Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Since March 2020 the spread of the Corona virus has hit almost all parts of the world. The number of victims is increasing while a cure has not yet been found. The angry community then began to take the initiative to save themselves and their families by buying medical devices such as masks, handsanitizers to APD (Personal Protective Equipment) clothes or better known as Hazmat shirts. Unfortunately, the price of these three materials has increased many times over, naughty parties play by piling up goods and then throwing them into the market at an unreasonable price. Do not lose their mind, people rack their brains to take advantage of new business opportunities in the Covid-19 era, including making and mixing their own handsanitizers, sewing masks and of course hazmat suits. The scarcity of these items actually affects the performance of medical personnel. This dedication is made in order to help empower UMKM in Pekanbaru City to try to read the market and produce their hazmat suits themselves. As a result, with the intense competition and the lack of public interest in sewing Hazmat clothes, the service team managed to embrace UMKM that manage their own convection, even though they are on a small scale.

Abstract

Koto Sentajo Village is a traditional village that maintains traditions so that it has a tourist attraction. This village has a lot of potential, but still has problems to be an independent village. In this case, this service activity aims to provide the ability to manage agarwood plants to improve the community's economy as the village's superior product. This service activity is targeted at BUMDes managers, farmer groups and PKK women. This service method uses a Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach. The implementation of service activities is carried out by starting with community socio-economic mapping, holding FGDs, and providing training. Service activities found that there was a lot of potential on the one hand, but on the other hand there were still problems with the community's economy. The FGD was held to discuss the problems that exist in Koto Sentajo Village. This FGD activity contributes to increasing community understanding of the importance of developing gaharu plants, because this village has a large forest area and land as a provider of raw materials. The training focused on the manufacture, packaging and marketing of gaharu tea as the village's flagship product. This training has a positive impact on the community, however, it is still constrained by licensing issues to be developed in a larger and wider production scale.

Abstract

Abstract

Historic buildings are silent witnesses, bridging past, present, and future generations. The Sasaksaat Railway Station, which is inseparable from the 950-meter-long Sasaksaat Tunnel, is a treasure trove of historical heritage in West Java; it holds many stories and memories that are very closely related to the nation’s history, protected by Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage. This station is located in contoured land filled with dense vegetation, so a UAV photogrammetry method is needed in accordance with the character of the building and the area to be documented. The research documentation on these historical sites employs the UAV photogrammetry method, combining crosshatch flight plans, 60-degree tilt camera configurations, and making 3D BIM models using point cloud photogrammetry techniques. The research yielded impressive results, demonstrating the effectiveness of UAV Photogrammetry in accelerating the process of archiving historic buildings and their surroundings. The integration of this method significantly improves the documentation workflow, enabling comprehensive and detailed recording of the Sasak railway stations. This ANOVA test found no significant difference between manual size comparisons and photogrammetric results, even using direct geo-reference via UAV technology. The ease and reliability of this method approach can be recommended for low-cost historic building documentation activities.
