Abstract

Being a basic level educational institution appointed as the organizer of inclusion education in Tabanan Regency, RA Khadijah seeks to provide the best service to parents of students who have children with special needs. This appointment occurs because of students with special needs received to study at RA Khadijah, supported by the desire of teachers to learn about the implementation of inclusion education, especially knowledge about handling children with special needs. This community services uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to maximize the resources owned by RA Khadijah. ABCD implemented using discovery, dream, design, define and destiny. Data collection using a questionaries to know the differences before and after community service established. This approach was chosen because the assets owned by RA Khadijah are complete, so it is necessary to empower appropriate so that the implementation of inclusion education can be carried out optimally. The result of this service is that RA Khadijah is able to inventory the strengths possessed for the implementation of inclusion education including the conditions and location of the school, the school environment and most importantly the teachers who conduct the initiative of self-development related to the knowledge and handling of children with needs by participating in activities such as webinars, following the groups on social media and present experts related to children with special needs. The teachers in RA Khadijah no one has an extraordinary educational background or psychology. This community service also concluded that the ownership of qualified human resources became one of the important assets in the development of services to the community, in this case the handling of children with special needs with the background of non -extraordinary non -educational educators. The limitations of this community service lie in the lack of support for teachers to be able to develop better teachers regarding inclusive education. The results of this community service aim to show the importance of maximum support from various parties to provide proper education, especially in the theme of inclusive education.

Abstract

One of the developmental tasks of elementary school students is to be able to care for their sexual and mental health. The empirical problem faced by students at SD Negeri Mergosono 03 is that elementary school students do not yet have an understanding of sexual health, plus the challenge of adapting to body changes due to puberty and other sexuality problems. Mergosono 03 Public Elementary School students also have the problem of low self-love, characterized by feelings of inferiority, and difficulty accepting their strengths and limitations. Sexuality and mental health education related to self-love is still not found in this school. Partners also need this education. Therefore, the proposer developed the LANSCAPE SELF LOVE program: Sexuality education and self-love education for elementary school students through e-comics to address partners' problems and needs. This program is carried out through 4 stages: e-comic development, sexuality education, self-love education, and the dynamics of self-analysis related to self-strengths and limitations. This community service can increase students' understanding of sexuality and mental health.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas masih dianggap sebagai pihak yang memiliki keterbatasan yang menyebabkan penyandangnya menjadi tidak percaya diri. Hal ini berakibat pada kemandirian penyandang disabilitas yang bergantung pada orang lain, padahal mereka hanya memiliki keterbatasan, bukan ketidakmampuan secara menyeluruh. Pengabdian ini berupaya menggali potensi dari dalam diri penyandang disabilitas yang tergabung di Penyandang Disabilitas Kabupaten Kediri (PDKK). Penggalian potensi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan memberikan psikoedukasi tentang psychological capital atau modal psikologis sebagai upaya internal pengenalan diri dan potensi diri yang dimiliki masing-masing individu. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan adanya perubahan pengetahuan tentang psychological capital pada masing-masing individu. Peserta pengabdian juga diberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan identifikasi potensi diri yang dimiliki berdasarkan materi tentang psychological capital. Pengabdian ini menunjukkan pengenalan dan penggalian potensi diri pada penyandang disabilitas menjadi salah satu pintu untuk melakukan pemberdayaan pada penyandang disabilitas.

Abstract

Anggapan bahwa pemberian edukasi kesehatan reproduksi seksual dan bullying pada anak perlu ditunda hingga usia dewasa sesungguhnya sudah tidak relevan. Mencuatnya kasus kekerasan seksual dan bullying di lingkungan sekolah, seolah menjadi penanda bahwa kasus tersebut telah menjadi urgensi yang harus menemukan solusi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini berfokus pada guru sebagai pendidik yang berperan penting dalam proses edukasi kesehatan reproduksi seksual dan bullying. Sejumlah 10 guru telah melaksanakan kegiatan workshop yang di dalamnya memuat proses Focus Group Discussion. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bulan Juli 2025. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru masih mengalami hambatan saat menyampaikan edukasi, khususnya dalam pemilihan istilah yang terkait dengan are kemaluan. Perasaan canggung dan tabu masih kerap kali dirasakan dan terkadang menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Adapun, pelatihan dan media belajar mengenai kesehatan reproduksi seksual dan bullying sungguh diharapkan tersedia sebagai bentuk dukungan bagi guru.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning merupakan pembelajaran yang efektif membantu siswa menyadari hubungan antara cara berpikir, tindakan yang mereka ambil, dan hasil yang mereka capai dalam kehidupan sosial dan lingkungan. Self-regulated learning adalah bagian dari komponen strategi pembelajaran. Komponen lain dari strategi pembelajaran adalah keterampilan dan kemauan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi Academic Self-regulated Learning Questionnaire (ASLQ) ke Bahasa Indonesia serta mengkaji reliabilitas dan validitas dari adaptasi tersebut. Adaptasi alat ukur ini melewati proses penerjemahan forward-backward, tinjauan para ahli, dan cognitive debriving sebelum diadministrasikan pada 57 responden yang dipilih dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur secara keseluruhan memiliki reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi (α = 0,872) dan memiliki daya diskriminasi yang baik. Uji analisis faktor konfirmatori menunjukkan bahwa model tidak fit (p pada chi-square (χ2) kurang dari 0,001, RMSEA = 0,141, TLI = 0,290, CFI = 0,334, SRMR = 0,123). Setelah 25 item dihapus, model menunjukkan model yang fit (p pada chi-square (χ2) lebih dari 0,001 yaitu 0,028, RMSEA = 0,090, TLI = 0,874, CFI = 0,906, SRMR = 0,069). Adaptasi alat ukur ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur konstruk self-regulated learning dengan menghapus 25 item.

Abstract

Dropping out of school is a risky behavior that threatens an individual's psychological well-being. Those who drop out of school need social support to help them get back on their feet, overcome problems (resilience), and achieve psychological well-being. This study aims to determine the role of social support as a moderator in the influence of resilience on psychological well-being among school dropouts. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The study population consists of school dropouts currently enrolled in an equivalency education program at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Malang City. The sampling technique used multistage sampling, resulting in a sample size of 348 individuals. Data were collected using Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale (RPWBS), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Each scale of the three variables was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to determine validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the structural model test indicated that the interaction between resilience and social support (moderating effect) significantly influenced psychological well-being, with a CR value of 3.244 (>1.96) and a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This means that out-of-school adolescents with high levels of resilience are more capable of improving their psychological well-being when they also receive strong social support.

Abstract

Permasalahan kemandirian fungsional pada individu dewasa dengan tunagrahita sedang masih menjadi tantangan di berbagai konteks, terutama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang menuntut kemampuan adaptif yang lebih kompleks Rendahnya kemandirian fungsional berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis, termasuk stabilitas emosi, harga diri, dan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial secara adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan Extended Activities of Daily Living (EADL) dengan menerapkan total task chaining berbasis video prompting terhadap peningkatan kemandirian fungsional pada individu dewasa dengan tunagrahita sedang. Subjek terdiri dari tiga perempuan berusia 44–54 tahun di Bhakti Luhur yang belum mandiri dalam aktivitas instrumental sehari-hari. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen A-B-A dengan pendekatan Single Subject Research. Intervensi mencakup pelatihan merapikan tempat tidur, mencuci baju, mencuci peralatan makan, dan membersihkan kamar mandi. Data dianalisis secara visual berdasarkan skor FIM+FAM. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aktivitas selama fase intervensi, dengan stabilitas skor yang stabil setelah intervensi dihentikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik chaining yang dikombinasikan dengan video prompting efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian fungsional pada subjek tunagrahita sedang.

Abstract

Abstract: Bullying behavior still occurs in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia, until now. This bullying behavior had a negative impact, namely emotional and behavioral disturbances for both bullies and victims of bullying. The purpose of this research was to explore the factors that influence bullying behavior; psychological dynamics of perpetrators and victims of bullying as well as psychological dynamics of academic motivation development interventions in self-compassion in minimizing bullying behavior. This research is a literature study. The research procedure included reading theories related to academic motivation, self-compassion, academic motivation in self-compassion, bullying behavior, predictors of bullying, psychological dynamics of academic motivation in compassion in minimizing bullying. The results of this study were the factors that cause bullying behavior is a lack of moral knowledge about bullying behavior and its effects; parenting style that is too authoritarian and permissive; justification for bullying in schools. There were many negative impacts on bullying behavior, starting from emotional and behavioral disturbances in bullying perpetrators, which were related to aggression and emotional and behavioral disturbances in bullying related to low self-esteem, stress, depression, difficulty adapting, and even attempted suicide in victims of bullying. One of the interventions to minimize bullying behavior was by developing academic motivation in self-compassion to minimize bullying. Abstrak: Perilaku bullying masih terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia termasuk di Indonesia, hingga saat ini. Perilaku bullying ini memberi dampak yang negatif yakni gangguan emosi dan perilaku baik pada pelaku bullying maupun korban bullying. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melakukan studi literature terkait dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying; dinamika psikologis pelaku dan korban bullying serta dinamika psikologis intervensi pengembangan motivasi akademik dalam self-compassion dalam meminimalisir perilaku bullying. Penelian ini merupakan penelitian studi literature. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi membaca teori berkaitan dengan motivasi akademik, self-compassion, motivasi akademik dalam self-compassion, perilaku bullying, prediktor bullying, dinamika psikologis motivasi akademik dalam compassion dalam meminimalisir bullying. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku bullying adalah kurangnya pengetahuan moral tentang perilaku bullying dan dampaknya; pola asuh orang tua yang terlalu otoriter dan permisif; pembenaran bullying di sekolah. Banyak dampak negatif dalam perilaku bullying mulai dari gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada pelaku bullying yakni berkaitan dengan agresi dan gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada bullying terkait dengan rendah diri, stress, depresi, susah beradaptasi, bahkan percobaan bunuh diri pada korban bullying. Salah satu intervensi untuk meminimalisir perilaku bullying dengan mengembangkan motivasi akademik dalam self-compassion untuk meminimalisir bullying.

Abstract

Psychosomatic disorders represent a complex condition involving the interaction of psychological, biological, and social factors, significantly affecting an individual's physical and mental health. This study aims to explore the experiences of individuals with psychosomatic disorders, particularly regarding the symptoms experienced, contributing factors, impacts on daily life, and coping strategies employed. The research utilizes a qualitative phenomenological approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with three participants who have experienced psychosomatic disorders. The findings reveal that physical symptoms such as headaches, nausea, fatigue, and insomnia are closely related to stress, academic pressure, or work demands. The impacts include decreased productivity, disruption of social relationships, and an overall decline in quality of life. Coping strategies employed encompass internal approaches (relaxation and emotional management) and external approaches (social support and medical consultations). Participants also highlighted the importance of more comprehensive healthcare services, public education, and social support in helping them manage these disorders. This study emphasizes the need for a holistic approach in addressing psychosomatic disorders by integrating biopsychosocial aspects to improve the quality of life for affected individuals. AbstrakGangguan psikosomatik merupakan kondisi yang kompleks, melibatkan interaksi antara faktor psikologis, biologis, dan sosial yang berdampak signifikan pada kesehatan fisik dan mental individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman individu dengan gangguan psikosomatik, khususnya terkait gejala yang dialami, faktor penyebab, dampak terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari, serta strategi koping yang diterapkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap tiga partisipan yang memiliki pengalaman gangguan psikosomatik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gejala fisik seperti sakit kepala, mual, kelelahan, dan insomnia sangat terkait dengan stres, tekanan akademik, atau tuntutan pekerjaan. Dampak yang dirasakan meliputi penurunan produktivitas, gangguan hubungan sosial, dan penurunan kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Strategi koping yang diterapkan mencakup pendekatan internal (relaksasi dan pengelolaan emosi) serta pendekatan eksternal (dukungan sosial dan konsultasi medis). Partisipan juga mengungkapkan pentingnya layanan kesehatan yang lebih komprehensif, edukasi masyarakat, dan dukungan sosial untuk membantu mereka mengelola gangguan ini. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan holistik dalam penanganan gangguan psikosomatik, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek biopsikososial untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu yang terdampak.
