Depression among college students is very common. College students are special groups that are in transition from adolescence to adulthood that can create stress in one's life. College students try to fit in, make plans for the future, and being away from home often causes anxiety and results in depression for college students. In addition, during the Covid-19 pandemic, students felt bored at home, did not understand material optimally, were confused with online learning methods, and felt their abilities and grades dropped dramatically. This study aims to determine the level of student depression during the Covid-19 pandemic. The quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 147 students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. The research instrument used the BDI II questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results showed that 21.1% of students had mild depression, 17% of students had moderate depression and 3.4% had severe depression.

AbstrakDiabetes Mellitus merupakan kelainan metabolik yang ditandai dengan kenaikan kadar gula darah, akibat adanya kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau keduanya. Pasien Diabetes Mellitus harus melakukan terapi pengelolaan sepanjang hidupnya baik secara farmakologis maupun non farmakologis untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi dan mengontrol kestabilan kadar gula darahnya. Terapi tersebut dapat menimbulkan suatu dampak tertentu, baik secara fisik maupun secara psikologis. Salah satu dampak psikologis yang dapat dirasakan oleh pasien Diabetes Mellitus adalah stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di wilayah dokter keluarga Djazariyah Kabupaten Kendal. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stres Scale yang terdiri dari 42 pertanyaan. Sampel berjumlah 37 responden. Sebagian besar pasien Diabetes Mellitus mengalami stres ringan. Peneliti memberikan saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stres Scale yang telah dimodifikasi disetiap pertanyaannya, agar mempermudah responden dalam menjawab. Kata kunci: Stres pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus. AbstractThe description of stress levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients. Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic abnormality characterized by elevated blood sugar levels, due to an abnormality of insulin secretion, insulin work or both. Diabetes Mellitus patients should take life-long management therapy both pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically to prevent complications and control the stability of their blood sugar levels. The therapy can have a certain impact, both physically and psychologically. One of the psychological effects that can be felt by Diabetes Mellitus patients is stress. This study aims to determine the description of stress levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients in the area of Djazariyah family doctor Kendal District. Quantitative descriptive method. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale consisting of 42 questions. The sample was 37 respondents. Most Diabetes Mellitus patients experience mild stress. Researchers provide suggestions for further researchers to use the questionnaire of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale that has been modified in each question, in order to facilitate respondents in answering. AbstrakUjian Nasional merupakan keharusan yang harus dilakukan peserta didik sebagai syarat kelulusan sehingga menjadikan berbagai reaksi pada siswa salah satunya adalah ansietas. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dengan tingkat ansieas pada siswa-siswi SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan desain Study Deskripsi Korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Spearman Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat ansietas dan ada hubungan ntara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat ansietas. Perlu upaya untuk mengatasi ansietas agar siswa dapat menjalankan ujian nasional dengan lancar Kata Kunci: ansietas, siswa-siswi, SMA AbstractNational Examination is a necessity that must be done by students as a graduation requirement so as to make various reactions to students one of which is anxiety. The study aims to determine the relationship characteristic with ansieas level at high school students. The study used a quantitative method using the design of Study Description Correlation with the Cross Sectional approach. A sample of 60 people. Data were analyzed using Spearman Correlation. The results showed no relationship between age and level of anxiety and there was a relationship between sex and anxiety levels. AbstrakPerawat pelaksana merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan pasien HIV/AIDS untuk mewujudkan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu dan profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolan pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Penelitian dengan sampel 58 orang ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan uji normalitas data hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Kolmogorov Smirnov. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan pasien HIV/AIDS oleh perawat pelaksana di RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal sebagian besar berada pada kriteria baik yaitu sebanyak 53,4%. Perlu ditingkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang Universal Precaution dan pengendalian penyakit infeksi serta lebih meningkatkan rasa caring pada pasien dari pasien HIV/AIDS. Advocation nurses are the key to success in the management of HIV / AIDS patients to realize quality and professional nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the management of HIV / AIDS patients in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. The study with a sample of 58 people used a descriptive design with a cross sectional approach and the normality test of the results of the study using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the study showed that the management of HIV / AIDS patients by implementing nurses in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal is mostly in good criteria, namely 53.4%. Nurses need to improve their knowledge about Universal Precaution and control of infectious diseases and further increase the sense of caring in patients from HIV / AIDS patients. Ansietas merupakan respon perasaan khawatir, gelisah,dan takut yang muncul tiba-tiba tanpa diketahui penyebabnya disertai tanda gejala fisiologis dan emosional pada tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat ansietas pada ibu yang merawat anak pertama usia 0-1 tahun di Desa Krajankulon Kec. Kaliwungu Kab. Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif. Desain penelitian mengunakan deskriptif dengan prosedur analisis statistik menggunakan analisa univariat dalam bentuk tabel dan frekuensi. Teknik sampling berupa sampling jenuh dan didapatkan jumlah sampel 65 responden yang diukur menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan usia bahwa usia akan menunjukkan kedewasaan dari pengaruh pengalaman dan pematangan jiwanya (sebesar 95.4% responden berusia 21-35 tahun), berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan menunjukkan bahwa makin tinggi tingkat pendidikan maka informasi yang didapat bertambah (sebesar 64,6% responden berpendidikan SMA), berdasarkan pekerjaan menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi yang cukup dapat mengurangi tingkat ansietas (sebesar 63,1% responden tidak bekerja), berdasarkan pendapatan (sebesar 92,3% responden berpendapatan cukup), secara keseluruhan sebagian besar reponden mengalami ansietas sedang sebanyak 37 responden (56.9%). Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan informasi ibu dalam merawat anak pertama usia 0-1 tahun sehingga Kata kunci: Ansietas, ibu merawat anak pertama usia 0-1 tahun Abstract The Anxiety At The Caring Mother First Child Age 0-1 Years. Anxiety is a response to feelings of worry, anxiety, and fear that arise suddenly without known cause accompanied by signs of physiological and emotional symptoms in the body. This study aimed to identify the level of anxiety in mothers caring for their first child aged 0-1 years in the Village District Krajankulon Kaliwungu Kendal. This research is quantitative. The study design using a descriptive statistical analysis procedure using univariate analysis in tables and frequency. Saturated sampling techniques such as sampling and number of samples obtained 65 respondents were measured using a questionnaire.The results based on the age of that age will show the maturity of the influence of experience and maturation of his soul (by 95.4% of respondents aged 21-35 years), by education level shows that the higher the level of education increases the information obtained (64.6% high school educated respondents), by occupation showed that the economy enough to reduce the level of anxiety (63.1% of respondents did not work), based on revenue (by 92.3% of respondents sufficient income), overall the majority of respondents were experiencing anxiety by 37 respondents (56.9%). From the results of this research can increase knowledge and information in the care of the mother's first child aged 0-1 years so as to reduce the level of anxiety. The childbirth II causes an excessive emphasis on the pelvic floor muscles, so that the weakness of the pelvic floor muscles occurs and results in a disruption in the urging system. With Kegel exercise techniques that have a function to tighten the pubococcygeus muscles, as a bladder supporter, will reduce the disruption in the system of urging. This study aims to determine the benefits of Kegel exercise on vaginal post partum urine output. Quantitative research with interventional/experimental, urine output dependent variable and Kegel exercise independent variable. After doing research at BPM Farida Gumilir Cilacap the period of December. The results of the study showed that no exercise kegel benefit to the production of urine post a delivery in BPM Farida Gumilir Cilacap. BPM and Puskesmas can make the results of this research as input materials in providing care for the mother of Nifas, to further improve the quality of service and approach to patients maternity, NIFAS and society in general to support the restoration of the condition of the mother Nifas.

The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is increasing. Prevention efforts are carried out by wearing personal protective equipment, one of which is wearing a mask. The study aims to identify the wear of masks of street vendors as an effort to prevent COVID-19. This study involved 90 street vendors selling in the District X area in Indonesia. The results showed that the majority of street vendors were taught to wear masks.

The publication process that is felt by each individual has several obstacles or factors delaying the publication process both from the author and from the publication services. This study aims to determine the level of author satisfaction in publishing journal manuscripts at CV Global Health. In this study using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 104 respondents. The results of the study found that the majority of respondents said they were very satisfied with the services provided by CV Global Health as many as 60 respondents (57.7%).

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has become a pandemic worldwide, including in Indonesia. The transmission of Covid-19 in Indonesia is very fast and affects 34 provinces, many of which are in red zones. Central Java is one of the provinces with a very fast Covid-19 transmission. Public knowledge and attitudes towards the Covid-19 pandemic are very important to reduce the risk of infection among the community. The purpose of this study was to knowledge is related t people’s attitudes. The research design used was descriptive analitik with cross sectional approach, with a sample size of 65 respondents who were selected using the random sampling method. Data collection used a google form questionnaire and analyzed using Chi-Square. The results showed knowledge is related to people’s attitudes with a p value (0.000). Good knowledge and a positive attitude from the public in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic can make people take real action to reduce the risk of contracting Covid-19.

Glaucoma is a group of eye conditions that damage the optic nerve, leading to vision loss. Although glaucoma can affect individuals of all ages, the risk of developing the disease rises with age. This article displays the risk factors associated with medication non-adherence and the crucial role of nurses in supporting older adults with glaucoma in their medication adherence journey using self-efficacy theory as a guiding framework. Based on the findings in several studies, it was identified two significant risk factors associated with medication adherence. The first risk factor is patient age, indicating that older patients were more likely to struggle with adherence. This implies that as patients get older, they may face challenges in adhering to their prescribed medication. The second risk factor is the presence of more than three multiple chronic illnesses with poly-medications. This implies that individuals who have multiple chronic illnesses and are taking multiple medications concurrently are at a higher risk of non-adherence to their medication regimen. The complexity and burden of managing multiple conditions and medications may contribute to difficulties in following the prescribed treatment plan. Tailoring the application of self-efficacy theory to the specific needs and preferences of older adults with glaucoma is essential for effective implementation. Conclusion: Nurses as healthcare professionals play a crucial role in supporting older adults with glaucoma in their medication adherence journey using self-efficacy theory as a guiding framework, minimizing the risk of progression, and preventing further vision loss.
