Abstract

This study examined the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing Curriculum Merdeka, a new curriculum reform initiative, in Indonesian schools. Data were collected from 20 teachers and ten school administrators across 15 schools in three provinces through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The study found that the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka faced challenges related to a lack of resources and infrastructure, inadequate training and support for teachers, and a heavy burden on teachers. However, the new curriculum also provided opportunities for more student-centered and interdisciplinary Learning, teacher professional development, and more significant equity and inclusion in Indonesian schools. The study recommends that policymakers and educators address the challenges of implementing Kurikulum Merdeka by providing adequate resources and support for teachers and clear guidance and expectations for the implementation process. Additionally, the study suggests that future research should examine the long-term impact of Kurikulum Merdeka on student learning outcomes and teacher professional development. Overall, this study highlights the importance of careful planning and support to implement new curriculum initiatives in Indonesian schools successfully.

Abstract

Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Sumatera. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Population administration services are in charge as a crucial and strategic agent in ensuring the integrity of population data. In consequence, there is a requirement for the government to continuously improve and enhance the quality of these services. The research applies qualitative methods with a case study focus to examine the process and implications of a hybrid program that integrates government elements and spiritual values, known as Subuh Keliling Sukseskan Administrasi Kependudukan Terintegrasi (Suling Sakti). It was initiated by the Population and Civil Registration Office in Malang, East Java. In collecting data, this research applied observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The data analysis process is divided into three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The result found that the "Suling Sakti" for the Population and Civil Registration Office, which is implemented after Shubuh prayer, provides easy access to population administration services for the community without having to visit the office. In its planning, the program went through two important key phases: agenda setting and adjustment. The implementation phase includes three stages: redefinition, clarification, and routine, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the program in the future. The recommendations from this study are geared towards the development of more comprehensive and sustainable programs in the public service sector in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang dinamika peluang dan tantangan kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah tingkat dasar yang ada pada sekolah dasar dan juga madrasah ibtida’iyah, Menghadapi era saat ini, yaitu era society 5.0, dimana kemajuan dari era, dari zamannya seharusnya memberikan tambahan gunaa memudahkan para pendidik untuk memberikan wawasan ilmu yang lebih mudah dan jangkauan keilmuan yang berbeda dari kurikulum sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni library research, yang mana data-data dikumpulkan melalui beberapa artikel-artikel, buku, website, dan penunjang lain. Pemerintah menggagas ini utamanya dengan tujuan memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Konsep ini sejalan dengan era saat ini, yaitu era society 5.0, yangmana memadukan antara perkembangan pada teknologi dengan memdaukan skill pendidik, guru, ataupun dosen, memang pada era society 5.0 ini guru dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan, guru mmberikan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menyenangkan peserta didik, Untuk mewadahi itu semua pemerintah memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan platform merdeka untuk berbagai akses terkait kurikulum merdeka yang mana tersedia bahan ajar, macam-macam pelatihan, untuk itu guru difasilitasi hal tersebut guna mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar. Dan yang terakhir dari tantangan dan peluang pada kurikulum merdeka sekolah dasar tentu harus didukung semua elemen sekolah, kepala sekolah atau kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, guru, orang tua wali murid saling bekerjasama untuk kemajuan.

Abstract

Kasus penyalahgunaan wewenang dan penggelapan dana nasabah, yang kemudian menjadi perkara korupsi dana nasabah pada PT Asuransi Jiwasraya, telah menjadikan dua direksi dan satu kepala divisi perusahaan BUMN tersebut dipidana penjara dan denda, bersama tiga pimpinan perusahaan mitra. Namun tidak ada satu pun anggota dewan komisaris yang dinyatakan bersalah. Padahal direksi dan dewan komisaris adalah sama-sama pengurus perseroan meskipun dengan fungsi berbeda: direksi sebagai pemimpin dan pengelola, dewan komisaris sebagai pengawas dan penasihat. Apalagi korupsi dana nasabah terjadi sepanjang dua periode direksi (2008-2013 dan 2013-2018) yang bersamaan waktunya dengan dua periode dewan komisaris (2009-2014 dan 2014-2019) di mana direktur utama, direktur keuangan, dan komisaris utama, orangnya sama. Penelitian ini mengajukan dua rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana kebijakan Direksi PT Asuransi Jiwasraya dalam bidang investasi dana nasabah dan bagaimana peran Dewan Komisaris PT Asuransi Jiwasraya dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan dan penasihatan terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut selama dua periode kepengurusan (2008-2013 dan 2013-2018)? (2) Bagaimana tanggung jawab Dewan Komisaris PT Asuransi Jiwasraya yang tidak mengoptimalkan fungsi pengawasan dan penasihatan terhadap pelaksanaan investasi dana nasabah oleh Direksi PT Asuransi Jiwasraya selama dua periode kepengurusan (2008-2013 dan 2013-2018) demi mencegah kerugian perseroan? Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, penelitian deskriptif normatif ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang- undangan, putusan pengadilan, laporan pemeriksaan keuangan, laporan tahunan perseroan, dan dokumen-dokumen perseroan lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dewan komisaris tidak optimal dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan dan penasihatan sehingga gagal mencegah kerugian perseroan dan nasabah. Dewan komisaris lebih banyak memuji daripada bersikap kritis terhadap kinerja direksi. Bahkan ketika dewan komisaris mendapatkan informasi atas banyaknya masalah investasi, tetapi tidak bisa mengkonfirmasi kebenaran informasi tersebut akibat akses informasi investasi ditutup oleh direksi, dewan komisari diam saja. Padahal dewan komisaris bisa melaporkan masalah investasi tersebut kepada pemegang saham (Menteri BUMN) dan pemegang otoritas industri asuransi (OJK). Bahkan demi mencegah kerugian perseroan, dewan komisaris bisa menghentikan sementara direksi. Tetapi semua itu tidak dilakukan sehingga bisa disebut dewan komisaris melakukan pembiaran atas terjadinya korupsi dana nasabah. Meskipun demikian Dewan Komisaris PT Asuransi Jiwasraya tidak dapat dituntut tanggung jawabnya atas pembiaran korupsi dana nasabah di PT Asuransi Jiwasraya, karena Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas dan Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2014 tentang Perasuransian, tidak memberikan sanksi administrasi, sanksi perdata, maupun sanksi pidana terhadap dewan komisaris yang melakukan pembiaran atas terjadinya korupsi di perseroan.

Abstract

Background. The current landscape of educational administration faces numerous challenges, including inefficiencies in governance, lack of transparency, and fragmented data management. These issues often result in delays in decision-making processes and decreased trust among stakeholders. With the increasing digitization of educational systems, decentralized technologies such as blockchain have emerged as potential solutions to improve transparency and streamline administrative functions. Purpose. This study aims to explore the implementation of a blockchain-based model for decentralized educational administration, focusing on enhancing transparency, data integrity, and governance efficiency. Method. The research employed a qualitative method through case studies of educational institutions integrating blockchain systems into their administrative processes. Data were collected via interviews with administrators, educators, and IT specialists, alongside document analysis of blockchain implementation frameworks. Results. The findings indicate that the blockchain model significantly improves transparency by providing an immutable ledger for record-keeping, enhancing accountability in decision-making processes, and allowing real-time access to administrative data. Additionally, the decentralized nature of blockchain reduces reliance on intermediaries, thereby increasing operational efficiency. Conclusion. In conclusion, the implementation of blockchain technology in educational administration presents a viable solution for transparent governance. However, challenges such as technical expertise, initial setup costs, and resistance to technological change need to be addressed for widespread adoption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsilkan bagaimana upaya meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an di SMP Islam Tulungagung. Bentuk Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Tulungagung. Pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan, interaksi dengan informan, serta pengambilan dokumen sebagai sumber informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMP Islam Tulungagung, metode pembelajaran yang umum digunakan meliputi ceramah, drill, dokumentasi, dan diskusi (tanya jawab). Metode Tilawati merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an. Untuk mencapai sesuatu yang diinginkan, telah mengembangkan sebuah metode, H.M Thohir Al-Aly, M,Ag, adalah seorang individu yang memiliki gelar Magister Agama. satu pilihan yang tersedia adalah kombinasi dua paket buku yang ditujukan untuk tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Sekolah Menengah Atas.

Abstract

The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. If we are honest, there is hope that people's satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by the government as a public service provider. The purpose of this study is to determine the Quality of Public Services in the Field of Population Administration in Malang City Public Administration Mall. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the City Administration Mall in Malang. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the Malang City Public Administration Mall was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, namely the Public Services section at the Malang City Public Administration Mall did not meet adequate service facilities to provide services to public. The community is satisfied with the service provided by the Malang City Public Administration Mall in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any public complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security at the Malang City Public Administration Mall has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Public Administration Mall is by giving a pleasant impression.

Abstract

Usaha kecil industri rumah tangga roti maryam merupakan produk UMKM yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas ekonomi masyarkat menengah dan meningkatkan kesejehteraan masyarkat dalam mendukung peningkatan ekonomi nasional. Usaha kecil roti maryam berbahan dasar tepung terigu adalah usaha milik Ibu Irfin Ainunita, yang kemudian diberi nama usaha “roti maryam irfin”, berlokasi di Jl. KH. Hasyim, Rt: 010, Rw:003 Kelurahan Kedungkandang Kabupaten Malang. Dari hasil observasi ditemukan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain : tidak mempunyai alat pengaduk adonan roti maryam yang menyebabkan produk roti maryam masih menggunakan alat manual; produk roti maryam belum dilakukan pengemasan dan pemberian label yang bagus dan menarik, begitu juga dengan manajemen keuangannya yang belum terdokumentasikan dengan rapi serta kualitas kehigienisan produk belum terjaga. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha roti maryam tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan solusi yang diberikan melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam hal peningkatan kualitas produksi, pembuatan sistem keungan yang rapi, dan analisis kebutuh pasar.. Metode pengabdian dalam hal ini yaitu dengan mengadakan observasi awal, identifikasi masalah, pemberian solusi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta pengembangan inovasi alat berbasis teknologi guna meningkatkan hasil produksi. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan peningkatan produksi dan inovasi alat berbasih IPTEK.
