Abstract

This study explores the significance of Islamic cultural history education in shaping the character of the youth in the modern era. It emphasizes that Islamic cultural history is not merely a record of the past but a source of moral values that can guide individual character development. The research utilizes a literature review approach, collecting data from various sources, including journals and books, to highlight the relevance of historical lessons in contemporary life. Findings indicate that integrating innovative teaching methods and technology enhances student engagement and understanding. Furthermore, the study underscores the need for character education within the curriculum, promoting values such as tolerance, social responsibility, and ethical behavior. Ultimately, this article argues that a holistic approach to teaching Islamic cultural history can significantly contribute to the formation of a well-rounded, morally grounded generation capable of facing global challenges.

Abstract

Haul guru sekumpul merupakan kegiatan tahunan yang diselenggarakan untuk memperingati hari wafatnya  guru Muhammad Zaini Abdul Ghani Al-Banjari. Pelaksanaan haul diselenggrakan setiap lima Rajab yang titik pusatnya berada di Mushala Ar-Raudhah Sekumpul, Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan. Jamaah yang menghadiri kegiatan haul abah guru sekumpul sangat banyak. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada pelaksanaan haul abah guru sekumpul yang selalu dihadiri sekitar jutaan jamaah, tidak hanya dari Indonesia namun dari beberapa negara yaitu Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Hadramaut (Yaman) dan Mekkah. maka sangat menarik untuk dikaji bagaimana manajemen penyelenggar kegiatan haul tersebut. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data adalah pelaksana kegiatan dan jamaah yang menghadiri kegiatan haul guru sekumpul dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang diterapkan yaitu reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. Teknik pengabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penyelenggara kegiatan haul Guru Sekumpul meliputi: 1) perencanaan yang berdasarkan pada tujuan dan sasaran; anggaran; menyusun anggaran yang mencakup semua kebutuhan acara; dan tim panitia. 2) Pelaksanaan memperhatikan hal berikut ini: koordinasi; logistik; acara; dan komunikas. 3) Evaluasi meliputi: penilaian kinerja; laporan; dokumentasi; dan lokasi dan waktu.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the problems of implementing management in Islamic educational institutions that are faced as challenges to improving the quality of education as well as constructive efforts to address them. The quality of graduates at Islamic educational institutions in general still needs to be improved. This is a problem that is currently still trying to find solutions and alternatives that can be used to improve the quality of these graduates. This research aims to determine the problems and implementation of quality standards for graduates of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing several literatures related to the theme that the author will study. The results show that one of the management problems in Islamic educational institutions is that there are still authoritarian and centralized leadership practices that apply in several Islamic educational institutions, and there is still a lack of quality human resources, especially in the academic field as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure and lagging technology. Abstract

Moral development at SMA IT Al-Madaniyah Samuda has a very crucial role in the process of character formation of students. This school is committed to not only producing individuals who excel in academics, but also forming individuals with noble morals and are able to apply Islamic values in everyday life. Therefore, moral development is an integral part of the educational process given to students. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the moral development applied to students at SMA IT Al-Madaniyah Samuda and to identify the challenges faced in the process of moral development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, the data sources in this study are students, parents of students, and the principal. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique used in this study is source triangulation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that moral development is carried out using various methods, such as lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and role models. In addition, there are several obstacles in the implementation of moral development, including differences in family background, time constraints, and variations in the role of teachers in implementing moral development.

Abstract

Project Based Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa dalam proyek nyata untuk menyelidiki, merancang, dan mengevaluasi suatu konsep. Pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, PjBl mendorong siswa untuk memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai Islam melalui pengalaman langsung untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman mendalam, serta pola pikir kritis dan kreatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji tentang penerapan model Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya. Riset ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu guru PAI serta dua orang siswa sebagai informan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah diterapkannya enam tahapan model Project Based Learning yaitu: (1) penyampaian pertanyaan mendasar oleh guru yang ditunjukkan dengan guru memberikan pertanyaan di awal pembelajaran, (2) mendesain perencanaan proyek yang ditunjukkan dengan guru menentukan jenis proyek dan siswa berdiskusi mengenai rancangan proyek, (3) penyusunan jadwal pembuatan proyek yang ditunjukkan dengan guru dan siswa membuat kesepakatan mengenai tenggat waktu pengerjaan proyek, (4) monitoring keaktifan dan perkembangan proyek yang ditunjukkan dengan guru aktif memantau proyek siswa dengan cara berkomunikasi langsung dengan siswa, (5) pengujian hasil proyek yang dilakukan melalui presentasi kelompok, dan (6) evaluasi pengalaman belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan guru melakukan refleksi bersama siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan  fundamental membangun keluarga harmonis dalam memaknai kewajiban orang tua dan anak perspektif QS. Al-Anfal ayat 27 dan QS. Luqman Ayat 14. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan atau library research.  Adapun analisis data yang digunakan menurut konsep yang ditawarkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu menggali dan meninjau kembali data sampai diperoleh data yang jenuh yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan seluruh data, kemudian mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya antara Orang Tua dan Anak harus senantiasa menjalankan kewajibannya sebagaimana sudah dijabarkan dalam QS. Al-Anfal ayat 27 dan QS. Luqman Ayat 14 menjaga amanah dan berbuat baik kepada orang tua adalah esensial. Pola asuh yang responsif dan interaksi positif antara orang tua dan anak sangat memengaruhi perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika orang tua aktif mendengarkan dan merespons kebutuhan anak, anak akan lebih cenderung menunjukkan perilaku positif dan menghormati orang tua. Keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah, berkontribusi pada motivasi dan kepercayaan diri anak. Dengan memenuhi kewajiban masing-masing, hubungan antara orang tua dan anak dapat menjadi saling mendukung.

Abstract

 The Maintenance of the Unique Teaching of the Yellow Book At Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Martapura South Kalimantan (Review Linguistic and Sociolingustic Aspects). Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution has various characteristics. One of them is the uniqueness in teaching of yellow book, as applied in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam (PPD) Martapura. To achieve the purpose of pesantren tafaqquh fî ad-dîn, the yellow book must be mastered by santri. To master the yellow book, the element and the knowledge of yellow book are considered as the main tool. The emphasis on these two aspects also has an impact on the application of characteristic translations. The translation seems unique, rigid, and clumsy so that it is potentially difficult to understand and can even lead to misunderstandings. However, the specificity of teaching is instead maintained and can be accepted in the pesantren. This paper is intended to express how and why the specificity of yellow book teaching can survive and be maintained in PPD Martapura in terms of linguistic and sociolinguistic aspects.

Abstract

Education plays a significant role in Islam, serving as a means to draw closer to Allah, instill good character, and improve the relationship between humans and the environment. In this context, sincerity, honor, and compensation for educators become relevant topics of discussion. This article explores the Islamic perspective on these three aspects and how they form the foundation of sustainable education. Through a review of the Qur'an and Hadith literature, as well as text analysis and interpretation, this article highlights the importance of sincerity in carrying out educational tasks and providing adequate recognition to educators. Islam views education as a long-term investment for both worldly and spiritual purposes, by providing honorable compensation to educators as an investment in the future of the community and to gain blessings in the Hereafter.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of crisis management in Islam through analysis of hadith with sanad and matan as well as support from verses from the Koran. The hadith which says, "Allah loves those who do a job, does it with itqan (precise, directed, clear, complete)" (HR. Thabrani) is used as the main basis, showing the importance of thoroughness and sincerity in carrying out tasks, especially in crisis situations. Apart from that, the Al-Qur'an provides guidance on business and careful planning in dealing with crises, as stated in Surah Al-Mulk verse 15. The story of the Prophet Yusuf in the Al-Qur'an is also raised as a real example of risk management and mitigation strategies. effective crisis. This article concludes that the principles taught in the hadith and the Qur'an can be applied in modern crisis management, emphasizing the values of sincerity, perseverance, and careful planning as keys to dealing wisely and effectively with emergency situations.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology, particularly social media, has transformed various aspects of life, including Islamic education. Platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and TikTok provide new opportunities to deliver Islamic teachings creatively and contextually, especially to younger audiences. This study aims to analyze the potential of social media in supporting Islamic education and to identify the challenges it presents. The research employed a library-based method by reviewing books, scholarly articles, and relevant previous studies, followed by a qualitative analysis to synthesize findings. The results indicate that social media offers several benefits: expanding the reach of Islamic educational institutions, introducing innovative learning strategies, reinforcing religious values, and enabling flexible preaching activities. However, it also raises concerns such as moral decline, cyberbullying, reduced concentration, lower interest in learning, negative behavioral patterns, and excessive dependence on technology. Despite these challenges, social media can enhance Islamic education by widening access to resources, fostering collaboration, increasing motivation, and promoting learner autonomy. In conclusion, social media has significant potential to strengthen Islamic education if utilized wisely. The active involvement of teachers, parents, and institutions is essential to ensure its alignment with Islamic values and its positive contribution to students’ character development.
