Abstract

Background: Community participation is essential for effective development planning in rural areas. Specific Background: This study examines participation in development planning within a particular village. Knowledge Gap: Although existing literature recognizes community involvement, disparities in participation among different societal groups remain underexplored. Aims: The research aims to analyze community participation levels and highlight engagement differences. Results: Findings reveal uneven participation in oversight processes, with certain groups more engaged, potentially sidelining the interests of less active segments. Novelty: This study emphasizes the need for inclusive strategies to ensure diverse community voices are heard. Implications: Results call for initiatives that promote broader engagement in oversight activities, facilitating equitable representation and effective development planning that addresses the challenges of marginalized groups. Abstract

Background: Effective management of microfinance institutions is essential for rural economic development. Specific Background: This study examines BUMDesa Bersama “Gempol Sejahtera,” focusing on its application of microfinance principles in financial management. Knowledge Gap: There is limited research on how structured bureaucracies affect the success of microfinance programs in community organizations. Aims: The research evaluates the impact of organizational structure on microfinance initiatives and resource management. Results: Findings show that a clear bureaucratic structure enhances efficiency and role clarity, facilitating successful program implementation. Clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and task fragmentation are critical for optimal execution. Novelty: This study offers new insights into the link between organizational structure and microfinance effectiveness in community enterprises, enriching the literature on rural empowerment. Abstract

Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) adalah aplikasi yang mengolah data kemiskinan di tingkat desa. Namun pada pelaksanaanya di Desa Permisan mengalami beberapa permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian antara penerima data dengan kriteria penerima bantuan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektifitas Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) sebagai aplikasi pengolah data kemiskinan desa di Desa Permisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dekriptif. Hasil penelitian bedasarkan teori efektivitas yang dikemukakan oleh (Richard M. Steers 1985) yang berisi indikator pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) di Desa Permisan, Kecamatan Jabon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo sudah dapat dikatakan efektif karena bantuan dalam pelaksanannya menjadikan penyaluran sosial di Desa Permisan menjadi lebih tertata. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat kendala yaitu tidak adanya bimbingan teknis kepada operator aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) dari pihak pembuat aplikasi terkait.

Abstract

To increase fishery products, it is done empowerment for pond farmers. The Implementation of Government Strategies in Empowering Tambak Farmer Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency is inseparable from obstacles. The problems in implementing the program strategy are, firstly, the lack of number of Field Fishery Extension Officers (PPL) in empowering groups of pond farmers so that they are less effective in carrying out their duties. Second, the human resources of the pond farmers are very minimal, this is because the human resources of the pond farmers are primary and junior high school farmers. There are also some pond farmers who are apathetic in groups and have limited time in empowering pond farmer groups. This study aims to analyze the Government's Strategy for Empowerment of Tambak Farmers Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The technique of analyzing data is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Government's Strategy in Empowerment of Tambak Farmers Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency is not yet optimal. It is indicated by the lack of fulfillment of indicators in the strategy process according to the strategy process according to AkxKootenx in Salususx (2006: 104-105), namely indicators of organizational strategy, program strategy, support strategies, resources and strategies. institutional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Government's Role in Empowering Persons with Social Welfare with Disabilities (a case study at UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa Pasuruan Regency). The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research here show that the Government's Role in Empowering Persons with Social Welfare with Disabilities (a case study at the UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa Pasuruan Regency) is: the role as a stabilizer by socializing and providing counseling to the community and parents of people with disabilities about empowering people with disabilities. The role of the government as an innovator by providing information to the public and families of people with disabilities UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa using print media.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CSR Program for Community Social Welfare can be said to be in accordance with the conditions in the field. The target group is one of the foundations caring for children with special needs and the foundation for fostering disabled children in Surabaya. And the supporting factors of this application are the community and the agency, while the inhibiting factor of this application is the frequent shortage of crew when implementing CSR programs. company power. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the implementation of CSR programs for the welfare of the target group. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informants in this research are Tax & CSR Division, Assistant Manager of Public Relations, Peduli Kasih Foundation for Children with Special Needs, YPAC. The analysis technique of this research is qualitative. Abstract

The weak understanding of BUMDes is what makes BUMDes discourse not well socialized to the villagers. How can you socialize if your own understanding is still very inadequate. As a result, the issue of BUMDes only blows on the village elite only or only in the village device circle. The weak development of human resources is what makes the institutional capacity and entrepreneurship of the village undeveloped and the lack of personnel to manage BUMDes MARGO JOYO in Semambung village jabon subdistrict and the thing that is no less important is most young people to work. It is still difficult to convince young people that BUMDes can guarantee harmony for its activists. The methods used qualitative descriptive data are obtained through observation, documentation, interviews and using the source of books, journals, and policy documents. The result of this research is that there are three processes of managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) namely planning which in planning there are 2 categories including work program plans that include making budget budgets to get capital and can open new business units. The second category in the planning is the acceptance target plan which includes socialization of Semambung Village residents to participate in the use of POS Indonesia services in electronic bill payment services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze Transmission in the Implementation of the E-Registation Program as an Effort to Ease the Registration of Taxpayer Identification Numbers with a case study of the Lamongan Pratama Tax Service office or KPP Pratama Lamongan. The research method is descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation and documentation technique with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the communication variable at the point of transmission of socialization has been carried out by KPP Pratama Lamongan through social media managed by KPP Pratama Lamongan but socialization on social media cannot reach all levels of society and at the point of clarity of online registration if the process has been completed. After completion, KPP Pratama Lamongan will send a physical TIN card using a third party, namely an expedition, but there is uncertainty about the time of receiving a physical TIN card or not receiving a TIN due to unclear delivery addresses and many villages in Dilamongan have multiple RTs in their gangs so that couriers have difficulty sending deliveries. package.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card Policy as a form of government program launched to address the problem is still found in many students who are still of school age but drop out of school due to financial difficulties given to students from Elementary School or Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, Junior High School or Madrasah education levels Tsanawiyah, Vocational High School or Senior High School or Madrasah Aliyah. One of the regencies or cities in East Java that has realized acceptance of the Smart Indonesia Program is Sidoarjo Regency. including the class as students whose parents are underprivileged or students whose parents are registered as owners of PKH and KKS cards. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles, such as those at SDN Kenongo 1, namely the acceptance of the Smart Indonesia program is still uneven and has decreased when implementing it due to the lack of monitoring and data collection carried out by homeroom teachers on students, besides that, socialization to parents and guardians of students is only carried out when taking report cards only. The purpose of this study is to find out how the resources for implementing the smart Indonesia program are in an effort to equalize education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a purposive sampling technique in determining informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation.
