Abstract

This study aimed to determine Adaptive Governance in Capacity Building of Local Governments in Empowering Street Vendors (PKL). This study used descriptive qualitative. This type of research was qualitative. Data sources consisted of Primary data and Secondary data. The number of informants in this study were 7 (seven) people from 6 (six) agencies. The results of this study indicated that Adaptive Governance in the Capacity Development of Local Governments in Street Vendors Empowerment (PKL) had been running well as evidenced by the development of street vendors no longer using public roads to trade. Although there was little that needed to be addressed so that street vendors were satisfied with the results of government work. The influencing factor was the government providing a new location for street vendors to trade and no longer using public roads that disturbed road users.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the evaluation of the service system at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services in Pangkep Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative research methods. The informants in the study were 12 people. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness application of online-based service systems was quite effective from the aspect of achievement objectives and forms of implementation based on IKM each 6 months. But constrained on servers, networks, and community operations. Service system efficiency online-based was efficient in terms of cost and time. Responsiveness application of online-based service systems was good in terms of response and community satisfaction. The accuracy in application was correct from the aspect accuracy of purpose, while the aspect of accuracy of benefits, had not been maximized because some people had not been able to access services online.Keywords: Evaluation, Public Service, and One Stop Integrated Service.This study aimed to find out the evaluation of the service system at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services in Pangkep Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Empowering Family Welfare in handling stunting in Bontolebang Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research approach. The data collection techniques were obtained from observation, interviews with research informants as many as 12 people and documentation. The results showed that the PKK strategy in Bontolebang Village in the effort to deal with stunting had been carried out well based on the stages of the strategy process. The first stage is the formulation of strategies in the effort to deal with stunting by using institutional strategies and cross-sectoral approaches as well as strengthening Posyandu institutions. The second stage is the implementation of the strategy carried out in the form of the realization of programs such as the Germas, Gempita, and Gammara'na programs. The last stage is the evaluation stage of the PKK strategy in Bontolebang Village which includes reviewing the activities of internal and external factors that form the basis of the strategy. Internal factors are the utilization of existing resources, both human resources and facilities and infrastructure. As for external factors, namely the lack of allocation of funds issued by the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan responsivitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan pada kantor polisi Polsek Rappocini.Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. adapun sumber penilitian terdiri dari data primer yaitu wawancara mendalam. Informan berasal dari aparat kepolisian Polsek Rappocini serta masyarakat pengguna jalan sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari dokumentasi. Data penelitian dikumpul dengan observasi partisipasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian dilakukan pengabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi Teknik dan teriangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teori responsivitas menunjukkan bahwa Polsek Rappocini telah menunjukkan responsivitas yang baik dalam beberapa aspek, seperti kemampuan merespon dengan konsep 3S, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam menangani situasi, kecermatan dalam penanganan laporan dan baik dalam menangani keluhan oleh masyarakat. Namun, masih ditemukan keterlambatan dalam ketepatan waktu pelayanan, menandakan perlunya peningkatan efisiensi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of the implementation of building permitting servicesin the City of Parepare. This research uses descriptive qualitative with the research type isphenomenology by the guidance of Head of Public Works and Spatial, HeadDivision of Spatial Planning, Secretary of Sector, Section of Cutting and Staff and User of Service as our informants. Data Collection techniques is using observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showsthat the government of Pare-pare City has not been accountable in providing services to the service userwhich is based on compliance with procedures, low cost public services, complianceto responsive standards, times and public services. Therefore, it is necessary for the government  to  increases the transparency and accountability in the services, especially on the cost of serviceswhich the service users spend out. The long duration of the process of establishing a permit buildings are caused by the terms and mechanisms that impact on time forcomplete the required licensing process.They  express opinions set by the ministry in various variations but dominant said it was less effective and felt burdensome.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used  qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was 3 people. Data collection used l observation, interviews with a number of informants such as; the head of the agriculture department, the head of the farmer group and the community. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation, the method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara was good, this was proved by the existence of more advanced developments such as providing technology packages, conducting demonstrations or examples of the use of agricultural technology tools. In this case, farmers used to use traditional tools such as hoe, but now they used tractors. encouraging farmer groups to increase agricultural production, for example they chose superior seeds, subsidized fertilizers, as well as medicines so that the yields obtained  increased rapidly without any obstacles.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence public service quality variables have on the image of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sampling used the Accidental technique for variable X and variable Y, namely 100 samples. The research results show that the service quality variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.58% and the image variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.02%. Based on the results of linear regression, it shows that the service quality variable has an influence of 0.97 or 97% on image with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05 at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau di kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder dengan informan sebanyak 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data inetraktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi spesifik kota Makassar menjadi tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan di bidang Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar sebagai fungsi legislasi untuk mendorong penyusunan dan penetapan peraturan daerah terkait RTH sehingga perencanaan pengembangan RTH memiliki legalitas. memaksa. Luas ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di Makassar masih kurang dari 20%. Sebab, capaian saat ini baru sebesar 9,077% dari kebutuhan 30%. Rencananya akan disusun berdasarkan masterplan oleh pemerintah kota. Dimana dicanangkan pada tahun 2034 kota Makassar harus memiliki 30% ruang terbuka hijau. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup juga mempunyai kewnangan dalam mewujudkan Kota Makassar menjadi “Kota Layak Huni” dan “Kota Tangguh” sesuai dengan RPJMD. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar terus menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi terkait lainnya seperti Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan, Dinas Kehutanan, kepada rekan-rekan Satpol PP Makassar untuk melakukan penindakan di kawasan RTH jika terjadi pelanggaran yang mengganggu kenyamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in community empowerment at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The type of research used is qualitative, descriptive in nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the role of information and communication technology has been carried out optimally in empowering the community. In this case, the role of information technology and communication in terms of informational, organizational, social development, economic development, political participation and cultural identity can be said to be effective in conveying the information provided on the website. Although there are still some people who are sometimes still hampered by an unstable network. However, the information that has been provided is in accordance with what the community needs.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze the quality of motor vehicle testing services. This study used qualitative by using direct interviews with reated informants and qualitative discriptive research aimed to provide an overviewbased on phenomena and facts that occured. The results showed that the tangible dimension had not funny met thequality of service in terms of the provision of facilities and the cleanliness of the environment where the vehicle was tested. The dimensions of employee reliability in providing services were good by carrying out predetermined service standards and procedures. From the dimension of responsiveness, employees are responsive to the needs of the community in helping and providing services quickly, precisely, carefully. The service assurance dimension obtained y the community wasin acordance with the cost guarantee because it was in accordance with the cost guarantee because it was regulated in the Pangkep Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012, but the certainty of time was not certain, there wasa guarantee given regarding the procurement of vehicle test books and from the empathy dimension employess has shown good service quality with provide friendly, sincere, and non-discriminatory service.Keywords: Quality, Service, Vehicle Testing.
