Abstract

Literasi informasi berbasis kewirausahaan merupakan kegiatan mendapatkan, menggali dan memilah informasi terkait kewirausahaan melalui membaca dan menulis serta memanfaatkan internet, sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk membangun atau menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan dan bersaing di era global. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah karena pemahaman warga Kecamatan Kembangan tentang pentingnya literasi informasi masih kurang sehingga perlu ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Selain itu kompetensi warga Kecamatan Kembangan perlu ditingkatkan mengenai cara mengakses informasi secara efektif, mengevaluasi informasi secara kritis, dan mengidentifikasi peluang-peluang baru terkait kewirausahaan yang ada. Salah satu Tridharma pendidikan tinggi adalah melakukan kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat. sebagai bentuk penerapan disiplin ilmu kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjudul "Peningkatan Kompetensi Literasi Informasi Berbasis Kewirausahaan Sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Wilayah Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat". Selama kegiatan berlangsung tampak warga sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan penyuluhan ini. Manfaat dari kegiatan yang dilakukan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat secara mandiri mengakses berbagai sumber informasi, mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi informasi sesuai kebutuhan untuk mendukung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, mendapatkan informasi tentang perijinan usaha, pelatihan bisnis, peluang usaha baru, dan lain-lain sebagai upaya perberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian.

Abstract

Internet adalah jaringan komunikasi global yang menghubungkan komputer dan jaringan komputer di seluruh dunia. Singkatan dari Interconnected Network ini memungkinkan kita berbagi  informasi  dan  berkomunikasi  dari  mana  saja  dan  dengan  siapa  saja.  Warga masyarakat  yang  menggunakan  internet  perlu  memahami  apa  saja  pemanfaatan  internet dalam berbagai bidang dan juga perlu memperhatikan etika ketika menggunakan internet. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu warga masyarakat khususnya yang masih usia remaja kadang kurang memahami internet dapat dimanfaatkan untuk bidang apa saja dan kurangnya etika dalam menggunakan internet sehingga banyaknya ujaran negative yang muncul di media sosial yang para remaja lakukan. Salah satu Tridharma pendidikan tinggi adalah melakukan kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat. sebagai bentuk penerapan disiplin ilmu kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjudul "Sosialisasi Pemanfaatan dan Etika Menggunakan Internet Bagi Remaja Warga Kembangan Jakarta Barat". Manfaat dari kegiatan ini diharapkan para remaja warga Kembangan dapat meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai pemanfaatan internet di segala bidang dan lebih beretika dalam menggunakan internet untuk berbagai keperluan yang memberikan manfaat kepada khalayak banyak. Kata Kunci: Etika Berinternet; Internet; Pemanfaatan Internet

Abstract

This study examines the Adversity Quotient (AQ) among millennial employees in Indonesia, focusing on the dimensions of Control, Ownership, Reach, and Endurance (CORE). Using a qualitative approach, the study integrates text mining methods to analyze responses from millennial and Generation Z employees. The findings indicate that AQ plays a crucial role in helping employees effectively handle work challenges through the development of critical thinking, resilience, and adaptability. Employees with high AQ tend to perform better and adapt to the dynamic changes in the workplace environment. This research provides insights for managers and stake holders to develop strategies that support AQ development in employees, particularly in today’s competitive and digital era

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi pendidikan atau universitas dalam mencapai tujuannya erat kaitannya dengan kualitas  pembelajaran daringyang sedang dilaksanakan. Tujuan untukkeberhasilan  tersebut dapat   dicapai  dengan cara memuaskan para akademisi yang masih  aktif. Studi  kasus menggunakan Forum media social dan komentar YouTube sebagai pengolahan  data  untuk  memprediksi kepuasan  pembelajaran  online di  Universitas  Terbuka. Pendekatan text mining adalah alternatif yang baik untuk menafsirkan makna komentar yang dibuat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis prediksi kepuasan layanan dari beberapa kategori. Salah satu tolok   ukurnya   yang dilakukan adalah moderasi komentar  Forum  dan  YouTube.  Metode   penelitian  yang  digunakan   adalah   empat algoritma klasifikasi machine learning dan dua algoritma Deep Learning yaitu Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees, dan Logistic Regresi, pembelajaran mendalam (Deep Learning) untuk akurasi prediksi. Total kumpulan data awal mencakup 801 data yang dikumpulkan dari 1 Oktober 2023 hingga 31 Oktober 2023. Pembersihan dan pra-pemrosesan selanjutnya menghasilkan total 249 data. Kemudian dievaluasi akurasinya dengan menerapkan algoritma klasifikasi pohon keputusan, akurasi tertinggi pada pengelolaan  data komentar Forum dan Youtube dengan nilai  akurasi tertinggi 92,0 % dengan menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree.

Abstract

Human resources are a parameter of resources that are needed in an organization, because human resources play an active role in an organization achieving its goals. Organizational productivity depends on the work productivity of the individuals themselves. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how influential compensation and job satisfaction are on the job productivity of employees of a telecommunication company. The population of this study is 75 employees and determined sample uses the Slovin formula with an error margin of 5%. Methods of data collection using survey methods, in which the research instrument is a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research using data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). This research resulted in the conclusion that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Terbuka University is a leading institution that implements the optimization of digital transformation, especially in distance learning systems. To improve the quality of service to students and stakeholders, Terbuka University has developed the Terbuka University Digital Learning Materials application. This application offers several learning modules that can be accessed through the Google Play Store. This research aims to classify data using different labels related to reviews of the Terbuka University Digital Learning Materials application using the Long Short-Term Memory classification algorithm. Evaluation is conducted to find accuracy, f1-score, precision, and recall values. The research results show that classification with Long Short-Term Memory achieves an accuracy of 76.72% with the Vader label, and the accuracy with the TextBlob label reaches 74.21%. Confusion matrix evaluation shows precision results of 0.91 and recall of 0.78, with an f1-score of 0.84 for the Vader label. For the TextBlob label, the precision is 0.96, recall is 0.45, and the f1-score is 0.61. This research contributes positively to understanding the evaluation and classification of reviews of the Terbuka University Digital Learning application. Implementing the Long Short-Term Memory algorithm with the Vader label can be an effective choice to improve service and learning quality through the application.

Abstract

Objective – The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of the interrelationships by testing hypotheses regarding the positive and significant impact of extrinsic motivation factors, affective commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at SMK PGRI 109 Tangerang, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Methodology/approach – The method used in this research is a quantitative causal approach. A total of 78 individual employees participated as respondents in this study, and the sample was drawn from the entire population. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Findings – The results of this research indicate that there is a strong and significant relationship between extrinsic motivation, affective commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance at SMK PGRI 109 Tangerang. These findings are proven to be applicable both partially and comprehensively across all tested paths. Therefore, the hypotheses regarding the positive and significant influence of these three factors on employee performance can be accepted. Novelty/value – The findings provide deeper insights into the factors influencing employee performance, namely extrinsic motivation, affective commitment, and job satisfaction. With a better understanding of this relationship, management has the opportunity to design strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance through increasing extrinsic motivation, affective commitment, and job satisfaction. Moreover, this research also contributes novel insights to the literature on the relationships among the mentioned factors.

Abstract

The limited employment resulted in the emergence of educated unemployment because the absorption of tertiary graduates in the labor market is also limited. Based on BPS data in 2019, Micro Small Medium Enterprise absorbs 97% of the national workforce. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest in batik products among college students from the perspective of self-efficacy, social capital, and entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a quantitative study using Path Analysis method. The results of this study are there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of entrepreneurial interest in batik products. The results of this study are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among students by applying various factors that influence it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style, workload and job satisfaction that effect employee turnover intention. The population of this study is employees at PT Dhanistha Surya Nusantara located in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 117 workers whose determination is based on the use of the slovin formula. The data analysis method used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) application. The result of the study is that transformational leadership has a significant negative impact on employee turnover intention. Workload has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention, and transformational leadership, workload and job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.
