Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of daily non-permanent employees of the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. This study used a qualitative type with a phenomenological research l that emphasized the subjectivity of human life experiences. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study used triangulation of time sources and techniques to check the validity of the data. The data analysis used the component of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion . The data collection technique used the interview observation method and documentation. The results showed that the performance of daily non-permanent employees at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency which had not all indicators applied All indicators namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness and Responsibility even though it had been running according to the existing SOP in the office but there were still complaints of service by the community, especially l the teacher who had an interest in its services and its completion as well as office infrastructure.Keywords: Performance, Productivity, Responsiveness, Employees

Abstract

Research Objectives This study aims to study, discuss Public Service Accountability in Making Motorized Vehicle Number Signs (TNKB) at the SAMSAT Office in Makassar City. This type of research is a type of case study research to collect more on the aspects of the relationship between institutions in fostering street vendors with 4 informants. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, documentation. The results of research conducted at the SAMSAT Office Makassar City. in public service accountability, namely criteria, namely: Procedure, Cost, Duration, Responsiveness, Inhibiting and Supporting Factors. Based on the results of the study shows the accountability of Public Services in Making Motorized Vehicle Number Signs (TNKB) at the Makassar City SAMSAT Office is going well but there are still some that can be handled because the SAMSAT office in Makassar City in making vehicle number signs (TNKB) is accountable according to rules in SAMSAT Makassar City Office.

Abstract

The objectives of this research to determine the effect of transparency on service quality in Department of One Stop Integrated Investment Service and Manpower of Barru Regency. This study conducted quantitative with the survey type, the amount of sample was 58 respondents from the populations with random sampling (simple random sampling). Techniques of Data collection used observation and questionnaire with Likert scale, which has been tested one by one and met the requirements of validity and reliability. Techniques of Data analysis used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the effect of transparency on service quality in Department of One Stop Integrated Investment Service and Manpower of Barru Regency has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aimed to know Bureaucratic Ethics in the population and civil registry office of bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 2 peopleusing intervew techniques. The type of data used primary and secondary data, these two types of data could be obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques was a sace study research method. The result of this study showed that the service was still lacking and service ethnics still needed to be improved,  some people who did not care about  morality. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the Innovation of Hotline complaint services at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency General Hospitals. The research method used  qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. Data collection  technique were observation, interviews and documentation.Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while the validity of the data using source, method and time triggers. The results of this study showed that the Hotline complaint service innovation at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency General Hospitals was seen from five dimensions. In accordance with previous innovations and in accordance with operational service standards, the procedure for Hotline complaint depended on human resources. The possibility of trying Hotline complaint services could improve the quality of services. Ease of observing, Hotline complaint could be quickly followed up in providing criticism and suggestions.

Abstract

This study purposed  to describe the Responsibility of Immunization Services at Passitallu Public Health Center in the Perspective of Good Executive Governance in Selayar Islands Regency. The research approach used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were 8 people who were selected purposively. The data analysis technique used interactive miles model. The results of this study indicated that the responsibility for immunization services at the Passitallu Public Health Center in the perspective of Good Executive Governance through 3 stages, the first was having commitment to carry out responsibility and authority by having their respective responsibilities and the main duties and functions of each member in the health center in immunization services, the second was having a HR management policy. (Human resources) Management was carried out with each member given the responsibility in each village to carry out immunizations in each village, and the third was having a  policy of managing facilities and infrastructure that is adequate in terms of immunization equipment.Keywords: Responsibility for Immunization Services at Public Health Center

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) policy in electronic-based population services at the Civil Registry Office of Palopo City based on indicators of communication, resources, attitudes/dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research, to provide an overview of the population administration information system (SIAK). The data analysis technique used  data reduction, data presentation and conclusion . Then the data collection techniques used  observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicated that (a) communication between the head of the service and the employees (i) had been going well in terms of carrying out the duties and responsibilities given and carried out in accordance with the applicable rules; (b) the resources, tools/or facilities were sufficient but only needed to improve what was not yet available; (c) attitude/disposition, the community in accessing the system easily because of the friendly attitude built by employees; (d) bureaucratic structure, a stipulation in responding to an employee who worked, a provision that was applied by the service.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the influence of E-Government variable with employee discipline variables in the Office of Communication and Informatics, Tana Toraja Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sample  were 19 people and the sampling method used saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis in a simultaneous and racial way. The results of this study showed that the results of the calculation of the percentage indicator variable of employee discipline at the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Tana Toraja Regency were in a good category with an achievement level of 73.75% which in the interpretation continuum the score was in the 80-100 interval or the agree / good category. the most influential indicators, namely the regulatory discipline indicator of 76.5%, then the discipline of responsibility of 74.10%, while the time discipline indicator got an average value of 69.75%, there was an influence of the E-Government variable on discipline. Employees at the Office of Communication and Informatics, Tana Toraja Regency amounted to 29.96%, while the rest was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.Keywords: Effect of E-Government utilization, Employee Discipline

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the process of government coordination in the cultivation of swallow nests and also the government's efforts in coordinating the cultivation of swallow nests in Mangkutana District, East Luwu Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that government coordination in the cultivation of swallow nests in Mangkutana District, East Luwu Regency, namely: 1) Directing, the government had not been effective in the process of directing the community because regulations regarding swallow nests did not yet exist, 2) Integrating, the government sought to unify what was the needs of the cultivating community and the community around the building, 3) Coordinate, the coordination process had not been maximized due to coordination being an obstacle. 3 (three) government efforts in coordination, 1) Unity of Action, maximizing the data collection process to facilitate coordination, 2) Communication, government officials were committed to improving coordination with the sharing and consultation process, 3) Cooperation, carried out by Mangkutana District government officials and the community had run well. Keywords: Coordination, Government, wallet nest cultivation

Abstract

This research uses qualitative descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are the application of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) to support the implementation of financial reports for the Sinjai Regency Food Security Service which began to be implemented in 2019, which was an initiation from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. The Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is planning for the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) for the next year and from that planning it can contain financial planning that can be used by the financial treasurer which will later become a budget work plan document and a list of budget implementers, then this document will be used by the treasurer in implementation. financial reporting of the Sinjai Regency Food Security Service. With the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), it can be reported, informed effectively and efficiently in managing regional financial reports in a transparent and accountable manner and can speed up or make government work more effective.
