Abstract

Online purchases have skyrocketed since 2020, influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, and are projected to continue growing to reach USD 16 billion by 2028. This trend indicates that digital shopping for facial cleansing products has become a permanent habit among Indonesian consumers.This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Kahf facial wash soap at Watsons Summarecon Mall Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who were male consumers aged 17–30 years who had purchased Kahf products at the research location. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of product quality, price, and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has the most dominant influence compared to other variables. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.443 indicates that 44.3% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The significant difference in sales between Avoskin skincare products and competing products indicates a challenge for Avoskin to strengthen its consumer appeal. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and influencer marketing on consumer purchasing decisions. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 102 respondents who had previously purchased Avoskin skincare products at the specified location. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26 to examine both partial and simultaneous relationships between variables. The results indicate that product quality (t-value = 5.289, sig. = 0.000), price (t-value = 2.236, sig. = 0.028), and influencer marketing (t-value = 7.106, sig. = 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (f-value = 35.673, sig. = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 50.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables.

Abstract

The current era provides challenges for several automotive industries to be able to compete and maintain the quality of their products. For four-wheeled auto­motive companies, satisfying customers regarding the visual appear­ance of the vehicle body is very important. However, internally, automotive companies still found many defects or failures in painting, amounting to 32.6%. Apart from that, rework also results in additional costs that the company must incur during the painting process. This study aims to clarify types of painting defects, analyze root causes, provide solutions, improve process capabilities, and in­crease the sigma level in the painting process in the four-wheeled vehicle industry. This study uses the Lean Six Sigma method, which is integrated into the DMAIC approach and other improve­ment tools. As a result, this study clarifies four critical defects in the orange peel defects of the painting section, craters, melting, and blur. This study has resulted in several corrective action solutions, including tightening supervision of the performance of painting section operators so that they are consistent and committed to working according to the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) or work instructions that have been created. A competency matrix is used to evaluate operator performance, which is reported to super­iors and subordinates by the supervisory depart­ment. After carrying out corrective action, this study increased the process capability from 1.17 to 1.92. The higher the capability value, the higher the sigma level. This study also has increased the sigma level from 2.76 to 3.42, meaning an increase of 78%. .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention at PT BLNP. The research sample of 94 people was selected using purposive sampling, while data collection used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was two-stage regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on turnover intention, and workload had a significant effect on turnover intention, compensation and workload simultaneously had a significant effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat dosen Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya di Kampung Siluman Desa Mangun Jaya Kecamatan Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai DBD serta strategi mitigasinya, dengan penekanan pada pencegahan melalui pengendalian vektor, khususnya nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah mewawancarai pihak desa dan warga Desa Mangun Jaya. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 8 Juni 2024 hingga 13 Juli 2024. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Desa Mangunjaya Kecamatan Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Bojong Mangunjaya telah dijalankan antar lain meliputi program bidang kesehatan dan lingkungan. Dari keseluruhan program yang telah dijalankan memilki sasaran seluruh warga Desa Mangunjaya yang terdiri dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa khususnya ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak. Program kerja yang dijalankan oleh merupakan program kerja yang telah disusun dan direncanakan terlebih dahulu

Abstract

Limbah dari industri perikanan masih mengandung protein, lemak, mineral, dan bahan lain yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan berbagai produk, di antaranya gelatin. Gelatin dari limbah ulang ikan tenggiri dapat diperoleh melalui hidrolisis dengan larutan asam fosfat (H3PO4). Variasi konsentrasi H3PO4 yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 4%, 8%, dan 12%, sedangkan variasi waktu perendaman adalah 32 jam, 44 jam, dan 56 jam. Pengujian kualitas gelatin yang dihasilkan dilakukan dengan analisis kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar air, kadar abu, dan viskositas. Kadar protein dari gelatin tulang ikan tenggiri maksimal yang dihasilkan adalah 70,11%, nilai tersebut belum memenuhi standar mutu gelatin menurut SNI 06-3735-1995. Kadar lemak pada gelatin tulang ikan berkisar antara 1,34% sampai 3,21%, kadar air berkisar antara 10,03% sampai 11,87%, sedangkan kadar abu berkisar antara 1,86% sampai 2,78%, ketiga parameter tesebut sudah sesuai dengan standar mutu gelatin. Analisis viskositas gelatin tulang ikan tenggiri menunjukkan hasil sebesar antara 4,02 cP sampai 6,84 cP sedangkan standar mutu viskositas gelatin adalah antara 2,5 cP hingga 5,5 cP. Pemanfaatan kembali limbah tulang ikan merupakan penerapan prinsip blue economy, yaitu upaya pengolahan bahan baku perikanan secara maksimal untuk mengurangi limbah yang berdampak terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak : Era digital saat ini, strategi pemasaran telah menggunakan sosial media sebagai media penjualan produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan salah satu cara terbaik menggunakan media sosial adalah sebagai cara untuk mempromosikan produk menggunakan peran para influencer untuk mendatangkan atau menarik pelanggan. Media sosial juga dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan ulasan tentang barang atau jasa yang akan dijual, menarik minat dan respons pelanggan sebelum mereka memutuskan untuk membeli barang atau jasa tersebut. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui peran dan fungsi influencer dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk melalui platform sosial media. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review. Hasil penelitian : Salah satu cara terbaik mengguanakan media sosial adalah sebagai cara untuk mempromosikan produk menggunakan peran para influencer untuk mendatangkan atau menarik pelanggan.
