Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada Kelompok Bank Sampah Kelurahan Balai Gadang Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang, yang anggota merupakan ibu-ibu yang berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan keterampulan pengolahan sampag anorganik menjadi aneka kreasi daur ulang saat ini sampah anorganik seperti plastik yang telah dikumpulkan oleh Bank Sampah Berkah belum terkelola dengan baik dan belum adanya pemanfaatan menjadi aneka kreasi daur ulang oleh anggota Bank Sampah Berkah. Saat ini sampah anorganik yang dikumpulkan di Bank Sampah Berkah cenderung masih menumpuk di area Bank Sampah hal ini disebabkan keberadaan Bank Sampah Berkah baru didirikan tahun 2022 dan belum ada manajemen yang optimal. Saat ini pengelolaan sampah anorganik yang ada di Bank Sampah Berkah hanya dilakukan secara sederhana yaitu dikumpulkan, diangkut, kemudian dibuang ke TPA. Padahal sampah anorganik seperti plastic dapat di manfaatkan menjadi aneka kreasi daur ulang serta memiliki nilai jual menjadi tas belanja, hiasan kamar, dompet, lampu hias, tempat pensil, keranjang, dan lain lain. Dengan adanya program kegiatan pengabdian pengolahan sampah anorganik menjadi aneka kreasi daur ulang ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada Bank Sampah Berkah dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen Bank Sampah serta dapat meningkatkan kepedulian Masyarakat terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of job mutations and promotions on working psyche, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at the Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra The population of this study was staff of the Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra. While the sample used was 52 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through Smart PLS4. The results showed that job mutations and promotions had a significant positive effect on work spirit at Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of job mutations and promotion on work spirit at Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak konflik hubungan dan persepsi politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini mengkaji: (1) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap keadilan organisasi, (2) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap persepsi politik organisasi, (3) dampak politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi, dan (4) peran mediasi politik organisasi antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian kausal digunakan dengan mengambil sampel 99 karyawan dari total 132 karyawan melalui teknik sampel acak berlapis proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik hubungan berdampak negatif terhadap keadilan organisasi namun secara positif memengaruhi persepsi politik organisasi. Selain itu, persepsi politik organisasi berdampak negatif pada keadilan organisasi dan memediasi hubungan antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi, memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengelolaan organisasi di lingkungan pemerintahan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through affective commitment in employees of the Payakumbuh City Transportation Department. This type of research is descriptive causative research. The respondents of this study were 42 people using total sampling techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using SEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.0.1. The research findings show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on affective commitment. In addition, this study also proves that affective commitment mediates the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of job stress on turnover intention (2) the effect of job stress on turnover intention moderated by emotional intelligence. This research is a causal research. The population of this study were Rs nurses at Dr. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi Brain Hospital. The number of samples used was the total population of 136 people taken using proportional random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention in Rs nurses at Dr. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi Brain Hospital. (2) Emotional intelligence is able to moderate the influence between work stress on turnover intention.

Abstract

Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, this study seeks to ascertain how organizational citizenship behavior is impacted by workplace spirituality among Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sago Payakumbuh City employees, as well as the mediating function of organizational commitment. Permanent employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sago Payakumbuh City make up the research population in this quantitative, explanatory study. Total sampling is the sampling technique employed, meaning that 67 permanent employees make up the study's sample size. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to gather data, and the findings indicated that workplace spirituality had a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, it was discovered that the association between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior was significantly mediated by organizational commitment. These results advance our knowledge of the significance of organizational commitment and workplace spirituality in enhancing organizational citizenship behavior among Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sago Payakumbuh City employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Emotional Intelligence terhadap Academic Engagement mahasiswa tingkat akhir, serta mengeksplorasi peran Life Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya keterlibatan akademik dalam mempersiapkan karir di tengah tantangan transisi dari dunia kampus ke dunia kerja, di mana Emotional Intelligence dan kepuasan hidup menjadi faktor psikologis yang turut memengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 280 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang yang diambil dengan teknik cluster purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tiga variabel utama: Emotional Intelligence, Life Satisfaction, dan Academic Engagement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Academic Engagement. Selain itu, Emotional Intelligence juga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Life Satisfaction, dan Life Satisfaction turut memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Academic Engagement. Temuan ini juga mengonfirmasi bahwa Life Satisfaction memediasi hubungan antara Emotional Intelligence dan Academic Engagement. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kecerdasan emosional dan peningkatan kepuasan hidup perlu menjadi perhatian dalam upaya meningkatkan keterlibatan akademik mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan wawasan tentang pentingnya halal literacy, serta pendampingan bagi mitra dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal. Khalayak sasaran program PKM ini adalah pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Padang. Untuk mengetahui manfaat dari program, kegiatan PKM ini mengevaluasi literasi peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman literasi halal dari 76.05% menjadi 86.26%. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal melalui layanan online. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman literasi halal dan sertifikasi halal, UMKM di Kota Padang mampu meningkatkan produktivitasnya guna mendukung pengembangan Sumatera Barat sebagai destinasi wisata halal di Indonesia

Abstract

The significance of organizational support in influencing employees' subjective career success and the potential for career adaptability to reinforce this relationship form the foundation of this study.  The Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) methodology, which is based on the grand theory of work Construction Theory (CCT), is a quantitative research method that highlights the significance of an individual's capacity to adjust to the demands of their work.  Using a complete sampling technique, nine employees made up the sample for this study.  Questionnaires containing measures of perceived organizational support, career adaptability, and subjective career success factors that have been validated and re-tested were distributed in order to collect data.  The study's findings suggest that subjective career success is positively and significantly impacted by perceived organizational support.  Furthermore, career adaptability has a good and large impact on subjective career success, and perceived organizational support has a favorable and significant impact on career adaptability as well.  Additionally, the mediation test results demonstrate that the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective career success might be considerably mediated by career adaptability.

Abstract

The development of higher education requires students to have career readiness and active involvement in the learning process in order to achieve academic and professional success. One important factor that influences learning engagement is career calling, which can increase students' intrinsic motivation in attending lectures. This study aims to analyze the effect of career calling on learning engagement mediated by career adaptability in final year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padang State University. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 280 students and analyzed using the SmartPLS v.4.0.9.9 application. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Career Calling has a positive and significant effect on Learning Engagement; (2) Career Calling has a positive and significant effect on Career Adaptability; (3) Career Adaptability has a positive and significant effect on Learning Engagement; and (4) Career Adaptability is able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of Career Calling on Learning Engagement. These findings reinforce the importance of developing career calling and career adaptability as strategies to increase student learning engagement before the transition to the world of work.
