Background. The research aims to determine and examine the effect of adding the amino acid methionine and lysine to sheep fed wirh non-structural carbohydrates. Materials and Methods. The research material consisted of 18 male local sheep (thin tailed sheep) aged about 7-8 months. The treatments tested were R1 = ammoniated rice straw + concentrate (rice bran + coconut cake), R2 = R1 + amino acid methionine + lysine, R3 = ammoniated rice straw + concentrate (corn flour + soybean meal). The research method used is experimental in vivo, with a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The data generated during the study were analyzed using analysis of variance. Results. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the percentage of carcass, and the area of ??the rib eye tendon. The average value of the percentage of sheep carcasses in treatment R1, R2, R3, respectively, was 35,85%; 37,37%; 44,12%. In the percentage of meat, the average value of the percentage of lamb meat is 61,89%; 63,20%; 59,12%. In the percentage of fat, the average value of the percentage of lamb fat is 8,93%; 7,76%; 15,01%. And for the area of ??the rib eye area, the average value is 14,79 cm2, 15.88 cm2, 20,67 cm2. Conclusion. The addition of methionine and lysine amino acid supplementation can increase the percentage of carcass, meat and rib eye area.

Background. This study aims to determine the effect of Induction gonadotropin releasing hormone hematological levels in Batur sheep which include the levels of erythrocytes (SDM), leukocytes (SDP), and hemoglobin. Materials and Methods. The research material used was 20 female Batur ewes with a minimum parity of 2 times and an average age of 3 years, then grouped into two groups of 10 each. The research method used is experimental methods in the field which are grouped into 2 (two) treatment groups, namely: P1 =Double injection of PGF2? (Dinoprost trometamol 5mg/ml) as much as 2 ml intramuscularly as a controland P2= Double injection of PGF2? (Dinoprost trometamol 5mg/ml) as much as 2 ml intramuscularly as a control plus 1 ml of gonadotropin releasing hormone (Gonadorelin 0.1 mg/ml) intramuscularly. Each treatment was repeated 10 times. Blood sample were taken as much as 2-4 ml through the jugular vein with a 5 cc syringe. Data was processed using unequal t-test. Results. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) from injection of gonadotropin releasing hormone to leukocyte levels in Batur sheep, whereas there was no significant difference in erythrocyte and hemoglobin levels (P>0.05) and was still relatively normal. Conclusion. The induction of gonadotropin releasing hormone did not increase the levels of erythrocytes and hemoglobin but there was an increase in leukocytes that exceeded the normal limit, so the dose of GnRH should be adjusted according to the body weight of the livestock.

Desa Melung terletak 8,75 km dari pusat kota ke arah barat laut dengan luas wilayah 1.270 hektar. Masyarakat Desa Melung mayoritas memiliki 3-7 ekor ternak kambing. Setiap satu bulan dari seluruh populasi ternak kambing menghasilkan 90.180 kg kotoran yang tidak diolah, tercatat 97% kotoran tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Masyarakat peternak belum menjadikan kotoran ternak sebagai potensi berwirausaha. Satu karung kotoran ternak dengan berat 40 kg hanya dihargai lima ribu rupiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendekatan adalah metode ceramah dipilih berdasarkan efisiensi waktu dan penyesuain terhadap pengetahuan audiens, selanjutnya dikombinasikan dengan metode diskusi dan demontrasi. Pupuk kompos membutuhkan waktu sekitar 4 minggu. Hasil dari pembalikan dikatakan berhasil karena memenuhi syarat pembuatan kompos dengan mempertimbangkan suhu, kelembaban, pH, asap, warna, dan rendemen. Hasil dari Pretest setelah dilakukan tahap implementasi kegiatan dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 46,25, sedangkan post-test dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 90. Hasil tersebut dianggap mencapai dari tujuan dari konsep zero waste yaitu memanfaatkan limbah tanpa menghasilkan limbah.

Perkembangan bisnis dan usaha pada modern ini sudah merambah pada penggunaan teknologi secara digital. Digital marketing atau pemasaran digital merupakan salah satu upaya pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi promosi dan keuntungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara kualitatif melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Dan juga kuantitatif melalui soal pretest dan post-test. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan digital marketing meliputi pemasaran digital, keunikan produk pertanian, teknik pemasaran, pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital marketing, contoh kampanye pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran. Hasil dari sosialisasi dan pretest yang dilakukan, pemuda Desa Melung belum secara mayoritas menggunakan produk digital marketing untuk usaha atau melakukan penjualan. Pelatihan digital marketing yang diberikan cukup membantu untuk melakukan pemasaran produk pupuk kompos dan sayur organik yang dihasilkan pemuda Desa Melung. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu pemuda desa mampu melaksanakan pemasaran dan penjualan secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial serta mampu untuk menguasai strategi pemasaran secara digital untuk mendukung kemajuan ekonomi rumah tangga dan desa.
