Abstract

This paper aims to offer a thorough review of research on the factors influencing organizational commitment among the millennial workforce in Indonesian higher education. The review specifically addresses the key questions of identifying the main factors affecting organizational commitment in the millennial workforce in Indonesian higher education and examining how knowledge sharing relates to organizational commitment among these millennial employees. The criteria for selecting the 50 research articles included a requirement that they be peer-reviewed and published in either English or Indonesian. Exclusion criteria were applied to filter out non-peer-reviewed sources and articles not focused on the specified demographic. The articles were sourced from electronic scientific databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, using search terms such as "organizational commitment," "millennial workforce," "Indonesian higher education," and "knowledge sharing." The review process involved a systematic analysis of the articles to assess their relevance and quality. Criteria for assessment included the robustness of the research methodology, the significance of the findings, and their contribution to understanding organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. Empirical evidence from the review highlights specific aspects of organizational commitment linked to knowledge sharing, such as the influence of leadership styles, workplace culture, and individual motivation. The paper presents a conceptual framework connecting organizational commitment and knowledge sharing, providing a basis for further research in this field. The findings underscore the need for more research on the impact of organizational commitment on knowledge sharing, particularly within the higher education sector. Enhancing organizational commitment is crucial for fostering knowledge sharing behavior and workplace spirituality, which can lead to improved effectiveness and performance in universities.

Abstract

The financial sector is an institution that provides financial services to commercial and retail customers, including investment funds, banks, insurance and co-operatives. One finance sector is the BMTs in East Java province is BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo Branch. BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo in addition to serving fund deposits also serves mudharabah financing in order to empower the community to improve their business and get out of the poverty circle. The approach used this thesis is a quantitative approach. That way quantitative research departs from a theory towards data to test the truth of the theory. The result from this study is Sharia Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the decision making of members choosing BMT Beringharjo financial institutions. Facility variables have a positive influence on the decision making of members choosing BMT Beringharjo financial institutions. Trust variables can mediate between Sharia Brand Image on members'' decisions to choose financial institutions because Sharia Brand Image has a significant positive effect, this is because the better the Sharia Brand Image that BMT Beringharjo has, the higher the member''s trust in the financial institution.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of service quality and the implementation of GCG on customer trust, knowing the effect of trust on customer loyalty, and knowing the effect of service quality and the implementation of GCG on customer loyalty. The data that was successfully collected was then analyzed using SEM with AMOS 24 software. The findings in this study state that: a) The implementation of GCG affects customer trust, as well as the quality of service, and has a positive influence on customer trust. b) There is a positive and significant influence of customer trust on customer loyalty. c) the quality of service and the implementation of GCG do not affect customer loyalty. The existence of the customer trust factor as a mediator is getting stronger with no positive influence on service quality and GCG distribution on customer loyalty.

Abstract

PT Jamkrida Jakarta saat ini sedang dalam fase pertumbuhan di industri penjaminan. Sebelumnya, perusahaan fokus membangun dan mempersiapkan infrastruktur sumber daya manusia dan bisnis dengan sistem operasinya. Namun peran digitalisasi tidak dapat dipungkiri dengan pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan dalam transformasi bisnis digital PT Jamkrida Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis isi Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Penjaminan, POJK Nomor 2/POJK.05/2017 tentang Perizinan Berusaha dan Lembaga Penjaminan, POJK Nomor 3/POJK.05/2017 tentang Tata Kelola Lembaga Penjaminan, serta sebagai peran kepemimpinan dalam proses transformasi digital yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam penerapan regulasi terkait Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Jamkrida Jakarta telah melakukan transformasi bisnis digital mulai dari pembuatan penjaminan, finansial dan aplikasi digital pendukung lainnya. Lebih lanjut, peran kepemimpinan dalam transformasi bisnis menuju digital ditunjukkan dari penyusunan dan implementasi peta jalan pengembangan teknologi informasi PT Jamkrida Jakarta hingga tahun 2023.

Abstract

Work ethic is crucial to the growth of human life. Related to the problem of waste, humans must be able to position themselves with waste around it. As a result, this study will discuss a relationship between one's Islamic work ethic and the form of a Waste Bank in the surrounding area, in order to improve the community's Islamic work ethic. The study is a survey research with a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to Waste Bank customers. Researchers want to know the influence of the Waste Bank on improving Islamic work ethic of Madiun community. The analysis results show that the value of t-count is greater than the value of t-table (11,788> 1,97612) between the variables Waste Bank (X) and Islamic Work Ethic (Y), indicating that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus there is an influence on the existence of a waste bank to increase the Islamic work ethic of the Madiun community. While the amount of influence is 48.4% and 51.6% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

Consumer behavior that has a lot of consumptive tendencies makes this pattern incompatible with consumption in the Islamic economics. Society has the ideology of consuming excessively, unknowingly, and sustainably. Purchases of goods are only based on desires and do not consider needs, so it is necessary to enforce consumption patterns so that they do not fall into the excessive category. The research methodology used is a literature study method by conducting an in-depth reading analysis of various references related to consumer behavior, especially examining various existing literature works. Researchers reviewed several books written by Al Ghazali and several related figures to obtain additional analysis in this research. The results of this research indicate that the consumption theory according to Al Ghazali is not only oriented to satisfaction. Consumption in Islam is more to make people more obedient in worship. Humans are not required to meet their needs sporadically but must comply with sharia principles. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kognitif (IQ), dan keterampilan teknologi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran ketiga jenis kecerdasan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan adaptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi dari lebih dari 50 sumber akademis yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa EQ berkontribusi pada peningkatan hubungan interpersonal, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja, sementara IQ meningkatkan kemampuan analitis dan pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, keterampilan teknologi mendukung efisiensi operasional dan inovasi. Integrasi ketiga aspek ini membantu organisasi menciptakan budaya yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan retensi talenta, sehingga penting bagi manajemen SDM untuk merancang program pelatihan yang komprehensif. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, organisasi dapat membangun tenaga kerja yang resilien dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Good Governance Business Sharia (GGBS) at PT BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera through the framework of Maqasid Shariah. The research examines how governance principles rooted in Sharia values are translated into institutional practices and how they contribute to the realization of ethical and sustainable business objectives. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through interviews, documentation, and institutional reports, then analyzed using Atlas.ti 09. Findings reveal that BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera has effectively incorporated GGBS principles by promoting transparency, accountability, and adherence to Sharia ethics. However, limited public disclosure—particularly the unavailability of annual reports—remains a major challenge, potentially weakening stakeholder trust and institutional credibility. The study emphasizes the need for stronger transparency mechanisms, enhanced collaboration with Sharia supervisory bodies, and continuous education to reinforce Maqasid Shariah within governance structures. Overall, this research underscores the pivotal role of GGBS in achieving Sharia objectives and advancing ethical governance in the Islamic financial sector.

Abstract

Hazairin as master on Indonesian’s traditions law proffer a device for implementing Islamic law by introduce receptie exit theory. He said, an Islamic inheritance law is not only hegemonized by Indonesian culture, but also by Arab culture which has a patrilineal system. Furthemore, he explained that the Islamic inheritance law does not interpret the Qur'an justice which is actually bilateral. So Hazairin created a new concept regarding of inheritance law. The purpose of this study is to explain that the Islamic inheritance is accordance with the Qur'an. Islamic inheritance law has a universal justice, because it’s inculde theological, maslahah, social and economic aspects. Thus, Hazairin’s concept does not only criticize of ulama ideas, In fact he deconstructs Islamic inheritance law where he negates ashaba, abolishes dzawu al-arḥam, and reconstructs the concept of hijab.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, khususnya dalam negosiasi dan public speaking, merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra terhadap mitra bisnis melalui pendampingan negosiasi dan public speaking di UM Krecek Kerupuk Bu Nor. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, simulasi negosiasi, dan praktik public speaking yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara didepan umum, terutama dalam menyampaikan ide, produk atau layanan dengan lebih percaya diri kepada pelanggan, mitra, atau calon inverstor. Selain itu, kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha juga meningkat, yang berdampak positif pada strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Dengan penguatan kompetensi komunikasi ini, UM Krecek Kerupuk Bu Nor diharapkan mampu bersaing lebih baik di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang tepat dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi yang esensial bagi pertumbuhan bisnis.
