Abstract

Konkretisasi  Kampus mengajar program Kementerian Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Angkatan II memberikan kesempatan bagi para mahasiswa untuk belajar dan meluaskan diri melalui kegiatan perkuliahan di luar kelas. Untuk Program yang kedua ini merupakan transmutasi dari Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan I dimana memiliki tujuan bagi Sekolah Dasar yang terdampak pandemic dengan memberdayakan mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar II di SDN Ceger 01 Pagi yang berdomisili di sekitar  wilayah  Jakarta Timur II untuk membantu para guru dan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di tengah pandemic Covid-19. Program Kampus Mengajar dilaksanakan untuk menjadi alat peningkatan mutu Pendidikan tinggi dengan mendorong, memfasilitasi, mempercepat perguruan tinggi mencapai tujuannya . Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Subyek Penelitiannya adalah pelaksanaan kampus Mengajar Angkatan II di SDN Ceger 01 Pagi.  Dokumentasi, Observasi dan wawancara  adalah merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Program yang dilaksanakan yaitu : Memberikan bantuan guru dalam adaptasi teknologi selama melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, berkolaborasi dengan Bapak dan Ibu guru di sekolah terutama pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi baik itu online maupun tatap muka dan Memabntu administrasi Manajerial sekolah.Kata Kunci : Konkretisasi Kampus Mengajar II, Pembelajaran online, adaptasi teknologi, Pembelajaran Literasi , Pembelajaran Numerasi

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase understanding of digital marketing for MSMEs in the MBS district. By maximizing the use of online media, it can increase business competitiveness. For MSME players, adequate online media knowledge and quality content can be used to market their products. This situation is very influential, significantly since the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed the way people meet their daily needs. Consumers who used to shop directly are now experiencing changes by using digital transactions. Marketing online through social media provides opportunities for MSME to interact with consumers. The approach method used is for active MSMEs. The method is done by providing counseling online through zoom media. This service activity was carried out orderly and smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about listening to the speakers’ presentations. The attendance of the participants proves this right from the beginning of the event to the end of the event. It is hoped that training and the service team can assist MSMEs so that they can monitor the progress of increasing sales turnover. Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of DPK (Third Party Funds), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income) on the profitability (ROA) of state banks. The multiple linear regression with classic assumption test was used to hypothesis testing. The results showed that DPK, LDR, and BOPO had a positive and significant effect on ROA, while CAR has no significantly effect. Among all the independent variables studied, DPK is the dominant variable affecting ROA, and, ROA can explained by the variables studied at 81.4% while the remainder was explained by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine: The influence of Corporate Governance in the Government and Business Entity Partnership (PPP) in the infrastructure sector, the main factors that can affect the Government and Business Entity Partnership (PPP) in the Infrastructure sector and How to apply the principles of Corporate Governance in the Government and Business Entity Partnership ( PPP ) in the infrastructure sector in Indonesia. The population and subjects studied are a group of people who understand the Government and Business Entity Partnership (PPP), namely from the Association of Professional Experts on Government Partnerships and Indonesian Business Entities (PAP-KPBUI) as many as 142 people. For data analysis used in this study use Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression estimation technique to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 23. The results of the study can be seen that the variables of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Justice together have a contribution of influence of PPP in the Infrastructure sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and ROE on NPL in Commercial Banks, how the banking sector strategy faces the threat of NPL during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and how the implementation of government policies and their effects on NPL. ROE, Interest Rates, and Inflation on the dependent variable, name. The data used in this study is secondary data, which is panel data sourced from financial reports published on the official website www.idx.co.id. Inflation occurs due to excess demand for several products or services and encourages an increase in overall product prices; inflation will undoubtedly be accompanied by rising interest rates for savings and loans. As a result, the value of non-performing loans owned by banks tends to increase. The higher inflation will encourage an increase in the tendency of the importance of NPL owned by a bank. The higher inflation will promote growth in the direction of the value of NPL. Inflation has a significant positive effect on NPL owned by a bank. The results of this study indicate that the rise and fall or ROE can affect the increase or decrease in NPL.

Abstract

A sign that a region is progressing is the economic independence of its people. However, many people are unaware of this potential, so we need motivation-based community empowerment efforts. This will encourage people to develop the local economy in their area. Saving money is an essential part of managing finances to achieve your goals. Keeping money can also help the community, especially children, to develop the economy in their village. By teaching children about financial planning early on, they can understand the benefits of accessing financial services and facilities, including savings. The implementation process has several stages: preparation, evaluation, and reporting. The results of these activities were excellent, and they went according to plan. Hopefully, these efforts will encourage younger generations in Indonesia to develop the habit of saving, ultimately benefiting the nation and the state.

Abstract

Purpose: By testing a moderated mediation model, this study aims to examine the mediating role of financial behavior in the relationship between Islamic religiosity, financial behavior, and financial well-being. The study also examines if financial literacy moderates this effect. Methodology/approach: The PROCESS macros version 4.0 was used to assess the hypothesized model based on data from 247 college students. Findings: The findings show that Islamic religiosity influences students' effective financial behavior and well-being. As expected, this study also confirms that financial behavior mediates the effect of Islamic religiosity on financial well-being, and financial literacy mediates this relationship. The role of Islamic religiosity in predicting financial well-being is getting stronger when students have high levels of financial literacy, which has important implications for universities to integrate Islamic values in financial management curricula and courses. Practical implications: The study's implications are directed at financial educators, not only providing financial knowledge to students but also integrating religious values so that they can form positive financial behavior to improve their quality of life in the future. Originality/value: The present study is initial empirical evidence that specifically explores the relationship between Islamic religiosity and financial behavior and its relationship with financial well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan bantuan program Eview 9 untuk memperoleh gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI selama 7 tahun dari 2014 – 2020 per triwulan dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan demikian, perusahaan telekomunikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dapat meningkatkan suatu nilai perusahaan dengan lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Promosi Melalui Media Soisal Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Di What’s Good Coffee. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial berpengaruh pada Kepuasan Pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan terhadap konsumen What’s Good Coffee dan minimal pernah mengunjungi dan mengkonsumsi produk What’s Good Coffee. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang konsumen. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Promosi Melalui Media Sosial Tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial Berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang meliputi jenis penelitian kausal atau sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probility sampling dengan tipe proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 67 orang karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia.
