Abstract

Everyone is always faced with the fulfillment of unlimited needs. The purpose of this study is to examine the levels of human needs according to Abraham Maslow and maqasid sharia. A normative and sociological research methodology approach that bases analysis on social phenomena. The results of the observation of Abraham Maslow's theory are studied in the discipline of sharia. The concept of maqasid sharia places religion as a benchmark in order to save human souls. The levels of need in the sharia maqasid concept include hifdz addin (preservation of religion), hifdz al nafs (preservation of the soul), hifdz al mal (preservation of property), hifdz aql (preservation of reason), and hifdz al nasl (preservation of offspring). Abraham Maslow stated that someone who has achieved self-actualization is universal, will be able to uphold the values ??of goodness in dealing with others even though it is not religious. The concept of maqasid sharia views the achievement of human self-actualization as humans will tend to be more obedient to God and always do good to others

Abstract

This research wants to describe the influence of service quality and service user satisfaction at the Nashrul Ummah Islamic Hospital. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Service quality variables include Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4) and Satisfaction variables (Y). Data collection was done by distributing numbers to 50 respondents as service users. The research results show that service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Confidence (X3), Empathy (X4) has significant variables on Satisfaction (Y). This research also shows that the responsiveness variable is very dominant in its influence on satisfaction

Abstract

Smart Monitoring Sistem Panel Surya Berbasis Internet of Things berfungsi untuk memantau rumah secara otomatis dari jarak jauh dengan real time memanfaatkan smartphone android dengan database firebase untuk mengirim dan menerima data. Perancangan monitoring energi listrik berbasis Internet ini dirancang untuk mendapatkan informasi-informasi yang berhubungan dengan pengukuran energi listrik antara lain arus, daya, dan tegangan secara real time yang dapat diakses dari jaringan Internet kapan saja. Proses kerja monitoring ini dimulai dari pembacaan beban oleh sensor ZPEM-004T kemudian data dikirim oleh ESP32 ke web. Smart Monitoring ini mampu dan bisa beroperasi secara otomatis berdasarkan input yang kali ini ditangani oleh web. Untuk mendapatkan nilai energi listrik seperti tegangan, arus, daya, dan faktor daya mengunakan sensor ZPEM-004T dan untuk monitoring jarak jauh dengan menggunakan web. Hasil dari sistem monitoring ini adalah pengukuran dari setiap sensor yang diproses secara langsung dan ditampilkan pada web dan mantau performa tersebut secara jarak jauh atau melalui Internet. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan antara lain kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam seni menulis Arab di kelas. Kesulitan mereka sebab kurang percaya diri dalam praktik menulis serta merasa tidak mudah untuk focus dan jenuh. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh tim ini adalah mengajak siswa mengenal aplikasi Canva. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 16 orang peserta telah mampu memahami materi menulis Arab. Materi-materi yang disajikan melalui aplikasi Canva memiliki daya tarik dan seni yang baik.   This Community Service activity aims to overcome several problems, including the lack of students' ability in the art of Arabic writing in class. Their difficulties are due to their lack of confidence in writing practice and feeling that it is not easy to focus and get bored. One of the efforts that can be done by this team is to invite students to get to know the Canva application. Based on the results of the activity, it showed that as many as 16 participants were able to understand Arabic writing material. The materials presented through the Canva application have good appeal and artistry

Abstract

This community assistance activity aims to provide the importance of having personal skills (life skills for one's self, as well as providing skills in making meatballs for Sanan Drajat Lamongan students. This assistance was attended by 20 students who had graduated from SMK or Madrasah Aliayah level. Methods of implementation activities with training on making meatballs and providing material on the importance of having personal skills. Assistance activities are carried out from 2-4 June 2023. As a result of mentoring activities, students have an understanding of the benefits of self-skill education, have skills in making meatballs, are able to work in team work and open up more advanced self-knowledge in creating business opportunities.

Abstract

This community assistance activity aims to provide assistance to lecturers and academics in compiling scientific papers and journals using reference management applications. This service method is carried out with assistance and training using the Mendeley Desktop application. The activity was held on February 14 2021, attended by 40 lecturers. The results of the research show that using Mendeley is very helpful in the process of writing journals and scientific work. Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity and it is very important for the activity to be carried out.

Abstract

In general, children's growth is monitored through Posyandu activities. This Posyandu seeks to monitor the growth and development of children so they do not experience malnutrition or malnutrition. One of the main factors in the process of physical growth and development is nutrition. However, the problem facing Posyandu today is the infrastructure used, namely measurement tools that still use conventional tools. This certainly affects the efficiency of parents in monitoring the growth and development of children, therefore this study designed a nutritional detection system for infants. The working principle of this tool utilizes an ultrasonic sensor to determine the baby's length and a load cell sensor to determine the baby's weight. The data detected by the two sensors will be processed using the stm32 microcontroller. By using the nutritional z-score formula, it can be classified into several statuses based on child anthropometric standards. Processed data will be displayed on the LCD and then stored in the MySQL database to make it easier to read the measurement results. In this study the test was carried out 10 times with different respondents. The data obtained from testing the design tool is compared with the measurement results on conventional tools so that an error is obtained on the weight sensor (load cell) of 3.3% and a success rate of 96.7%, the average percentage error on the height sensor (ultrasonic ) of 0.3% and a success rate of 99.7%.

Abstract

Desa Lumpur merupakan desa di kabupaten Gresik dengan masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan sehingga identik dengan limbah ikan yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Sehingga menimbulkan bau tidak sedap, sarang lalat dan sumber penyakit, serta mencemari lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah alat yang dapat mengolah limbah ikan menjadi pakan ikan atau palet. Alat pengolah limbah ikan dilengkapi sensor flame detector untuk mendeteksi api, sensor suhu DS 18B20 untuk mendeteksi suhu pada tong, water valve electric untuk mengeluarkan air dari tong, gear box untuk menurunkan dan menaikkan tong, pencacah otomatis untuk menghancurkan limbah ikan, katup bahan dan load cell penimbang bahan otomatis, mixer pencampur bahan otomatis, dan pencetak otomatis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RND untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Proses yang dilakukan berdasarkan metode RND tersebut yaitu analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk dan validasi desain, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk dan ujicoba produk. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alat didapatkan hasil bahwa pada proses pemasakan, pencacah, penakar, pencampur, dan pencetak bekerja maksimal dengan persentase error 0,159% dan persentase keberhasilan 99,841%. Akan tetapi, pada ujicoba pertama menghasilkan output palet yang tidak sesuai dengan palet yang dijual di pasaran. Setelah dilakukan revisi produk dan ujicoba berdasarkan validasi berupa wawancara, maka didapatkan adonan palet yang kalis dan dapat dibentuk sehingga hasil palet sesuai dengan yang dijual di pasaran. Penelitian ini dapat mengelola limbah ikan menjadi pakan ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan menjadi nilai tambah bagi masyarakat serta tidak mencemari lingkungan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode RND pada penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan produk yang maksimal.

Abstract

In the modern era, robotic technology becomes essential for increasing efficiency and productivity in various sectors, including industry. One common robot application is the robot arm for pick-and-place tasks. This research aims to develop a robot arm with four degrees of freedom (DoF). The robot arm is designed to place glasses into packaging boxes. This research uses the principle of inverse kinematics and robot arm control software developed using Python programming language. The robot arm will be controlled using proximity sensors to read object distances or locations. The packaging process will be optimized through accurate and efficient movement planning from the conveyor to the cardboard position. Trial scenarios will be conducted to test the robot arm's ability to place glasses into packaging boxes with high accuracy. The trials were conducted 30 times within a 10-minute duration, achieving an accuracy of 99.9% for the x-y coordinates when the robotic arm picked up glasses. The accuracy of the robotic arm in placing glasses into the packaging box was 100% for the x-coordinate and 99.9% for the y-coordinate. The discrepancies in the robot's angular accuracy are attributed to inaccuracies in angle measurement, caused by uncertainties in determining the primary reference point of the stepper motor, which serves as the basis for its movement.Dalam era modernisasi, teknologi robotika menjadi esensial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri. Salah satu aplikasi yang umum digunakan adalah robot arm dalam tugas pick and place. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan robot arm dengan empat derajat kebebasan (DoF). Robot arm ini dirancang untuk menempatkan gelas ke dalam kotak pengemas. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip inverse kinematics dan software pengendali robot arm yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Robot arm akan dikendalikan dengan sensor proximity untuk membaca jarak atau letak objek. Proses pengemasan akan dioptimalkan melalui perencanaan gerakan pengambilan gelas dari konfeyor ke posisi kardus secaara akurat dan efisien. Skenario uji coba akan dilakukan dengan menguji kemampuan robot arm dalam menempatkan gelas ke dalam kotak pengemas dengan akurasi tinggi. Hasil uji coba dilakukan sebanyak 30 kali dalam waktu 10 menit menggunakan robot arm dalam mengambil gelas untuk koordinat x-y sebesar 99,9%. Tingkat akurasi robot arm dalam meletakkan gelas ke dalam kotak pengemas untuk koordinat x sebesar 100% sedangkan untuk koordinat y sebesar 99,9%. Perbedaan dalam keakuratan sudut robot terjadi karena ketidaktepatan dalam pengukuran sudut pada robot. Ketidaktepatan ini disebabkan oleh ketidakpastian dalam menentukan titik referensi utama dari motor stepper, yang berfungsi sebagai acuan untuk pergerakannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and implement an automatic acrylic carving and cutting tool using a microcontroller-based 3-axis CNC machine. Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is a machine technology that is operated automatically to support the demand for a product that has a complex shape and high accuracy. In general, the construction of a 3-axis CNC machine and its working system is synchronization between the computer and its mechanics. This tool has a work process by utilizing the G-Code method as a command on the machine to carry out engraving and cutting automatically. The G-code was obtained from a previously designed image and then converted using the Aspire 9.0 software. Engraving and cutting is done by sending the G-code file to the microcontroller via the Universal G-code Sender software, then the microcontroller sends a signal to drive the motor driver which then drives the stepper motor so that the actuator movement is generated according to the image in the G-code file. Simultaneously the spindle motor will be active to engrave or cut acrylic. In this study, a trial scenario was carried out to determine the precision and accuracy of the tool, namely by engraving and cutting flat shapes such as squares, circles, triangles and segments. The percentage of success generated from this tool is 97,08% to 100%. Furthermore, testing is carried out to make products in the form of engraving writing, logos and calligraphy. Apart from that, we also tested cutting letters and key chains. When the test is carried out, the accuracy level is 1mm.
