Abstract

This research aimed to determine and assess the financial performance of Ina Gelekat Regional Water Supply in East Flores Regency in 2018-2022 besed on financial ratio measurement tools that refer to the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 47 of 1999. The type of data was quantitative data. Data collection methods were casrried out by literauture review, direct observation, and interview. Data analysis techniques used financial performance analysis with ten financial ratios based on the Decree of the Minister of home Affairs Number 47 of 1999, regarding guidelines for assessing the financial performance of the Municipal Water Works of East Flores Regency in 2018-2022 following the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 47 of 1999. The results showed that in 2018 it produceced the “ Excellent” category with a financial performance value of 51.33, in 2019 it produced the “Excellent” category with a financial performance value of 51.33, in 2020 it produced the “ Excellent” category with a financial performance value of 56.67, in 2021 it produced the “ Exellent” cetegory with a financial performance value of 63.33, and in 2022 it produced “ Exellent” category with a financial performance value of 61.67.

Abstract

The background of this research was the underachievement of performance targets This study aimed to (1) describe employee performance, the work environment, and organizational commitenent, and (2) analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employce performance, both partially and sirsultaneously The population in this study consisted of employees from eight villages in the Magepanda District of Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. Due to the limited population, the research was conducted as a cemus or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and T-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the variables of employee performance, work environment, and organizational commitment were categorized as good. The T-test results showed that the work environment variable had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, all independent variables had an insignificant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study explained only 0.2% of the variation in employ ce performance in the eight villages of Magepanda District, Sikka Regency

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of ledearship and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores. The research focused on understading the relationship between employee performance, leadership, and organizational culture. The objectives were to: 1) describe employee performance leadership, and organizational culture, and 2) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture employee performance, both individually and collectively. The research included 90 employees as as to population, with 48 respondents selected using simple random sampling and the Slovin formula. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and multiple linear reggresion for inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test an t-test. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance and Leadership variabels meet the criteria for good performance, as does the Organasitional Culture variabel. According to the t-test, the leadership variabel had a partial effect on Employee Performance, whiel the Organizational Culture variabel did not. The F-test results showed that neither the Leadership nor the Organizational Culture variabels had a significant simultaneous effect on Empoyee Performance. The determination analysis indicated that the two independent variabels in the study explaint a 2,7 % fluctuation of Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overview of Employee Performance, WorkStress, and Work Environment; and (2) analyze the influence of Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 90 employees at PT.Mitra Usaha Flores. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, and the sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 48 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results showed that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the Work Stress variable was categorized as good,and the Work Environment variable was also categorized as good. The t-test results indicated that, partially, the work Stress variable (XI) did not affect employee performance. Howewer, the Work Environment variable (X2) significantly affected employee performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the Work Stress and Work Environment variables together had a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study explained 9.3% of the variation in employee performance at PT. Mitra Usaha Flores.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of competency-based performance management in the digital era at Telkom Maumere. Amid the ongoing digital transformation, organizations are required to enhance employee performance through structured systems that are adaptive to technological changes. Competency-based management has become a key strategy to ensure that every individual possesses the skills and behaviors aligned with organizational goals. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Telkom Maumere has adopted a performance management system integrated with digital technologies, such as the use of e-performance applications and online evaluation systems. However, challenges remain in terms of digital training and comprehensive competency mapping. The study concludes that competency-based performance management in the digital era can enhance work productivity, provided it is supported by adequate technological infrastructure and an adaptive organizational culture.

Abstract

Performance management plays a central role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, both in the public and private sectors. In modern government, the increasing public demand for quality, transparent, and accountable public services has encouraged comprehensive bureaucratic reform. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is now positioned as an agent of development that must be adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented. Performance management is no longer just a compliance-based evaluation tool, but rather an integrated strategic approach to drive organizational success on an ongoing basis. In line with Armstrong's (2009) view, the focus of modern performance management lies on developing the capacity of individuals and teams to create optimal contributions to the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The continuous development of technology compels companies to consistently adapt to advancements across various aspects of life. Digital transformation has become an essential need for many organizations today as a strategy to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Alfamart, one of Indonesia's leading retail companies, is currently adopting digital transformation in its business processes. The acceleration of digital transformation in Indonesia necessitates the application of digital technology as a basic platform to support the Industry 4.0 ecosystem, leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and augmented reality. This research employs a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis method to evaluate the impact of digital transformation on PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart), specifically at the Nangahure unit located in Sikka Regency. Analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The research results indicate that the management system at Alfamart Nangahure has been applied in a structured manner and in accordance with the policy standards set by the headquarters. The system includes a well-organized organizational structure, efficient operational management, systematic human resource management, as well as regular evaluation and monitoring processes that support the achievement of store operational targets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a tool for measuring organizational performance at PT YANAHA. The Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement method that integrates financial and non-financial aspects through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of BSC provides a comprehensive overview of company performance and assists in strategic decision-making.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesemas Bola dan motivasi kerja para tenaga medis di Puskesmas tersebut dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis model kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Bola Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui proses wawancara. Dengan menggunakan rujukan Esterberg dalam Sugiyono maka narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang. Proses pengumpulan data selanjutnya adalah studi pustaka, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemimpin Puskesmas Bola adalah pemimpin yang lebih cenderung bersifat demokratis dalam menjalankan tugasnya, mampu mengambil keputusan dengan melibatkan semua unsur-unsur di Puskesmas Bola, mampu memotivasi bawahannya agar bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dan efektif terhadap bawahan, mampu mengendalikan bawahan, mampu mengendalikan emosi sebagai seorang pimpinan. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tenaga medis di Puskesmas Bola dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal yaitu motivasi tanggung jawab untuk melayani masyarakat, motivasi prestasi kerja dalam menjalankan tugasnya, motivasi pengakuan atas kinerja, dan pimpinan Puskesmas maupun tenaga medis lainnya mempunyai motivasi keinginan menguasai lebih tinggi pekerjaan walaupun banyak tantangan yang dihadapi.
