Abstract

The government services of information technology are required to always run optimally. On the other hand, many information services are still faced with security incidents. In terms of human resources, technology, policy, and procedural aspects, the focus problem has not been on security incidents of information. Therefore, we need information security incident management system as one of the system solutions that must be provided to ensure the sustainability of information services and IT systems. The purpose of this research is able to provide security information of incidents having a management system that was adopted and developed based on ISO/IEC 27035 standardization. The research methodology was carried out by using qualitative methods with case studies. The preparation of the document refers to the results of the assessment approach between the current conditions of business processes and the incident management of information security. It has been carried out with the clauses required by ISO/ IEC 27035. The results of this study are policy documents and procedures for the incident management systems of information security specifically designed as a reference standard in government. Finally, the use of structured policies and procedures can improve performance in handling incidents faced by the government.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia was widely discussed on social media, such as the Twitter. The widespread use of social media was followed by the emergence of buzzers with their goals and interests as well as  the ideology they promote. One of the buzzers is @ permadiaktivis1, in this case, who has confirmed himself a buzzer. This qualitative research refers to Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis by repeating the discussion on the textual dimension, the discourse practice, and the sociocultural dimension. Data obtained from tweets on the Twitter account @ permadiaktivis1 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Buzzer in this study is positioned as a key opinion leader who is assumed able to polarize information related to the Covid-19 pandemic. the representation of the pandemic imaged as something negative is to negate the government's mismanagement in making policies related to pandemics. The tweets never blame the government for the policies issued, and insinuations and invitations became a pattern for tweets. The vaccination’s policy is packaged that teases those who doubt vaccinations or those who refuse it. The Buzzer phenomenon will impact the polarization of the information about COVID-19. Besides, several tweets from Buzzer show that they play significant role to support government policies.

Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam sebuah iklan atau promosi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap Informasi Layanan Pendidikan di jejaring sosial sangat bergantung pada kemasan tampilan yang menarik dan berita yang disampaikan. Pencapaian keberhasilan tujuan promosi tersebut akan membutuhkan tindakan yang berkesinambungan dan tepat sasaran. Untuk mengetahui apakah Facebook Huma Harati itu efektif atau tidak maka perlu adanya pengukuran terhadap Facebook itu sendiri, salah satunya menggunakan metode EPIC (Empaty, Persuation, Impact, and Communication). Hasil analisa menyatakan bahwa Fanpage Huma Harati merupakan tempat yang efektif sebagai media promosi, hal ini terlihat dari nilai empaty, persuasiona, impact and communication yang diperoleh. Nilai rata-rata pada EPIC rate adalah 3,978, dimensi komunikasi mendapat nilai tertinggi dari dimensi lainnya yaitu 4,02.

Abstract

The level of urbanization which may impact on urban problems could be resolved through city development enabled and supported by the advanced ICT to build the city smart. To develop the city smart, the readiness of smart cities enablers should be assessed. The study was conducted based on pilot study through a survey on the smart city readiness. The analysis of smart city readiness in Yogyakarta showed that the evaluation of smart city projects implemented partially; only operational and asset optimization, and access to comprehensive device management implemented over 50%. Smart city readiness not only be measured by technological aspect but also need to be measured as non-technological aspects. Thus, measurement of readiness smart city can be more comprehensive.

Abstract

Speech recognition system (ASR) is a technology that allows computers receive the input using the spoken words. This technology requires sample words in the pattern matching process that is stored in the database. There is no reference as the fundamental theory to develop database in ASR. So, the research of database development to optimize the performance of the system is required.  Mel-scale frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) is used to extract the characteristics of speech signal and backpropagation neural network in quantized vector is used to evaluate likelihood the maximum log values to the nearest pattern in the database.  The results shows the robustness of ASR is optimum using 140 samples of data reference for each word with an average of accuracy is 99.95% and duration process is 27.4 msec.  The investigation also reported the gender doesn’t have significantly influence to the accuracy.  From these results it concluded that the performance of ASR can be increased by optimizing the database.

Abstract

Involvement of digital information in almost of enterprise sectors makes information having value that must be protected from information leakage. In order to obtain proper method for protecting sensitive information, enterprise must perform risk analysis of threat. However, enterprises often get limitation in measuring risk related information security threat. Therefore, this paper has goal to give approach for estimating risk by using information value. Techniques for measuring information value in this paper are text mining and Jaccard method. Text mining is used to recognize information pattern based on three classes namely high business impact, medium business impact and low business impact. Furthermore, information is given weight by Jaccard method. The weight represents risk levelof information leakage in enterprise quantitatively. Result of comparative analysis with existing method show that proposed method results more detailed output in estimating risk of information security threat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pembelajaran berbasis web, dan memeriksa bagaimana sistempembelajaran berbasis web mempengaruhi capaian belajar. One-way univariate analyses of covariance(ANCOVA) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh perlakuan pada sesilistening comprehension, structure and written expression, dan reading comprehension. Uji efektivitaspenelitian ini merupakan studi quasi-experimental untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh fasilitas sistempembelajaran berbasis web pada performa mahasiswa dalam sesi-sesi TOEFL; listening, structure and writtenexpression, dan reading. Delapan uji ANCOVA telah dilakukan untuk menguji delapan hipotesis nihil dandelapan hipotesis alternatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem pembelajaranberbasis web memperkaya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam TOEFL. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwapembelajaran berbasis web dapat menggantikan peran pembelajaran konvensional kelas. Namun, di sisi lain,sistem pembelajaran ini dinilai gagal meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam sesi reading comprehension.Kata Kunci: : eLearning, TOEFL, analysis of covariance, efektivitas

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Koperasi danUsaha kecil dan Menengah telah berupaya untuk meningkatkankualitas layanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi melalui layanan Ecatalog satu atap. Secara umum,layanan tersebut telah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan promosiproduk dan pemasaran Koperasi dan Usaha kecil dan Menengah(KUKM). Namun untuk kemudahan transaksi membutuhkanadanya layanan otomatisasi validasi pendaftaran, keranjangbelanja, kasir, otomatisasi pembayaran, lacak kiriman online,dan informasi yang realtime. Layanan yang ada saat ini belumbisa mengakomodasi kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Service OrientedArchitechture (SOA) dalam perancangan otomatisasi layananEcommerce satu atap yang terintegrasi dengan layanan terkait.Perancangan model sistem dilakukan dengan pemodelan UnifiedModelling Language(UML). Aplikasi dibangun dengan bahasapemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan webservice cURLuntuk integrasi sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modelarsitektur impletentasi SOA sebagai solusi sistem terintegrasiantara Emall KUKM, bank, ekspedisi pengiriman, dan SMSgateway. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji fungsional.
