Abstract

Tourism Destinations in Indonesia are experiencing rapid development. This study aims to explain the strategy for developing tourism destinations. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In addition, this research also uses a literature study approach. Research reference data were obtained from journals and reference books related to tourism development strategies. The study results found eight strategies for developing tourism destinations: optimizing environmental management, optimizing potential and community assistance, managing intangible cultural assets, managing tangible cultural assets, fostering surrounding communities, improving product quality, and organizing integrated tourism activities. The government and tourism destination development stakeholders need to respond to the results of this research by optimizing the strategies identified in this study.

Abstract

The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the foundation of Muslims in various dimensions of life. This research aims to identify the role of OIC globally. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and a literature study. Research reference data was obtained from journals and reference books related to the role of the OIC. The study's results found ten dimensions of the OIC's role globally: politics, tourism, Islamic diplomacy, conflict resolution, humanity, cooperation for development, human rights, Islamic finance, world peace, and the development of science and technology. The OIC, as an association of countries with an Islamic background, needs to increase its role globally as a solution to various dimensions of problems experienced by OIC members. The implication is that in the future, we need to play an optimal role in population, poverty alleviation, finance, Islamic microfinance, halal economy, humanity and human resources.

Abstract

Tourist Destinations are one of the mainstays of North Sulawesi Province in achieving regional income. The strategy for developing Tourist Destinations in the region needs to be carried out to increase contributions to regional development, improve quality, and improve community welfare. This study aims to identify strategies for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Furthermore, this study also uses a literature study approach. Research reference data was obtained from journal literature and reference books related to the strategy for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi. The study found four strategies for developing Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi: sustainability, environment, economy, and socio-culture. The Government, the Regional Government of North Sulawesi Province, and stakeholders in developing Tourist Destinations can optimize the implementation of the strategies identified in this study to optimize the development of Tourist Destinations in North Sulawesi.

Abstract

The description of the determinants of teacher turnover intention in Vocational High School (SMK) is still not optimally depicted in Indonesia. This condition is due to the limited number of special studies that focus on teacher turnover intentions for vocational school teachers. At the same time, the role of vocational school teachers is essential for the sustainability of educational institutions. Therefore, this study aims to build a conceptual model that determines teacher turnover intention. Literature research data was collected between 2006 and 2021, sourced from Google Scholar. In addition, the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) and bibliometric approaches were used for data analysis. The findings of the study lead to the development of a conceptual model to determine teacher turnover intention, which includes five variables: job satisfaction, interpersonal stress, efficacy, prosocial motivation, and organizational culture. It was found that teacher turnover intention can be measured through three dimensions: the possibility of individuals leaving the organization, teachers' cognitions and attitudes, and the frequency and intensity of intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of zakat disbursement and management, as well as the management of infaq/sadaqah funds at the Zakat Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) and Zakat Sukses. This study uses a quantitative method. Effectiveness is analyzed using the Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) formula. Furthermore, efficiency is analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Data were obtained from LAZ Zakat Sukses in the form of Financial Reports and Annual Reports of Zakat Sukses for the period 2018-2022. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of zakat and infaq/sadaqah distribution, with an average value of 91% is in the very effective category. Furthermore, the efficiency of zakat and infaq/sadaqah fund distribution, with an average of 99.26%, is in the increasing category. LAZ Zakat Sukses needs to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of zakat and infaq/sadaqah distribution to ensure the objectives of zakat management are achieved.

Abstract

Development has a strategic role in improving community welfare. Development covers the social, economic and environmental fields. Development can be called successful when it significantly impacts various stakeholders. This research uses the Social Return on Investment (SROI) approach model to describe impact measurement. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and a literature study. The results of this research show that the impact of development can be measured using the SROI model. Based on the SROI model, measuring development impacts includes three dimensions: social, economic and environmental. Implementing impact measurement is a form of accountability and transparency in development. Therefore, to get an idea of the magnitude of the impact, development in various sectors needs to be measured using the SROI model. Government and non-government organizations can use the SROI model to measure the impact of development that will and has been carried out.

Abstract

The Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) is an institution licensed to assist the National Board of Zakat (Baznas) in collecting, distributing, and utilizing zakat. One of the main tasks of the LAZ is to distribute zakat to mustahiq in the Very Effective category. This study compares the effectiveness of zakat disbursement at the Amil Zakat institution. The effectiveness of the allocation-to-collection ratio (ACR) method was determined using Zakat core principles (ZCP). The objects used in this research are the financial statements of the National Zakat Institute, including LAZ IZI, LAZ Rumah Zakat, and LAZ Dewan Dakwah. Measurements were performed from 2015 to 2019. The results of the study found that the level of disbursement effectiveness from 2016 to 2019 was LAZ Dewan Dakwah (n=101% highly effective category), LAZ IZI (n=92% highly effective category) ), and LAZ Rumah Zakat (n=88% effective category). The implication is that the three LAZs have advantages in terms of their disbursement. Therefore, it is suggested to optimize the collection of zakat through LAZ. Therefore, the benefits of zakat are increasingly felt by mustahiq

Abstract

Qardhawi's opinion on the 2009 zakah disbursement model related to the empowerment of productive aṣnāf has encouraged the development of productive zakah in poverty alleviation. This study aims to examine the effect of intentions, opportunities, and resources on successful aṣnāf entrepreneurs. The method used is the mono method, namely quantitative research. Data was obtained through a survey using purposive sampling. Primary data were examined using the PLS-SEM method and the SmartPLS application. This study found that the intention and opportunity factors had a positive and significant effect on the success of aṣnāf entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, resources have a negative impact on the success of aṣnāf entrepreneurs. This is evidence that the zakah resources given to aṣnāf entrepreneurs must be optimized so that they can have a significant impact. This finding provides recommendations to zakah management entities and policy makers to be able to increase the contribution of zakah funds in poverty alleviation through the aṣnāf entrepreneurial program.  AbstrakPendapat Qardhawi tentang model pencairan zakat tahun 2009 terkait pemberdayaan aṣnāf produktif telah mendorong berkembangnya zakat produktif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh niat, peluang, dan sumber daya terhadap pengusaha aṣnāf yang sukses. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode mono yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui survei dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data primer diperiksa menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dan aplikasi SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor niat dan peluang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha aṣnāf. Sementara itu, sumber daya berdampak negatif terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha aṣnāf. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa sumber daya zakat yang diberikan kepada pengusaha aṣnāf harus dioptimalkan agar mampu memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada entitas pengelola zakat dan pengambil kebijakan agar mampu meningkatkan kontribusi dana zakat dalam pengentasan kemiskinan melalui program wirausaha aṣnāf.

Abstract

E-commerce has become essential for entrepreneurs to expand market access, increase operational efficiency, and reduce business costs. This study aims to analyze the role of e-commerce technology in increasing the success of entrepreneurs through a qualitative approach and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the role of e-commerce technology includes facilitating product innovation, personalizing services, and collecting more effective customer data. E-commerce technology also contributes to business competitiveness at the global level. In addition, the success of e-commerce adoption by entrepreneurs is determined by the readiness of digital competence and support from the government and various parties, including training and incentives. Entrepreneurs must optimize e-commerce technology to create added value and achieve sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Analisis Pemberdayaan Petani Dhuafa. Sektor pertanian memiliki potensi besar bagi peningkatan kesejahteraa nmasyarakat terutama peningkatan pendapatan petani dhuafa di perdesaan.Produktivitas hasil pertanian dinilai masih jauh dari harapan.Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah persoalan kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang masih rendah dalam mengelola lahan pertanian dimana mayoritas petani di Indonesia menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan lahan pertanian. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa program pemberdayaan petani yang dilakukan oleh Pertanian Sehat Indonesia dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan petani dhuafa di berbagai daerah di Indonesia.Strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah integrasi antara teknologi dan program pertanian sehat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan petani dhuafa sebagai sasaran utama yang dilakukan oleh Pertanian Sehat Indonesia termasuk sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai tukar petani semakin bertambah dan diimbangi dengan penurunan biaya produksi dalam penggunaan bahan kimiawi serta mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.
