Abstract

Salah satu sumber energi baru terbarukan terbaik, aman lingkungan dengan biaya operasional cukup tinggi, yaitu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya. Dikenal intensif dalam menghasilkan energi listrik. Nanosolar, dapat menekan biaya produksi dari $3 per watt sampai 30 sen per watt selama operasional sel Power sheet tersebut. Panel surya dapat mengoptimalkan transfer sinar matahari yang diubah menjadi listrik dan harus ditempatkan secara kontak langsung dengan cahaya matahari tanpa terhalangi oleh benda atau obyek lainnya. Aplikasi panel surya ini diterapkan melalui teknologi SAPTA, merupakan suatu sistem yang menggabungkan pertanian dan peternakan dengan tujuan adalah untuk menggunakan lahan secara optimal. Rancangannya adalah menggabungkan unsur kolam ikan, kandang ayam dan pertanian hidroponik yang dibuat secara bertingkat dengan bantuan panel surya sebagai sumber energinya. Dengan menciptakan suatu lingkungan yang optimal diharapkan melalui SAPTA dapat memperkecil penggunaan lahan dan memperbesar omset dari pelaku usaha. SAPTA dilengkapi dengan sinar UV yang akan mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman. Air hidroponik berasal dari kolam ikan yang banyak mengandung unsur organik sebagai pupuk tanaman. Selain itu, tanaman juga menyerap amonia yang berlebih dari kolam ikan. Ikan juga memakan kotoran ayam dan memperkecil limbah hasil peternakan. Hal tersebut membangun suatu lingkungan integrasi yang saling memenuhi kebutuhan satu sama lain.

Abstract

In vitro medium-term storage using the alginate-encapsulation technique is essential for conserving plant genetic resources, preserving vegetatively propagated species by controlling the growth and development of explants, and maintaining plant biodiversity. The study aimed to obtain the optimum combination medium for the encapsulation of bananas and evaluate the viability of the alginate-encapsulated explants after storage. In vitro, medium- term storage of nodule-like meristem of banana cultivar ‘Barangan’ was performed using sodium alginate, paclobutrazol (PBZ), and Murashige and Skoog (MS) salt. This research consists of 3 stages: (1) Initiation and multiplication of in vitro shoots and nodule-like meristems; (2) In vitro medium-term storage of banana by encapsulation technique; (3) Regeneration of nodule-like meristem explants after in vitro storage. This research showed that the banana's number of nodule-like meristem was optimum on media supplemented with thidiazuron (TDZ) 0.22 mgL-1 and indole 3-acetic acid (IAA) 1.75 mgL-1. Encapsulation explant of nodules-like meristems using 3% sodium alginate in full and half-strength MS salt medium supplemented with PBZ 2.5 mgL-1 and incubated in liquid MS medium was able to store nodule-like meristem for six months. The color of the explants remains green, and the capsule is not damaged. Sub-culture of nodule-like meristem after storage in MS salt medium containing TDZ 0.22 mgL-1 and IAA 1.75 mgL-1 showed that nodules-like meristems could regenerate to form new shoots and nodule-like meristem three months after sub-cultured. This research concludes that encapsulated nodule-like meristem was recorded until six months of storage. PBZ was a necessary retardant in minimizing the growth during storage.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pertanian organik menjadi salah satu solusi penting dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan lingkungan dan kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat modern. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kalibening memiliki potensi besar untuk mengadopsi pertanian organik sebagai bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran pertanian organik di kalangan anggota KWT Kalibening, strategi peningkatan kesadaran tersebut, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, survei, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran yang signifikan setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kesadaran ini meliputi edukasi, dukungan komunitas, serta akses terhadap informasi dan teknologi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah dan LSM dalam merancang program peningkatan kesadaran pertanian organik di masyarakat pedesaan.Kata kunci: pertanian organik, KWT Kalibening, peningkatan kesadaranABSTRACT Organic farming is an important solution in facing various environmental and health challenges faced by modern society. The Kalibening Women Farmers Group (KWT) has great potential to adopt organic farming as part of their daily lives. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence awareness of organic farming among KWT Kalibening members, strategies for increasing this awareness, and the challenges faced. The method used is quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, surveys and focus group discussions (FGD). The research results showed that there was a significant increase in awareness after intervention in the form of training and counseling. The main factors influencing this increase in awareness include education, community support, and access to information and technology. It is hoped that this research can provide guidance for governments and NGOs in designing programs to increase awareness of organic farming in rural communities.Keywords: organic farming, KWT Kalibening, increasing awareness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the levels of secondary metabolites that have the potential as biopesticides in the ecoenzyme of BW and Siam orange peels. Research on making ecoenzymes was carried out in Karang Anyara Village, Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency. Analysis of the levels of secondary metabolites was carried out at the Laboratory of Chemical Analysis, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Malang City, East Java. Analysis of the levels of secondary metabolites of alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, and tannins was carried out using the extraction-spectrophotometric method while the analysis of essential oil content was carried out by distillation method. The results of the study identified secondary metabolites with potential as bioinsecticides in the ecoenzyme of BW orange peel and Siamese orange peel. The compounds contained are alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, and essential oils. The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference in the levels of secondary metabolites present in the ecoenzyme. To complete the results of this study, further research is needed to prove the effectiveness of using ecoenzyme from citrus fruit peels as a bioinsecticide. Abstract

Provision of probiotics in feed or catfish culture media is an effort to increase the growth rate, improve the digestibility of feed and maintain the quality of the cultivation environment. This study aims to determine the effect of probiotic Lactobacillus strain on the growth rate and efficiency of feed utilization of catfish masamo stage I by using the biofloc system, knowing the best probiotic doses of Lactobacillus strain and preparing the research as a learning resource in the form of LKPD. The research design was using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment was a variation of probiotic dose of Lactobacillus strain consisting of P0 treatment (without probiotics), P1 (5 mg / kg of feed), P2 (10 mg / kg of feed) and P3 (15 mg / kg of feed). The results showed that probiotic Lactobacillus strain on feed affected the growth rate and feed efficiency level (EPP) of masamo fish significantly (P> 0.05). The best treatment was P3 with 15 mg / kg of probiotics which resulted in average growth rate of length, weight, daily, EPP of 1.43 cm each; 1.02 gr; 7.30% and 37.87%, whereas treatment without probiotics (P0) yielded 1.04 cm each; 0.93 gr; 6.65% and 34.48%. Research results can be developed as learning resources in the form of LKPD.

Abstract

Observasi seta respon peserta didik pasca pembelajaran dengan model PjBL Berbasis Limbah Domestik bertujuan melihat perbedaan hasil studi peserta didik sebelum serta setelah pembelajaran dengan model PjBL. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan untuk bidang studi biologi materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X. Penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperiment satu kelompok pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas X IPA di MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Daya Murni. Presentase respon peserta didik setelah berada pada kisaran 70-100% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan data sebesar 94.64% dan berada dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. Rerata pengukuran hasil studi peserta didik dari 31 peserta didik, hasil pre-test sebesar 44,09 menjadi 65,73 pada saat post-test. Analisis N-gain dengan kategori sedang mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,4.

Abstract

Professional competence is the ability to master material broadly and deeply, and guide students by meeting the competency standards set in national education standards. Competencies that must be met include 4 competencies, namely: a. Pedagogical competence; b. Personality competence; c. Professional competence; and D. Social Competence. More detailed provisions are set out in Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007 concerning AcademicQualifications and Teacher Competencies. Regarding the work of teachers explained in Law No. 14 of 2005 article 1 as follows: "The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students". This provision is certainly a reference for teachers who hold the title and are eligible with professional status. Efforts made by the principal have the aim to develop the quality of education in schools through the implementation of school programs. The quality of education is dynamic and can be examined from various perspectives. Agreement on the concept of quality is returned to the reference formulation or existing references such as educational policies, teaching and learning processes, curriculum, infrastructure, learning facilities and education personnel in accordance with the agreement of the parties concerned. The quality of education is not only determined by the school as a teaching institution, but also adjusted to what the views and hopes of the communitytend to always develop along with the progress of the times.
