Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload and physical work environment on work stresson study the sampling method used was total sampling considering the number of samples used was less than 100 people. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress on employees of the Padang Timur Sub-District Office, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the work environment had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of employees of the East Padang District Office.Keyword: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Stres Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of physical work environment and social support on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the population was 103 nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the sampling method used was total sampling. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a negative and significant effect on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the social support had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. Keywords: physical work environment and social support on work stress

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. In this study, a sample of 64 sales employees at PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch was used. To get information and data, a questionnaire was distributed. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees in PT Suka Fajar Branch of Solok, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Solok Branch.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Mentawai adalah Surga Dunia Pariwisata Sumbar Yang Terabaikan. Adapun permasalah mitra yang kami dapatkan adalah a) Belum terkelolanya potensi olahraga pariwisata seperti surfing, sport fishing, diving, dan snorkeling yang menjadi ikon Pulau Mentawai, b) Keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola manajemen pariwisata dan perhotelan sehingga tidak adanya lahan bisnis home stay ataupun guest house yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat, c) Rendahnya pengetahuan ibu-ibu tentang pengolahan makanan yang bergizi dan bernilai ekonomis, d) Banyaknya pemuda-pemudi yang menganggur, e) Kesehatan masyarakat yang rendah, tingkat patologis penyakit yang cukup tinggi. Tujuan khusus adalah: Terciptanya desa percontohan olahraga pariwisata (sport tourism) di Desa Maileppet. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, workshop dan lokakraya serta pendampingan. Adapun solusi dan target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: a) pelatihan tenaga pengelola olahraga pariwisata/sport tourism, b) pelatihan tentang pengelolaan pariwisata dan perhotelan serta promosi dan pemasaran wisata, , c) Pelatihan pengolahan aneka macam makanan, dengan lingkup materi olahan makanan, higiene, sanitasi, packing dan pengemasan makanan, pengurusan surat izin Depkes, d) Penyuluhan mengenai bahaya seks bebas pada remaja dan penyalahgunaan NAPZA, e) penyuluhan dan pendampingan tentang Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat serta kesehatan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menyimpulkan a) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelatihan tenaga pengelola olahraga pariwisata/sport tourism, b) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pengelolaan pariwisata dan perhotelan serta promosi dan pemasaran wisata, , c) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan aneka macam makanan, dengan lingkup materi olahan makanan, higiene, sanitasi, packing dan pengemasan makanan, pengurusan surat izin Depkes, d) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai bahaya seks bebas pada remaja dan penyalahgunaan NAPZA, e) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat serta kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze: (1) influence of Job Insecurity to Turnover Intention (2)Influence Job Insecurity to Organizational Commitment (3) Influence Job Insecurity to TurnoverIntention with Organizational Commitment as mediating variable. The population in thisresearch was all the contract nurses at General Hospital Citra BMC of Padang which amountedto 140 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional SamplingTechnique with total sample amounted 104 people. The data used are primary data andsecondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with themediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program. The result showed that (1) Job Insecurityhas positive and significant effect or Turnover Intention at contract nurse at General HospitalCitra BMC of Padang. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) Kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi pada perceived organizational support dan komitmen afektif pada Rumah Sakit Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai negeri sipil di Rumah Sakit Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program PLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan Rumah Sakit Tentara dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (2) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Tentara dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan Rumah Sakit Tentara dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. (4) Kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organizational support dengan komitmen afektif karyawan Rumah Sakit Tentara dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research is to analyze : (1) influence of Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention (2) Influence of Organizational Justice to Job Satisfaction (3) Influence of Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention (4) Influence Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as mediating variable.Methodology - The population in this research was all the employee at PT Kilang Lima Gunung which amounted to 109 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional Random Sampling Technique with total sample amounted 86 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the mediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program.Finding - The result showed that (1) Organizational Justice has negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung.(2) Organizational Justice has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (3) Job Satisfaction has negative effect on turnover intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (4) Job Satisfactionto mediate the influence of Organizational Justice  on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of workload influences burnout on the employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (2) The influence of the workload influences social support on the employees of PT. PLN (persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (3) The effect of social support influences burnout on the employees of PT. PLN (Pesero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (4) The influence of workload on social support mediated by social support on the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. This type of research is describtive causative research. The population in this study employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau and Kepulauan Riau, totaling 125 people. In this study the number of samples determined using Slovin collected samples obtained by 95 people taken using proportional clustered simple random sampling is the sample selected in each class or group that matches the proportion and added by each family member to the same sample. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis method using SmartPLS sotfware which is a variance-based structural equation analysis (SEM) that can simultaneously conduct measurement model testing as well as structural model testing. Regarding the proposed causal model, the data confirm the relationship established in the hypothesis. Therefore, it can be stated that (1) Workload has a significant positive effect on the burnout of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (2) The workload has a significant negative effect on social support on the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (3) Social support has a significant negative effect to the burnout of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. (4) Social support has significantly mediated the relationship between workload on burnout in PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. This analysis highlights the negative influence of workload on burn out and the role of social support as mediating the relationship of workload with burnout. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 97 orang karyawan yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dan pengujian t-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal secara individual atau pun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari Padang. Kata Kunci: Job Motivation, Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) identify and analyze the effect of work from home on employee performance (2) determine and analyze the effect of work from home on work life balance (3) identify and analyze the effect of work life balance on employee performance (4) identify and analyze the effect of work from home on employee performance with work life balance as a mediating variable at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh. The population in this study were employees of Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh totaling 33 employees. The sampling technique used total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population of 33 people. This data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and the analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work from home has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (2) work from home has a positive and significant effect on work life balance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (3) work life balance positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (4) work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work life balance as a mediating variable at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh
