Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh aksi boikot, retensi, dan kesehatan mental terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Fast Food Indonesia, TBK (KFC) Simpang Mataram Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Fast Food Indonesia, TBK (KFC) Simpang Mataram Medan yang berjumlah 40 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh yaitu menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aksi boikot berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Retensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Aksi boikot, retensi, dan kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Adjusted R square 0,860 dapat disebut koefisien determinasi, hal ini berarti 0,860 (86,0%) variabel kinerja karyawan dapat diperoleh dan di jelaskan oleh variabel aksi boikot, retensi, dan kesehatan mental, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel diluar model yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Perkembangan Bisnis Kopi di Indonesia bertumbuh dengan sangat cepat, Perkembangan cepat ini dapat terjadi karena adanya sedikit pergeseran gaya hidup dan trend dikalangan masyarakat terutama kalangan anak muda untuk nongkrong. Masyarakat mulai menjadikan nongkrong di kedai kopi menjadi suatu rutinitas untuk mereka dapat bertemu dan berkumpul bersama teman-teman terdekat, bahkan kedai kopi juga dapat dijadikan untuk tempat kerja kedua bagi para pekerja selain di kantor. Kedai kopi mulai menjadi tempat yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat indonesia untuk dikunjungi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan program loyalitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Cafe King Kuphi Mareln. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berkunjung di King Kuphi Marelan yang jumlahnya tidak dapat diketahui dengan pasti. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan tekni accidental sampling ialah mengambil sampel secara langsung berkebetulan sesuai dengana kebutuhan penelitian. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dengan populasi yang tidak diketahui maka peneliti menggunakan rumus Lameshow, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, program loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, terakhir kualitas pelayanan, harga dan program loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan secara simutan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Cafe King Kuphi Marelan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, workload, and work environment on turnover intention among employees at PT. Delka Karya Maritim. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) testing. The partial test results show that the work discipline variable does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, with a t-count value of -1.876 < t-table 1.98896 and a significance value of 0.064 > 0.05. On the other hand, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with a t-count of 9.785 > 1.98896 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the work environment does not significantly affect turnover intention, as indicated by a t-count of 0.407 < 1.98896 and a significance value of 0.685 > 0.05. However, the simultaneous test results show that work discipline, workload, and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. These findings indicate that although not all variables have a partial influence, collectively they contribute to employees’ intention to leave the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the effect of compensation and the work environment on the performance of village officials with work motivation as an intervening variable''. (case study on Pergulaan village officials). The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Quantitative methods are a type of research that has a systematic, planned and structured approach from the start until the creation of the research design. The nature of the research in this study is replication. This research uses multiple linear analysis methods, multiple linear analysis methods are used to test the influence of two or more independent (explanatory) variables on the dependent variable. The results of the research show that compensation influences the work motivation of Pergulaan village officials, the work environment influences the work motivation of Pergulaan village officials, compensation influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, the work environment influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, motivation influences the performance of Pergulaan village officials, motivation can mediating the relationship between compensation and the performance of Pergulaan village officials, work motivation can mediate the relationship between the work environment and the performance of Pergulaan village officials.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and workplace well-being on employee engagement. Methodology/approach – This study applies quantitative methodology, gathering data from 614 employees by questionnaires. Withdrawing the quantity of samples that were used in the Slovin sampling technique with a critical value set at 10%. Therefore, 86 employees made up the sample for this investigation. SPSS version 25 is used for data processing. Findings – The findings obtained from this study show that: (1) Servant Leadership has a partial and significant impact on Employee Engagement, (2) Workplace Well-Being has a partial and significant impact on Employee Engagement, (3) Servant Leadership and Workplace Well-Being simultaneously have a significant impact on Employee Engagement. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.861 can be referred to as the coefficient of determination, indicating that 86.1% of Employee Engagement can be explained through Servant Leadership and Workplace Well-Being, while the remaining 13.9% is explained by external variables not examined in the model. Novelty/value – This study contributes to the human resource management literature by simultaneously examining the influence of servant leadership and workplace well-being on employee engagement in the formal sector in Indonesia. This study fills a gap in previous research, this study fills a gap by jointly analyzing servant leadership and workplace well-being, highlighting their combined role in enhancing employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia Plant Medan. Penelaahan ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis asosiatif guna menganalisis hubungan antara variabel penelitian. Informasi penelitian dihimpun menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan sebagai responden, serta didukung oleh data sekunder berupa literatur dan dokumen perusahaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial, pelatihan memberikan dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja, demikian pula dengan pengembangan karir yang juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sementara itu, keterlibatan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun secara simultan, Ketika diuji secara bersama, seluruh variabel menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan mempertimbangkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan lebih memperhatikan peningkatan kualitas pelatihan, memperluas kesempatan pengembangan karir, serta merancang strategi yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja secara efektif agar kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, service quality, and brand image on product purchasing decisions at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor. The background of this study arose because Yamaha motorcycle sales at the dealership fluctuated every year. This was thought to be caused by less than optimal promotion, inconsistent service, and an insufficiently strong brand image in the minds of consumers. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that promotion, service quality, and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value was 0.783, which means that 78.3% of purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside this study. These results indicate that the better the company's promotion, service, and brand image, the higher the consumer interest in purchasing products at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, physical work environment, and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja. This study employed a quantitative approach. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. The population consisted of 112 employees of PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja. The sample size was 112 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial test results, it was found that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, with a t-test of 3.714 > t-table 1.981. Therefore, based on the partial test, H1 can be concluded as accepted. Furthermore, the work environment variable partially did not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 1.984 < t-table 1.981. Therefore, the partial test results concluded that H2 was rejected. Furthermore, interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 2.986 > t-table 1.981. Therefore, the partial test results concluded that H3 was accepted. Simultaneous results revealed that workload (X1), work environment (X2), and interpersonal communication (X3) collectively had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja.

Abstract

Based on the partial test results, it is known that Occupational Health and Safety (K2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 3.541 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H1 is accepted. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 2.669 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H2 is accepted. The compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 2.053 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H3 is accepted. The simultaneous test results show that the variables K3 (X1), workload (X2), and compensation (X3) collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Shopee Ekspress Hub Medan Deli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan hardskill dan softskill terhadap kompetensi peserta pemagangan ke Jepang yang dilaksanakan oleh Mirai Group Sumatera. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap hubungan antara kedua jenis pelatihan tersebut dengan peningkatan kompetensi, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang konstruktif dalam upaya pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia industri di Jepang.
