Abstract

The purpose of this study wad to find out how the performance of traffic police in the e-ticket socialization in the city of Makassar. This study  used  descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with the amount of information as many as 8 people. Data analysis techniques used  data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data used triangulation namely time triangulation, source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study could be seen that the performance of traffic police in socializing e-ticketing in the city of Makassar, in making policies that set  narrowing the bureaucracy and accelerating the process of public service. The implementation of this e-ticketing policy had several agencies involved including, the police, courts, prosecutors and banks that had their respective roles in providing maximum services to the public in the management of e-ticketing. But in its implementation it was still constrained by existing human resources and was still classified as less competent in utilizing existing technology. Keywords: Police Performance, E-Ticket Socialization

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the existence of Mccerang Manurung Custom and the  role of the Regional Government in the preservation of Maccerang Manurung Custom in Kaluppini Village, Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative with the type was qualitative descriptive research type with 8 informants. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, documentation. The results of this study indicated that the role of the government in terms of being the activator was not yet maximal in implementation because there was still much to be done by the government as well as having to start the process of implementing the agenda and not only from the community and from the village but all the people of Kaluppuni Village because it should be maximal in preserving maccerang manurung custom because it was a culture of local heritage, a picture of the customs of the people of South Sulawesi, especially the people of Enrekang district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the government's strategy in empowering small and medium enterprises in North Luwu Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that in the process of empowering SMEs with indicators of goals, environment, direction, action and learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors, the government in Luwu Uara Regency has attempted to empower SMEs in North Luwu . With the aim of improving people's welfare as well as being the driving force of the national economy. Through internal and external environmental factors, namely cooperation and support between the government and business actors, the DP2KUKM government then provides direction, namely by conducting outreach among fellow policy implementing actors and between community policy implementers supported by financial institutions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of implementing finger print attendance in employee discipline. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results of the research show that: (a) Achievement of the target in implementing finger print attendance has been achieved and has been proven to be effective, this can be seen from the research results and observations of researchers, namely increasing employee discipline from the level of attendance (b) The adaptability of office employees Tondong Tallasa sub-district head, in implementing finger print attendance, is already able and accustomed to doing finger prints (c) Job satisfaction in implementing the finger print attendance system at the Tondong Tallasa sub-district office, namely the impact on job satisfaction and motivating employees (d) Responsibilities of sub-district office employees Tondong Tallasa in carrying out the tasks given has increased,

Abstract

This study discussed  the Effectiveness of Supervision of the Center for Drug and Food Control in the Distribution of Dangerous Cosmetics in Makassar City. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the Makassar POM Center Supervision was in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used observation and interview techniques. The technique of validating data was triangulation based on the theory of Steers (1985) with indicators of Goal Achievement, Integration and Adaptation. The results showed that the supervision carried out by BPOM in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics in Makassar City was  quite effective. This seen from the indicators used, namely: 1) Achieving goals, BPOM had been effective in the process of achieving goals because the planned targets run well according to plan, 2) Integration, BPOM was able to provide socialization and training in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics, 3) Adaptation , it was effective because it could adapt to the time. Keywords: Effectiveness, Supervision, Circulation, Cosmetics

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the priority is the use of village funds in community empowerment in Turatea Village. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, notes, reports, and official archives. The results of the research show 1) The Village Government of the Turatea office has allocated priorities for the Village fund budget with previous planning, so that the planning produces a program in the village of Turatea. 2) Implementation of the allocation of funds for the Turatea Village, Jeneponto Regency, is allocated in the administration of the Village government according to the existing fields in the Turatea Village government. 3) Arrangements are made in accordance with (SOP). 4) There is a form of reporting on the allocation of village budget funds to empower the Turatea Village community, amounting to IDR 211,500,000. 5). There is accountability from the Turatea Village Government which can be accessed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of clean water in public water companies and what facktors influence the implementation of clean water supply. The research method used qualitative. The number of informants in this study was 4 people. The data collection techniques were observation, interview,documentation study. The results of the study found that the planning had been carried out well, but there were still a number of problems such as education and the organization’s activities regarding the duties and authority of each of the existing sections. But for communication between employees was still not good, because of the different duties and authorities so that communication was rarely done, directing activities had been carried out but there were still problems associated with socialization and routine meetings, supervision through two types of  prefentive  supervision and repressive supervision. Prevention of  prefention supervsion in the management of clean water was carried out by means of periodic monitoring with a network inspection. Whereas supervisory supervision for employees was carried out by giving directions or warnings to use personal protective equipment at work.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the Quick Response CodeIndonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment method on the Trans Mamminasata Bus inMakassar City. This research uses qualitative methods, with a qualitative descriptive researchtype where data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The research results show that (a) the accuracy of the program targets showsthat the use of QRIS is still less effective in targeting the general public and all users of TemanBus services. (b) socialization of the program, showing that it is almost effective because it isnot only carried out directly. (c) program objectives, indicating that payments via theIndonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) aim to make it easier for passengers. (d)program monitoring, showing that the monitoring carried out is almost effective but there arestill many people who do not know whether there is monitoring carried out by parties related toFriends of the Bus.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of Somba Opu District employees in providing population administration services to the community. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods with an inductive approach. The technique for collecting data is by using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and data processing, it can be concluded that the performance of employees in providing services to the community in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province is quite good but not optimal because there are still problems in its implementation, namely in the quantity of work indicators, this is due to facilities that are already feasible to be renewed such as computers and networks that often have errors, indicators of community satisfaction related to people who do not understand service procedures, as well as problems related to staff shortages.
