Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor desa bonto tangnga kecamatan uluere kabupaten bantaeng. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Bukti langsung (tangibles), kualitas pelayanan berupa sarana fisik perkantoran, komputerisasi administrasi, ruang tunggu 2) Kehandalan (reliability), kecermatan aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan serta penguasaan penggunaan alat bantunya sudah optimal. 3). Daya tanggap (responsiveness), terkait daya tanggap aparatur telah membantu dan menyediakan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat. 4) Jaminan (assurance), Aparatur mampu dan ramah serta sopan dalam meyakinkan masyarakat, dan juga Aparatur telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dimana mereka telah menetapkan jaminan tepat waktu dalam pelayanan. 5) Empati (emphaty), Aparatur telah mendahulukan kepentingan masyarakat dan menjadikannya sebagai prioritas utama

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in community empowerment at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The type of research used is qualitative, descriptive in nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the role of information and communication technology has been carried out optimally in empowering the community. In this case, the role of information technology and communication in terms of informational, organizational, social development, economic development, political participation and cultural identity can be said to be effective in conveying the information provided on the website. Although there are still some people who are sometimes still hampered by an unstable network. However, the information that has been provided is in accordance with what the community needs.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are the application of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) to support the implementation of financial reports for the Sinjai Regency Food Security Service which began to be implemented in 2019, which was an initiation from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. The Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is planning for the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) for the next year and from that planning it can contain financial planning that can be used by the financial treasurer which will later become a budget work plan document and a list of budget implementers, then this document will be used by the treasurer in implementation. financial reporting of the Sinjai Regency Food Security Service. With the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), it can be reported, informed effectively and efficiently in managing regional financial reports in a transparent and accountable manner and can speed up or make government work more effective.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the quality of service at the Makassar City One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) Office. The type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this research collected data using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the quality of motor vehicle tax services at the Makassar City SAMSAT office seen from five dimensions, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, is good. Makassar City SAMSAT has responded to taxpayer complaints when problems occur in the service process, has knowledge of the work they do and shows good cooperation in serving and being friendly and polite in providing services to taxpayers, they serve with a smile and speak good words so that taxpayers feel appreciated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan responsivitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan pada kantor polisi Polsek Rappocini.Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. adapun sumber penilitian terdiri dari data primer yaitu wawancara mendalam. Informan berasal dari aparat kepolisian Polsek Rappocini serta masyarakat pengguna jalan sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari dokumentasi. Data penelitian dikumpul dengan observasi partisipasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian dilakukan pengabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi Teknik dan teriangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teori responsivitas menunjukkan bahwa Polsek Rappocini telah menunjukkan responsivitas yang baik dalam beberapa aspek, seperti kemampuan merespon dengan konsep 3S, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam menangani situasi, kecermatan dalam penanganan laporan dan baik dalam menangani keluhan oleh masyarakat. Namun, masih ditemukan keterlambatan dalam ketepatan waktu pelayanan, menandakan perlunya peningkatan efisiensi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the Quick Response CodeIndonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment method on the Trans Mamminasata Bus inMakassar City. This research uses qualitative methods, with a qualitative descriptive researchtype where data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The research results show that (a) the accuracy of the program targets showsthat the use of QRIS is still less effective in targeting the general public and all users of TemanBus services. (b) socialization of the program, showing that it is almost effective because it isnot only carried out directly. (c) program objectives, indicating that payments via theIndonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) aim to make it easier for passengers. (d)program monitoring, showing that the monitoring carried out is almost effective but there arestill many people who do not know whether there is monitoring carried out by parties related toFriends of the Bus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of implementing finger print attendance in employee discipline. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results of the research show that: (a) Achievement of the target in implementing finger print attendance has been achieved and has been proven to be effective, this can be seen from the research results and observations of researchers, namely increasing employee discipline from the level of attendance (b) The adaptability of office employees Tondong Tallasa sub-district head, in implementing finger print attendance, is already able and accustomed to doing finger prints (c) Job satisfaction in implementing the finger print attendance system at the Tondong Tallasa sub-district office, namely the impact on job satisfaction and motivating employees (d) Responsibilities of sub-district office employees Tondong Tallasa in carrying out the tasks given has increased,

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence public service quality variables have on the image of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sampling used the Accidental technique for variable X and variable Y, namely 100 samples. The research results show that the service quality variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.58% and the image variable analysis is in the very good category with a value of 82.02%. Based on the results of linear regression, it shows that the service quality variable has an influence of 0.97 or 97% on image with a significance level of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05 at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak globalisasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan distribusi kekayaan di negara-negara berkembang. Melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai teori, temuan empiris, dan debat akademis terkait topik tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di sebagian besar negara berkembang, namun dampaknya tidak merata di antara negara-negara tersebut. Beberapa negara berhasil memanfaatkan peluang globalisasi untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, sementara negara lain masih terjebak dalam lingkaran kemiskinan dan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi. Distribusi kekayaan yang tidak merata juga menjadi masalah serius, dimana keuntungan ekonomi cenderung terkonsentrasi di tangan segelintir individu atau perusahaan. Implikasi kebijakan yang relevan termasuk peningkatan akses terhadap pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan, reformasi kebijakan perdagangan yang lebih adil dan inklusif, serta penguatan infrastruktur ekonomi. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kompleksitas hubungan antara globalisasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan distribusi kekayaan di negara-negara berkembang, serta memberikan landasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
