential demand from each stop point. The analytical method used is the analytical descriptive research method of the Ministry of Land Transportation's equations. The results of the research that have been carried out have obtained 17 stopping points that can meet potential demand on the Corridor 6 route, with the locations of Ciawi Hospital Stop, Ciawi Gas Station Stop, Gadog Stop, Hermina Hospital Stop, Pasir Angin Stop, GPIB Nehemia Stop, Cibogo Gas Station Stop, SMK YMA Megamendung Stop, RM Ma Pirah Stop, Cimori Riverside Stop, Taman Wisata Matahari Stop, MAN 1 Cisarua Stop, Parama Hotel Stop, Cibulan Clinic Stop, Taman Safari Stop (RSPARU), Taman Safari 1 Stop, and SDN Cibeureum Stop.

Abstract

The research aims to manage parking facilities so that there are no more vehicles parking in the area outside the Pakuan Jaya Market Perumda market; therefore, vehicles that park in the area outside the Pakuan Jaya Market Perumda market parking facility are placed in the Pakuan Jaya Market Perumda parking facility area so as not to reduce the road capacity. In this study, using the SRP method of characteristics (Volume, Accumulation, Duration, Turnover, Index), the performance management of paid parking is examined. Data collection was carried out by the survey method, with a time of 12 hours and running for sixteen days, with the data taken being the data of vehicle entry and exit hours to determine the characteristics of parking. The results of this study comprise the calculation of characteristics, including the maximum parking cumulation of 199 vehicles, which occurred on Friday, 12 April 2024 with a vehicle volume of 176 vehicles, and the maximum parking duration for At noon on the peak day, Thursday 4 April 2024, for sixteen days, the highest turnover of motorcycle parking at Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya Bogor City was observed at 30.03%. The maximum parking index reached 33.96%, indicating that the parking performance was relatively poor. However, the motorcycle parking capacity at Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya Kota Bogor was sufficient to meet the existing parking demand due to the capacity of the existing parking spaces. This was indicated by the parking index, which is less than 100%.
