Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategies of Java Art Souvenir, an MSME in Jakarta Old Town known for its cultural heritage. The research employs a qualitative approach, focusing on the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to understand the business dynamics. Java Art Souvenir, owned by Aldy Sanjaya, produces a variety of cultural souvenirs. The study highlights challenges in integrated marketing, particularly in coordinating communication channels. Recommendations include diversifying products, competitive pricing, leveraging the strategic location, and participating in cultural events. SWOT analysis reveals internal strengths in experienced HR and high-quality products, but weaknesses in digital presence and decreased business activity. Opportunities lie in online expansion and partnerships with local art institutions. Strategic recommendations involve creative product development, establishing partnerships, online visibility, and participation in digital marketing trends. In conclusion, addressing weaknesses and capitalizing on opportunities can enhance Java Art Souvenir's position in the dynamic Jakarta Old Town souvenir market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of profitability and company size on company value through company value for 2019-2022. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which was processed with Eviews using the path analysis method, namely direct and indirect influence. The population in this research is all hotel companies in Indonesia. The sample consisted of 10 hotel companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The partial research results show that profitability significantly affects capital structure and company value. A high ROE in hotel companies significantly affects capital structure because they can obtain loans at lower interest rates, show permits, and have the option to use less debt. A high ROE reflects management's efficiency in using capital and is attractive to investors looking for a high rate of return.

Abstract

The restaurant industry is an important sector in the world of tourism and consumption, including in Indonesia. A successful restaurant depends not only on the quality of its food, but also customer satisfaction which encourages repeat visits. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting the Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, as well as testing the role of visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative research with path analysis techniques involving 100 respondents who are visitors who have visited more than once. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between product quality and visiting interest. Therefore, restaurants need to continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of products and services to create a sustainable positive experience. The advice for restaurant managers is to maintain consistent product quality and provide friendly service, while visitors are advised to provide constructive input to improve their dining experience.

Abstract

This activity aims to introduce the potential of Javanese ginseng leaves in making pudding and provide in-depth education regarding the health benefits of this ingredient and how to process it. Counseling on the processing of Javanese ginseng leaf pudding was held at SMK Negeri 57, Jakarta, according to a schedule that did not interfere with academic activities. This activity aims to teach 53 students about the health benefits and techniques for making pudding from Javanese ginseng leaves. The program includes planning, socialization, and practice of making pudding. Afterwards, questionnaires will be collected to evaluate the impact of the program and adjust future materials. The Javanese ginseng leaf pudding education program at SMKN 57 Jakarta succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge and received positive feedback about the taste and health benefits. However, challenges such as low frequency of consumption and hesitation to buy again indicate the need for better marketing strategies and more in-depth education. It is recommended that the lecturer team improve marketing materials and packaging, as well as explore additional distribution channels. Students are expected to actively promote and educate about products to increase adoption and consumption.

Abstract

Cost Control in a hotel is a part of the function of carrying out the task of cost control, recording the inventory of raw materials for food and beverages, where the Food Controller perform the recording of special costs associated with the cost of food (Food Cost), while the Beverage Controller is part of carrying out the recording Special costs associated with the cost of drinks (Beverage Cost). Research Objective, food and beverage inventory turn over, percentage of Food Cost and Beverage Cost, Average Check of Food and Beverage Service, Labor Cost, Profit Department of Food and Beverage. The data retrieval procedure uses the primary data, such as: conducting interviews to the Food and Beverage Controller. Secondary data are: Profit Loss F & B Department Period December 2015. The result of the research showed that: Food Cost Percentage reached 33.9% from budgeted 35%, meaning 1.1% below budget, Beverage Cost reached 22.44% from budgeted 25 %, Meaning 2.56% below budgeted, Labor Cost Percentage can be achieved 19.75% of budgeted at 24.0%, means 4.25% below budget, Percentage of Department Profit achieved 33.7 % Of the budgeted amounted to 28.6% in other words 5.1% above the budget.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of homestay tourist accommodation in Kenderan Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. In this study, the data were analyzed and presented descriptively. The data collection used non-participant observation, structured interviews, literature studies, and document studies. The technique SWOT analysis used for data analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is evident that each homestay has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in managing it. In general, the strength of these seven homestays is the strong family atmosphere which is characteristic of each form of homestay. Then there is a weakness of the seven homestays, namely inadequate management due to limited human resources. The existence of culture and nature that are still beautiful is an opportunity for the seven homestays in Kenderan Village. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize existing resources so that they can be used as the main factor that attracts the attention of tourists to settle down. Next, regarding the challenges, those are generally experienced by the seven homestays are increasingly fierce and growing market competition. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence tourists' interest in visiting Jakarta, with a focus on shopping destinations, cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of all visitors to Jakarta, both domestic and foreign. The research sample was 200 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study showed that all variables tested (shopping destinations, cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife) have a significant influence on tourists' interest in visiting Jakarta. The shopping destination factor has the greatest influence, followed by cultural and historical attractions, culinary tourism, and nightlife. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Jakarta has great potential to attract more tourists through the development of these sectors. The advice given to tourism destination managers and local governments is to continue to improve facilities and promotions related to shopping, cultural, culinary, and nightlife tourism in order to strengthen Jakarta's appeal as a major tourist destination, and so that tourists can explore more aspects of the city during their visit. Abstract

This research aims to find out which tourists use public transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta Government. Public transportation is used to avoid traffic jams to get to tourist destinations comfortably and quickly. This research is qualitative research. The objects of this research are all public transportation places in the city of Jakarta and the seven tourist destinations most visited by tourists in Jakarta. The research was conducted by interviews and observations with the DKI Jakarta Transportation and Transportation Department and domestic and foreign tourists who use public transportation. The research results show that traveling to Jakarta using public transportation is a practical, efficient and often economical choice. Jakarta has various types of public transportation, including KRL, MRT, LRT, TransJakarta, Jaklingko, and online motorbike taxis, which can make it easier for tourists to explore various tourist attractions in this city. Jakarta has high safety standards in the field of public transportation, and passengers are expected to comply with applicable regulations and etiquette. Abstract

This study aims to analyze homestay governance in Cibuntu Tourism Village, Kuningan Regency, West Java, by highlighting interactions between stakeholders, community adaptation strategies, and opportunities for developing sustainable governance models. Homestays were chosen as the focus of the study because they are a crucial node in community-based tourism (CBT) practices and a key pillar of sustainable village tourism. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Informants were selected through purposive sampling involving homestay owners, Pokdarwis (Tourism Group) administrators, village officials, and private sector partners. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, and were then analyzed thematically. The results showed that families still manage most homestays without uniform service standards, although the family atmosphere is a key attraction. Pokdarwis plays a crucial role, but community participation remains limited. In conclusion, homestay governance needs to be strengthened through the principles of good governance, expanded participation, and the integration of sustainable tourism as recommendations for the development of other tourism villages in Indonesia.
