Abstract

HIGHLIGHTS- Biofloc technology with chitosan addition improved the growth performance of Penaeus monodon, increased floc volume and heterotrophic bacteria, and reduced Vibrio-like bacteria.- Biofloc technology with chitosan addition enhanced water quality and microbial community, supporting P. monodon growth.P. monodon in a biofloc system with chitosan had higher weight gain, growth rate, and survival rate. - The study provides insights for sustainable intensive shrimp farming using biofloc technology.- Findings contribute to improving productivity and maintaining environmental conditions in shrimp aquaculture. ABSTRACTPenaeus monodon farming failures are often found from Post Larva's initial distribution phase until harvest. High mortality rates of P. monodon post-larvae are often observed after stocking. A disease attack in the second month during the rearing period eventually causes failure in extensive ponds. The primary objective of this research was to investigate the impacts of adding chitosan on on the yield of P. monodon within a biofloc technology (BFT) culture system. The experiment was carried out in triplicate using three distinct treatment options. Post-larval P. monodon (PL-10) that were visually healthy and disease-free were obtained from a hatchery and then stocked at a density of 40 individuals per 100 liters. Shrimps, and fed a commercial diet four times daily for 40 days. A statistically significant difference was observed (p-value < 0.05) in weight gain (0.213-0.299 g), average daily growth (0.0054-0.0074 g/day), and specific growth rate (13.4-14.3 %/day) of shrimp were found among the treatments. The inclusion of chitosan in the biofloc system led to a prominent rise in floc volume and heterotrophic bacterial populations, while simultaneously reducing the number of Vibrio-like bacteria (VLB) colonies. No notable variations were noted in food conversion ratio (FCR), total length, survival rate, total nitrite-N, nitrate-N, and total ammonia nitrogen levels. Biofloc technology supplemented with chitosan is found to boost the growth rate of P. monodon by enhanced both water quality and the microorganisms present within it, according to the study.

Abstract

Education is a complex and dynamic process that aims to shape individuals with character and broad knowledge. In the educational process, teachers play a central role in guiding and leading students to achieve learning objectives. One of the important aspects of learning is the teacher's skill in opening and closing lessons. This skill is very important to attract students' attention, motivate them to learn, and help them understand the lesson material better. The Quran, as a guide for Muslims, has values that can be applied in various aspects of life, including in the field of education. Various openings and closings of Quranic surah contain psycho-didactic dimensions that can be applied to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to examine the psycho-didactic dimensions in various openings and closings of Quranic surah and their implementation in opening and closing lesson skills. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to find classifications of various openings and closings of Quranic surah and to analyze the psycho-didactic dimensions in various openings and closings of Quranic surah, while quantitative methods are used to analyze the implementation of psycho-didactic dimensions in opening and closing lesson skills. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that various openings and closings of the Quranic surah contain psycho-didactic dimensions, especially affective and psychomotor dimensions. The implementation of psycho-didactic dimensions in opening and closing lesson skills shows positive results. Students are more motivated and enthusiastic in participating in learning and have a better understanding of the lesson material. The psycho-didactic dimensions in various openings and closings of Quranic surah can be applied to improve the quality of learning. The implementation of psycho-didactic dimensions in opening and closing lesson skills has proven to be effective in increasing interest, motivation, and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Kediri is one of the areas in East Java that has fertile soil. No wonder if since the 19th century the Dutch people aggressively built the agricultural and plantation industries to develop the center of agriculture and plantations that exist there. Entering the 20th century marked by the development of economic development development in Kediri, emerged tramway modes founded by Kediri Stoomtram Maatschappij (KSM) in 1895. KSM is a tram transportation services company that transports the goods and passengers from one place to another. The tram line of KSM runs from Jombang to Pare and ends in Kediri. For goods transport services, KSM transported plantation and agricultural products from industries in Kediri and Jombang. For services of passenger transport, KSM provides passenger train service of 1st, 2nd and 3rd class, which in the end in 1920 the 1st class service is removed and leaving only 2nd and 3rd class services. KSM has an influence on social and economic aspects. Social aspect is in the form of human mobility and goods. As for the economic aspect, KSM is able to create jobs for indigenous people. In this study using historical research methods. The objectives of this research are 1) To analyze the economic development and transportation facilities in Kediri area before the establishment of KSM, 2) To analyze the development of Kediri Stoomtram Maatschappij in 1895 -1930, and 3) To analyze the impact of Kediri Stoomtram Maatschappij development on regional development Kediri. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the digital classroom learning management in SMP Negeri 1 Kedungpring. The research methodology in this article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources are informants, events, locations, and documents. Then check the validity of the data using credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability. The results of this study are 1) planning for digital classroom learning based on google workspace for education consists of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. 2) implementation of digital classroom learning based on Google workspace for education consists of creating an account with a school domain, activating an account, creating virtual classes, and carrying out digital classroom learning. Using the features of google classroom, google docs, google Sheets, Google Slides, google jaw board and google sites. 3). Evaluation of digital classroom learning based on Google Workspace for Education using a google form with a report that will be automatically sent to the email of the Principal, Head of Curriculum, and Subject Teachers.

Abstract

Kota Pekalongan dikenal sebagai kota batik, dan sebagai upaya pelestarian batik, pengenalan mengenai batik dimulai sejak pendidikan Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini juga di tunjang dengan hadirnya Museum Batik Pekalongan. Media pembelajaran interaktif Canting Ajaib hadir sebagai alternatif dalam pengenalan batik khususnya di Museum. Canting Ajaib hadir dengan nuansa keajaiban dan dunia khayalan, dimana akan memberikan nuansa baru dalam belajar tentang proses pembuatan batik Pekalongan. Selain itu juga terdapat materi alat dan bahan serta pengertian singkat dari batik. Canting Ajaib juga memiliki sebuah permainan tebak-tebakan yang akan mengasah kompetensi materi yang telah diakses sebelumnya. Dalam perancangannya Canting Ajaib telah melalui proses yang bertahap diantaranya: (1) Pra produksi, dimana pada tahap ini pencarian ide dan gagasan, analisis dan pengumpulan data dilakukan, (2) Produksi, tahap dimana proses memvisualisasikan data-data yang telah terkumpul menjadi aset, dan bahan yang dibutuhkan dalam perancangan multimedia interaktif Canting Ajaib, pengujian multimedia, serta konsultasi dengan dosen pembimbing, (3) Pasca Produksi, pembuatan media pendukung seperti merchandise, dan pameran karya. Perancangan proyek studi Canting Ajaib ini menghasilkan karya berupa multimedia interaktif Canting Ajaib yang menjadi sebuah media pengenalan dan pembelajaran mengenai proses pembuatan Batik Pekalongan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan vokasional masyarakat dan memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal. Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat akan keterampilan teknis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja, mengingat sebagian besar penduduk setempat bekerja pada sektor informal dengan tingkat pendapatan yang fluktuatif. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi empat tahap utama, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, penyampaian materi teori, praktik langsung pengelasan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Pelatihan diberikan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dan metode praktik (learning by doing), sehingga peserta dapat menguasai keterampilan teknis pengelasan secara efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan mesin las, melaksanakan teknik penyambungan logam, dan menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3). Selain peningkatan kompetensi teknis, program ini juga mampu menumbuhkan motivasi peserta untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan yang diperoleh sebagai peluang usaha mandiri, ditandai dengan munculnya rencana pembukaan usaha bengkel las rumahan dan penerimaan pekerjaan las sederhana di lingkungan sekitar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mengurangi pengangguran, meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan teknik pengelasan ini menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis keterampilan yang layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan direplikasi pada bidang vokasional lainnya sebagai langkah memperkuat pembangunan desa mandiri dan berdaya saing.
