Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Rasio Keuangan Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Pada Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere berdasarkan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere, sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere pada periode tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan tingkat Rasio Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 194,35%. Rasio solvabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio Total hutang (kewajiban) terhadap total aktiva pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “baik” karena rata-rata 63,74%, Rasio Total hutang (kewajiban) terhadap Modal Sendiri tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “baik” karena rata-rata 175,80%. Rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 1,31%, Return On Equity tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 3,60%. Rasio Aktivitas yang diukur dengan Rasio Perputaran Piutang tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 0,10 kali.

Abstract

Biaya produksi adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan selama proses produksi berlangsung meliputi biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik kemudian diolah menjadi suatu produk siap jual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan biaya produksi meja dan kursi tamu, jendela jati merah dan pintu satu daun dan mengetahui besarnya harga jual produk meja dan kursi tamu, jendela jati merah dan pintu satu daun pada mebel kayu tiga putera sejahtra dengan menggunakan metode full costing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sumber data yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi untuk meja dan kursi tamu Rp. 2,514.000, jendela jati merah Rp. 1,5588.000, pintu satu daun Rp. 1,842.000; Harga jual produk meja dan kursi tamu Rp. 4,801.740, jendela jati merah Rp. 2,334.360, pintu satu daun Rp. 3,039.300; Mebel Kayu Tiga Putera Sejahera belum menerapkan metode full costing sebagai dasar penentuan harga jual produk

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya kinerja perawat di ruangan operasi RSUD dr. T.C. Hillers Maumere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja perawat, beban kerja, dan komunikasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere, berjumlah 30 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja perawat, beban kerja dan komunikasi dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel keterampilan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel beban kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja perawat RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere sebesar 44,8%.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa pada Desa Kloangpopot periode tahun anggaran 2018 – 2021 yang berfluktuatif setiap tahunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Tingkat Efisiensi dan Efektivitas Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa di Desa Kloangpopot Kecamatan Doreng Kabupaten Sikka Tahun 2018-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan Realisasi Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa Di Desa Kloangpopot Kecamatan Doreng Kabupaten Sikka. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series selama 4 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2018-2022. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan analisis rasio efisiensi dan efektivitas dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata tingkat efisiensi Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa tahun 2018 – 2021 di Desa kloangpopot kecamatan Doreng Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 97.99% dengan kategori kurang efisien. Sedangkan untuk tingkat efektivitasnya menunjukan bahwa rata-rata 92.63% dengan kategori efektif.

Abstract

Ethics in this day and age is a benchmark for human behavior, both in daily life and in the world of work. Work ethics is a set of values, norms, and moral principles that guide an individual's behavior in a work environment. It covers a wide range of aspects. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method. This approach aims to describe in depth the work ethics practices applied to the Finance Bureau of Nusa Nipa Maumere University. The practice of cooperation among employees is also seen to be significant in creating a harmonious working atmosphere. Moments like cleaning up the office together show that collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues can improve team bonding. Additionally, open communication between employers and employees creates a supportive environment, where each individual feels valued and motivated to give their best in their jobs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how innovative pick-up and drop-off services are in fulfilling the issuance of e-KTPs at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sikka Regency. To identify problems in this research, qualitative research methods were used. Data collection techniques in this research used interview methods, field observations and document studies. It can be concluded that in implementing the issuance of e-KTPs in Sikka Regency, DISDUKCAPIL still faces various obstacles, such as limited accessibility in rural areas, long distances, inadequate infrastructure, and minimal public knowledge about the importance of population documents. Efforts to increase the number of e-KTP issuances in Sikka Regency include the presence of the Pick Up Ball Program and Jalan Mantan (roads serving vulnerable communities) which are effective in increasing access to administrative services in remote areas and vulnerable groups through direct services at their locations. These two programs succeeded in increasing the issuance of e-KTPs thanks to a culture-based approach, intensive outreach and the role of community leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To find out how the description of employee performance, work discipline and workload. (2) To determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 56 employees who worked at the Sikka Regency Planning and Research and Development Office. The sample used was the saturated sample technique so that the total sample size of less than 100 was used entirely by the researcher, namely 56 employees. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that employee performance, work discipline, and workload are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that work discipline and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The determination result is 0.715 which means that the contribution of work discipline and workload variables to employee performance is 51.2%.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) determine the description of the physical work environment and work team on work performance (2) analyze the physical work environment and work team on work performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 30 employee participants at Cv Agung Mandiri Motor Maumere. Since the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and 1- test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Work Achievement, Physical Work Environment, and Work Team were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the Work Environment variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Work Performance while the Work Team had a positive and significant effect on Work Performance. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on Work Performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of Work Performance by 50%.

Abstract

The background of this research aims: 1). To find out the work performance of apparatus in four villages 2). To analyze the effect of work behavior and work conflict on the performance of village officials. The population in this study were village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village), totaling 32 people. The population is limited, so this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and differential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the t test and f test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the three variables are categorized as not good. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work conflict variable has a negative and significant effect. The results of the f test statistics show that simultaneously the variables of work behavior and work conflict have a significant effect on work performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village) of 28.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the achievement of performance that has not reached the specified target. This study aims to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, Intellectual Intelligence and Work Attitudes; (2) analyzing the effect of Intellectual Intelligence and Work Attitude on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Flores, East of Sikka Regency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the performance variables of Intellectual Intelligence and Work Attitudes are categorized as quite good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the Intellectual Intelligence and Work Attitude variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the Intellectual Intelligence and Work Attitude variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of determination show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variations in the ups and downs of the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Flores, eastern part of Sikka Regency by 58.6%
