Abstract

This study aimed to explain the Work Motivation of Officials Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) in  Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative research.  data collection techniques used  the instrument of interview, observation and literature study. The data were analyzed in an interactive manner continuously  until the data obtained was saturated. The Result of this study showed that the Employee Work Motivation of the Empowerment Service Women and Child Protection (DP3A) were good but still existed some employees who had low motivation in implementing task due to a lack of awareness in themselves to carry out the task as well as they should be. So that the employees work motivation  needs good social relations, creating an atmosphere good work, implemented a reward program, and provided deep tags work. Keywords: motivation, work, employees.

Abstract

The implementation of public service reforms through the Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy aims to simplify administrative processes and enhance service quality at the sub-district level. In Sape Sub-district, Bima Regency, the policy has been adopted to provide fast and integrated services. However, challenges such as poor communication, limited resources, and overlapping bureaucracy hinder its effectiveness. This study evaluates the PATEN policy's implementation in Sape Sub-district, focusing on communication, resources, personnel placement, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings aim to identify challenges and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and quality of public services at the sub-district level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on the quality of public services at the Rappocini District office. This study uses quantitative research methods as an effort to investigate the problem. The population in this study were all visitors and employees (State Civil Apparatus) at the Rappocini District office, totaling 54 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The results of the research conducted indicate that the performance of employees in the Rappocini District, especially the Rappocini District, can be said to be good, (2) The results of the research conducted indicate that the quality of service in the Rappocini District is good, (3) The results simple linear regression test, R2 test, and F test show that employee service performance has a significant influence on the quality of administrative services with a positive regression coefficient direction. Thus the results of testing for the hypothesis are accepted and mean that employee service performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services at the Rappocini District office. The results of the analysis of employee performance variables are in the good category with an average score of 211.8 and the variable analysis of the quality of public services is in the good category with an average score of 2.36. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows that employee performance variables have an effect of 5.29% on the quality of administrative services at the Rappocini Sub-District Office, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of the implementation of building permitting servicesin the City of Parepare. This research uses descriptive qualitative with the research type isphenomenology by the guidance of Head of Public Works and Spatial, HeadDivision of Spatial Planning, Secretary of Sector, Section of Cutting and Staff and User of Service as our informants. Data Collection techniques is using observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showsthat the government of Pare-pare City has not been accountable in providing services to the service userwhich is based on compliance with procedures, low cost public services, complianceto responsive standards, times and public services. Therefore, it is necessary for the government  to  increases the transparency and accountability in the services, especially on the cost of serviceswhich the service users spend out. The long duration of the process of establishing a permit buildings are caused by the terms and mechanisms that impact on time forcomplete the required licensing process.They  express opinions set by the ministry in various variations but dominant said it was less effective and felt burdensome.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Ethics of Public Service in the Mangalli Village Office, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). The results of the study show that service ethics based on rights agreements have been going well because they have served the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics. The service ethic, namely justice here, has been well implemented by serving the community in a friendly manner. Furthermore, loyalty in the form of special honorary employees remains loyal to the agency regardless of how much salary they receive. And for accountability, it has not been fully implemented properly where employees arrive late to the office and go home before the set hour and employees who are still on an honorary status do not come to the office every day, so the service does not go well.

Abstract

This study was to find out how the accountability of the Provincial Legislatives Council (DPRD)  in supervising local regulations regarding the Sungguminasa traditional market in Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative research method. Data was collected by  interviews, documentation, observation. Legitimacy was the acceptance of a decision by a leader that  according to the procedure that applied to society. Legitimacy was related to legal issues and the application of laws. It could be used as a measure of how the decision could  be accepted and its validity recognized by the community. The results of this study showed that DPRD supervision of traditional market was still not good enough with market conditions. It was still muddy and several abandoned stalls, no sanctions for swords selling on the side of the road and irregular parking arrangements.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of Somba Opu District employees in providing population administration services to the community. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods with an inductive approach. The technique for collecting data is by using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and data processing, it can be concluded that the performance of employees in providing services to the community in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province is quite good but not optimal because there are still problems in its implementation, namely in the quantity of work indicators, this is due to facilities that are already feasible to be renewed such as computers and networks that often have errors, indicators of community satisfaction related to people who do not understand service procedures, as well as problems related to staff shortages.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the priority is the use of village funds in community empowerment in Turatea Village. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, notes, reports, and official archives. The results of the research show 1) The Village Government of the Turatea office has allocated priorities for the Village fund budget with previous planning, so that the planning produces a program in the village of Turatea. 2) Implementation of the allocation of funds for the Turatea Village, Jeneponto Regency, is allocated in the administration of the Village government according to the existing fields in the Turatea Village government. 3) Arrangements are made in accordance with (SOP). 4) There is a form of reporting on the allocation of village budget funds to empower the Turatea Village community, amounting to IDR 211,500,000. 5). There is accountability from the Turatea Village Government which can be accessed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the government's strategy in empowering small and medium enterprises in North Luwu Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that in the process of empowering SMEs with indicators of goals, environment, direction, action and learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors, the government in Luwu Uara Regency has attempted to empower SMEs in North Luwu . With the aim of improving people's welfare as well as being the driving force of the national economy. Through internal and external environmental factors, namely cooperation and support between the government and business actors, the DP2KUKM government then provides direction, namely by conducting outreach among fellow policy implementing actors and between community policy implementers supported by financial institutions
