Abstract

Effort to develop plural-multicultural Islamic educations of great necessity to further expand and streamline the implementation of Islamic education that accommodates all forms of diversity and difference in the dynamic of life. Islamic educations essentially a multicultural education that put multiculturalisms one of the educational vision whose main characters are inclusive, egalitarian and humanist, but remained firm on spiritual values​​ and divinity based on al-Quran and as-Sunnah. Plural-multicultural Islamic education principle has clear basis, both in terms of prescriptive and empirical basis. Its principles has prominent characteristic, namely humanitarian and receive diversity. In addition, it has a great opportunity to continue to grow as it has a clear basis and is in accordance with the needs of todays society.

Abstract

The monotonous learning media in English vocabulary, and memorizing method make students bored, so needed media innovations for these lessons, such as Smart Snake and Ladder. This paper aims to develop learning media Smart Snake and Ladder in mastering English vocabulary. The type of research used is R&D. The results of this research and development, showed that: (1) The development of the Smart Snake and Ladder media product pays attention to the safe appearance, and modified ways of playing to attract the user's attention, curiosity, and describe the theme material for elementary school children. (2) The development of smart snake and ladder media is very valid and feasible to use to improve English vocabulary mastery, as the validation results from material experts I get a 100% validity level and material II experts get 92.5%, media experts I 81.25 %, media experts II 85%, and media experts III 84.37%. (3). The effectiveness of using smart snake and ladder media can be seen from the pre-test and post-test data. The average value of the pre-test is 81.87 while the average value of the post-test is 96.20. Apart from the pre-test and post-test data, it can also be seen from the student assessment data with an average score of 99.9%.

Abstract

The application of Crosby's principles in improving the quality of educational institutions is very important considering the quality of education is a major factor in creating quality human resources and able to compete in the current era of globalization. The Zero Defect concept introduced by Crosby can be applied in educational institutions to improve the quality of learning, create a safe and comfortable learning environment, and increase customer satisfaction, namely students and parents. The type of research used is library research. Literature study is a research method carried out by collecting and analyzing data or information derived from written sources such as books, journals, papers, articles, and other documents. Literature study is a research method carried out by collecting and analyzing data or information derived from written sources such as books, journals, papers, articles, and other documents. In applying the Crosby principles, educational institutions should focus on preventing errors or defects at an early stage, by ensuring that the learning process is carried out properly and correctly. Educational institutions must also ensure that all components of education, such as teachers, curriculum, learning methods, and facilities, meet the quality standards that have been set. In addition, the role of management in leading and improving the learning process is also very important to achieve Zero Defect quality.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and education is no exception. The government enforces a policy that all learning activities are carried out at home with an online learning system. Thus, a collaboration between parents and teachers aims to improve learning quality in the COVID-19 pandemic era. Second, the collaboration between parents and teachers also aims to make children receive subject matter, develop their abilities, and grow their character. This study took data from MI Masaran I and MI Tawing III GUPPI Trenggalek, with the research data sources being principals, teachers, and student's parents. Collecting data used participant observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. This study employed a qualitative approach with the type of site study and multi-site study. The findings of this study revealed that parents were involved in learning, established good communication to solve problems, engaged in materials and actions, provided facilities to support learning, and teachers visited students' homes and invited parents to school. With the results of this research, it is hoped to improve the students’ development and ability so that the educational goals in Indonesia continue to run as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use technology to improve teacher performance in the digital era, what are the challenges of its implementation and what are the steps for implementing technology in Islamic education management to improve teacher performance in the digital era. The method used in this research is library research method. Collecting data by looking for sources from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The data obtained from the literature study were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of technology to improve teacher performance through e-learning and blended learning in Islamic education. The use of Islamic education applications in classroom management by means of scheduling applications, task management applications, learning material applications, quiz and evaluation applications and communication applications. Teacher professional training and development through technology by means of independent learning, webinars and virtual conferences, collaboration and networking, use of learning tools and applications, online certification programs and building digital portfolios. The challenges faced in integrating technology in Islamic education include the digital divide, attention to religious values, professional training and development, data security and privacy, and content and quality management. The steps for implementing technology in Islamic education management are through analyzing technology needs, training and developing teachers, forming educational technology teams, planning technology-based learning, using applications and supporting platforms, monitoring and evaluation and continuity and sustainable development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunya tujuan untuk mengetahui aspek penting dalam analisis dinamika sosial dalam pengambilan keputusan di lembaga pendidikan islam. Bagaimana proses pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, efektif, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama islam. Menegetahui faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi keputusan, dan bagaimana dampak dinamika sosial terhadap kualitas keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, makalah seminar, dan publikasi lain yang terkait baik offline maupun online. Analisis data ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aspek penting analisis dinamika sosial pengambilan keputusan antaralain kepentingan beragam, interaksi kelompok, kultur dan norma, kepemimpinan, resistensi dan konflik, partisipasi dan inklusivitas, keterbukaan komunikasi, konsensus dan persetujuan,pengaruh eksternal dan pengembangan kapasitas. Proses pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, efektif, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama islam ini mencakup seperti identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data dan informasi, analisis dan evaluasi, konsultasi dan musyawarah, penentuan tujuan dan kriteria keputusan, pemilihan opsi keputusan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi, penyesuaian dan perbaikan, dan keterbukaan dan transparansi. Faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi keputusan diantaranya kebutuhan dan permintaan masyarakat, nilai-nilai dan ajaran agama, budaya lokal, pengaruh keluarga dan orang tua, peran pemimpin dan pengelola, tuntutan global, situasi ekonomi, pengaruh media dan teknologi, kepentingan politik, dan kepedulian sosial. Dampak dinamika sosial terhadap kualitas keputusan antara lain kualitas keputusan yang beragam, legitimasi dan penerimaan, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih komprehensif, dampak positif pada implementasi, penyelesaian konflik, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, dan penciptaan iklim belajar yang positif

Abstract

The research is aimed at describing and analyzing the social competence of madrasa heads in empowering school committees to improve madrasa facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The data in this research was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques, while the data analysis technique used was data triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the social competence that must be possessed by madrasah heads concerns several things, including: a) collaborating with other parties for the benefit of the Madrasah; b) participate in social activities; c) have social sensitivity towards other individuals or groups. By empowering committees to improve madrasa facilities and infrastructure, madrasas can utilize additional resources, gain community support, manage projects more efficiently, and build sustainable capacity.
