Abstract

The plant of life is a program prepared by the government through the regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number P.12/Menlhk-II/2015, for communities living around forests to be empowered by companies in accordance with these rules. The purpose of this study is to explain and provide recommendations on how to empower ideal communities around the forest through living plants in Sungai Ara Village, Pelalawan Regency. The method in this study is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in Sungai Ara Village, which is located in Pelalawan District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing informants, the company and the community. The results in this study found that the ideal empowerment had not been implemented properly in Sungai Ara Village because empowerment was carried out by giving cash. Therefore, the authors recommend ideal empowerment by using concepts from various ideal theories and comparing the results of existing research. Recommendations are expected to create an ideal empowerment by involving all parties including the government, companies and the community itself

Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to analyze the influence of work pressure and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Head Office in Jakarta. The research is based on the importance of creating optimal working conditions to sustainably improve employee productivity and performance, especially amid the post-pandemic work dynamics and increasing service targets in the banking sector. This study uses an associative quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 106 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that work pressure has a significant negative effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant positive effect. Simultaneously, work pressure and work environment significantly influence employee performance, contributing 85.2% to performance variation. These findings indicate that to enhance employee performance effectively, companies must manage work pressure wisely and create a supportive and comfortable work environment. Abstract

E-commerce is an online sales application that makes it easier for customers to buy and sell in cyberspace or via the internet. Application for utilizing e-commerce in ordering flower bouquets using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. The RUP method is Rational Unified Process (RUP) which is a software engineering method that was developed by collecting various best practices found in the software development industry.

Therefore, all forms of information, especially in marketing products, are very quickly accessible to consumers using online media. PT. Adiastha Karya Pratama really needs an online marketing system that supports marketing its products by using a personal website, in this way consumers will be helped to find information that supports their interest in buying PT products. Adiastha Karya Pratama. At this time PT. Adiastha Karya Pratama operates in the housing developer sector. A web-based home sales information system has advantages, including being effective and efficient for buyers. Buyers only need to access the computer to search for house sales information. Has a function to track the location where the buyer will go to the location of the house for sale.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance by looking at it from the perspective of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. To achieve this goal, this study utilizes secondary company data with quantitative and comparative descriptive research approaches. The research analysis focuses on current ratio, quick ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity. The researchers compared trend analysis by comparing available data based on time changes. The results of the study show that in terms of liquidity, the company's financial condition is less convincing because current assets are under one time, while the quick ratio is even lower. The company also faces solvency problems, which is indicated by a debt ratio that is too high, especially in terms of the debt-to-equity ratio which has reached 346%. The company's profitability is not convincing because ROA and ROE have been recorded negative for the last four years from 2020 to 2023. The liquidity ratio has a negative relationship with the debt ratio but creates a positive correlation with the profitability ratio. The debt ratio always has an indirect relationship with other ratios

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan tinjauan komprehensif mengenai konsep, kerangka metodologis, dan aplikasi praktis CEA dalam kebijakan dan perencanaan program kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menganalisis jurnal internasional, publikasi nasional, pedoman kebijakan, dan referensi otoritatif terkait evaluasi ekonomi kesehatan. Empat sumber utama, Haidari et al. (2021), Marseille et al. (2020), Turner et al. (2023), dan Piton et al. (2022) digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mendefinisikan dan menganalisis konsep CEA. CEA membandingkan total biaya suatu intervensi dengan keluaran kesehatan yang dihasilkan dalam satuan natural. Proses metodologis CEA mencakup identifikasi biaya, pengukuran efektivitas, dan perhitungan Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER). Ilustrasi kasus menunjukkan bagaimana ICER digunakan dalam penetapan prioritas. CEA diterapkan secara luas dalam kebijakan vaksinasi, pengendalian penyakit menular, pemilihan obat, keputusan formularium, program skrining, dan penyusunan anggaran kesehatan.

Abstract

Desentralisasi fiskal memberikan kewenangan luas kepada pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola pembiayaan sektor kesehatan sebagai urusan wajib pelayanan dasar. Namun, implementasi kebijakan pembiayaan daerah masih menghadapi tantangan berupa ketimpangan kapasitas fiskal, ketergantungan pada dana transfer pusat, serta lemahnya efektivitas penggunaan anggaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pembiayaan daerah dalam mendukung pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia pada era desentralisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan terhadap regulasi pembiayaan daerah serta kajian jurnal terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kerangka regulasi pembiayaan kesehatan daerah telah cukup komprehensif, implementasinya belum sepenuhnya mampu mengurangi disparitas pelayanan kesehatan antar wilayah. Pembiayaan kesehatan daerah masih didominasi belanja rutin, sementara alokasi untuk program promotif dan preventif relatif terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penguatan tata kelola pembiayaan daerah melalui perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan, peningkatan kapasitas fiskal daerah, serta sinergi kebijakan pusat dan daerah menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Adolescent depression has emerged as a significant mental health challenge in the digital era, driven by excessive social media exposure, cyberbullying, identity crises, and weakened interpersonal relationships. These conditions demand a holistic counseling approach that integrates psychological, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. This study examines the prophetic hadith as a foundational framework for developing a humanistic Islamic counseling model in addressing adolescent depression. Employing a qualitative research design based on library research, this study applies a thematic (maudhu'i) analysis of selected hadiths related to emotional well-being, hope, patience, compassion, social support, and the prohibition of despair. The findings reveal that the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, emphasized psychological balance, empathy, positive coping strategies, and communal responsibility as essential elements in maintaining mental health. Values ​​such as rahmah (compassion), sabr (patience), tawakkal (trust in God), and emotional self-regulation are shown to be highly relevant to contemporary adolescent counseling practices. From this perspective, Islamic counseling grounded in hadith does not promote spiritual escapism but rather encourages active resilience, self-awareness, and social connectedness. The study argues that a humanistic counseling model rooted in prophetic teachings can serve as a preventive and curative approach to adolescent depression in the digital age. This research contributes to the development of Islamic counseling discourse, enriches hadith studies with mental health perspectives, and offers an alternative ethical framework for addressing youth depression in modern society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Program Kampung Iklim (PROKLIM) di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci, Kabupaten Pelalawan dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini melibatkan informan dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pelalawan, pemerintah desa, PT RAPP sebagai mitra strategis, dan Kelompok Tani Dusun Barat sebagai pelaksana utama program. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek konteks, PROKLIM telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya dalam peningkatan ketahanan pangan dan adaptasi terhadap dampak perubahan iklim. Dari sisi input, sinergi antara DLH Pelalawan, CSR PT RAPP, dan kelompok tani mendukung tersedianya sumber daya, pelatihan, dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Pada aspek proses, pelaksanaan program berlangsung cukup efektif meskipun terdapat kendala ketepatan waktu akibat cuaca dan pengadaan sarana. Secara umum, komponen produk menunjukkan tercapainya tujuan program melalui keberadaan rumah bibit, pola tumpang sari, diversifikasi tanaman, serta pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa PROKLIM berjalan efektif dan memberikan dampak positif dalam penguatan ketahanan pangan masyarakat di Dusun Barat.
