Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the main driving forces that determine the development and decline of the economy, because in the field of entrepreneurship there is freedom of creativity. The large number of people operating grocery stores means prices are becoming tighter, which could affect Tempuran Village grocery store's earnings. Payment at the Tempuran Village grocery store still uses a manual system, without computers, so customers often line up at the checkout counter to pay. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business and marketing behavior on the income of a basic food store in the village of Tempuran Trimurjo. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were grocery store business owners in Tempuran Trimurjo Village, with a total of 30 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. Apart from that, there is also a positive and significant influence between marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior and marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of non-cash transactions and electronic money (emoney) on the amount of money in circulation (M1) in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach and an associative research design, the analysis draws on secondary data from monthly time series publications by Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency, spanning from 2019 to 2021. The independent variables include the nominal values of debit card transactions (X1), credit card transactions (X2), and e-money transactions (X3), all measured in billions of rupiah. The regression results reveal no immediate linear effect of debit card transactions on the money supply, while credit card transactions show a slight negative impact. In contrast, emoney transactions exhibit a significant positive relationship with the money supply, indicating their substantial role in expanding monetary aggregates. These findings offer insights into the interplay between different transaction types and their influence on the money supply, providing a basis for policymakers and financial analysts to develop strategies for managing and regulating monetary dynamics effectively. Further research is recommended to explore the mechanisms driving these relationships and their broader implications for monetary policy and financial stability.

Abstract

Implementing local traditions and culture in their religious behavior, many do not have Islamic values, some even conflict with Islamic teachings. However, basically culture is something that is quite central in human life. Culture and traditions are also inherent in a particular community group and a particular religion. In the city of Bengkulu there is a Takziyah tradition, which has its own uniqueness and method of implementation. This research aims to describe and explain again how Islamic values are in local traditions and culture of worship in Bengkulu City, in terms of Islamic Law. This research is field research, which examines phenomena directly, as well as reviewing literature related to takziyah. This research concludes that Takziyah in Bengkulu City has Islamic values, namely: the value of helping, the value of solidarity, the value of faith, the value of tolerance and the value of responsibility.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Kohesi Leksikal Pada Wacana Cerita Pendek Bahasa Jepang. Kohesi leksikal adalah kepaduan bentuk dalam suatu wacana. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian analisis wacana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk kohesi leksikal dan penanda kohesi leksikal pada wacana cerita pendek bahasa Jepang. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori kohesi dari Koizumi dan Sumarlam. Sumber data adalah 3 cerita pendek bahasa Jepang dalam buku Read Real Japanese Short Stories by Contemporary Writers yang berjudul ‘Kamisama’, ‘Mukashi Yuuhi no Kouen de’, dan ‘Hyaku Monogatari’. Data berupa kalimat majemuk pengandaian dalam wacana dokkai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan 59 data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada cerita pendek ‘kamisama’ ditemukan repetisi sebanyak 16 data, sinonim sebanyak 9 data, antonim sebanyak 1 data, hiponim sebanyak 3 data, dan tidak ditemukan jenis kolokasi, ‘Mukashi Yuuhi no Kouen de’ hanya ditemukan repetisi sebanyak 14 data, dan ‘Hyaku Monogatari’ ditemukan repetisi sebanyak 7 data, sinonim sebanyak 5 data, antonim sebanyak 3 data, hiponim sebanyak 1 data, dan tidak ditemukan jenis kolokasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Posyandu is the right place to help local communities regarding health, because there are programs that can develop and help local communities, starting from family planning (KB) programs, immunization and reducing stunting rates. Indonesia is still experiencing problems in terms of nutrition and child growth and development, therefore there are still many Indonesian children who experience stunting, including children in the Citra Gading Housing area, Serang City, therefore Posyandu Bidara has held a program to reduce stunting rates aimed at children -children who experience stunting in the Citra Gading residential area of Serang City. Stunting is a problem that occurs in children's growth and development due to a lack of balanced nutrition and so on, therefore Posyandu Bidara designed a stunting reduction program with the aim of reducing the number of children experiencing stunting. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using objective-based evaluation. From the monitoring and evaluation results, it was concluded that the program was not running according to the stated objectives, because there were still many people who had outdated thought patterns and therefore considered the problem of stunting trivial.Key Words: Posyandu, objective-based evaluation, stuntingAbstrak: Posyandu adalah wadah yang tepat dalam membantu masyarakat sekitar mengenai kesehatan, karena terdapat program-program yang dapat membangun dan membantu masyarakat lingkungan sekitar mulai dari program keluarga berencana (KB), imunisasi dan penurunan angka stunting. Indonesia masih mengalami permasalahan dalam masalah gizi dan tumbuh kembang anak, maka dari itu masih banyak anak Indonesia yang mengalami stunting, termasuk anak-anak di lingkungan Perumahan Citra Gading Kota Serang, maka dari itu Posyandu Bidara telah mengadakan program penurunan angka stunting yang ditujukan untuk anak-anak yang mengalami stunting dilingkungan perumahan citra gading kota serang. Stunting merupakan masalah yang terjadi pada tumbuh kembang anak karena kurangnya keseimbangan gizi dan lain sebagainya, maka dari itu posyandu bidara merancang program penurunan angka stunting dengan tujuan dapat mengurangi jumlah angka anak yang mengalami stunting. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan evaluasi berbasis tujuan. Dari hasil monitoring dan evalusi didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa program belum berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan, karena masih banyaknya masyarakat yang memikiki pola pikir yang kuno sehingga menganggap masalah stunting sepele.Kata Kunci: Posyandu, Evaluasi Berbasis Tujuan, Stunting

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bondowoso Sudirman, customers/potential customers from the Bondowoso sub-district are religious in nature and on average the most prioritized and sought after are banks that are based on sharia. The focus of this research is how to treat zakat, infaq and alms accounting at BSI KCP Bondowoso.The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of accounting treatment based on PSAK No. 109 concerning accounting for zakat infaq and alms at the Indonesian Sharia Bank Institution KCP Bondowoso Sudirman. This type of research is field research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data obtained through the process of observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained is processed through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was carried out by testing data credibility and theory triangulation.The research results show that the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of zakat, infaq and shadokah transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia is in accordance with financial accounting standard statement number 109.

Abstract

Delivering dakwah that is not in accordance with Islamic teachings and is not as exemplified by Rasulullah SAW, will result in damage both in terms of practice and in terms of understanding of what is received from a preacher. Therefore, it can be said that the radical ideology that has emerged recently is a mistake by a preacher in conveying his preaching. Delivering da'wah can be effective if a da'i can provide comfort to the mad'u or the people being called upon, so that the aim of the da'wah is achieved. The comfort and goals of da'wah can be achieved if a preacher can use da'wah methods well, one of which is the bil hikmah da'wah method. In this article, the method used is the tahlili method or context analysis, namely analyzing the study of the interpretation of the Dakwah bil Hikma verse, thus giving rise to how to apply the Dakwah bil Hikma method as an effort to overcome radical ideologies

Abstract

Psychology is a science that studies the human soul, but errors often occur in understanding a person's initial condition, resulting in misunderstandings in studying and healing a person's mental problems, which results in not healing being obtained but the opposite. In this article, we discuss what psychological studies are in the perspective of the Koran by analyzing verses about the nafs. It was found that in humans there are drives that make them carry out certain actions and it is these drives that must be understood by a psychologist.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies are one of the choices that many investors are interested in investing in, one of which is PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. which is the largest cement producer in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. period 2018 – 2022 with tools to measure liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity ratios. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with quantitative data sourced from secondary data, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation. The results of this research are based on Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios show less good results compared to the current industry average. However, if we look at the Gross Profit Margin, it shows good results compared to the current industry average, and the Activity Ratio shows less than optimal results compared to the current industry average. Abstract

Pendidikan moral memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, khususnya di sekolah dasar. Keberhasilan pendidikan moral menjadi kunci utama dalam menghadapi kompleksitas tantangan karakter anak-anak di era modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan pendidikan moral dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik di SDN Cibeureum III melalui program sekolah penggerak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Cibeureum III, sebagai sekolah penggerak, menerapkan program P5 dan berbagai kegiatan pembiasaan, seperti upacara bendera, literasi, numerasi, jumat berkah, kajian bersama, dan senam ceria. Pembiasaan ini membuktikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dapat memperkuat karakter peserta didik, terlihat dalam penerapan 5S, penggunaan bahasa yang baik, dan hilangnya tindakan bully. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program-program seperti P5 dan pembiasaan sehari-hari efektif memperkuat karakter peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua melalui pendidikan moral dan pembiasaan yang konsisten dapat memperkuat karakter peserta didik di SDN Cibeureum III.
