The objective of the research is to determine the contribution learning modelPAKEM with mathematic learning result. The study makes use of survey methodwhich implements regression and contribution technique. The research wasconducted at SMA 31 Jakarta, kecamatan Matraman, Jakarta Timur with n = 36using Cluster Sampling technique.The result of research show there is a positivecontribution learning model PAKEM with mathematic learning result. Based on theresult of research, the students mathematic learning result could be enhanced byincreasing learning model PAKEM, since the result of verification simply be able toprove the learning model PAKEM to be significant determinant factors.Keyword: learning model PAKEM, mathematic learning result and contribution

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat seberapa besar pengaruh media pembelajaran audiovisual powtoon terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SDN 05 Grogol Pagi pada mata pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Experimental Quasi Design (desain eksperimen semu) dengan model non equivalent control group. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Instrumen yang dipergunakan didalam penelitian ini ialah instrumen angket motivasi belajar siswa dan lembar observasi guru. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapati hasil uji prasyarat analisis pada data pre-test dan post-test siswa berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya, hipotesis pada penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji t dan diperoleh = 3.121 dan = 2.084 , sehingga dapat dikatakan > . Dengan demikian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran audiovisual powtoon memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas 3 SDN 05 Grogol

This study aims to determine the creative thinking ability of students using media powtoon. This type of research uses a method quasi experimental with a design nonequivalent control group in using two classes of samples. This research is a quantitative by giving treatment to a class that will be compared with the control class. The instrument in this study used a test and observation sheets. The data analysis technique of students creative thinking results was using t-test statistical analysis and the use of media powtoon with percentage analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average value of pretest the experimental class is 47.50 and the control class is 47.50 while the average of posttest the experimental class is 82.50 and the control class is 73.06 and based on the measurement of the Independent Sample T-Test obtained Sig value 0.000 < 0.5 which means there is a significant difference, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there are differences in the results of posttest the experimental and control classes. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using media powtoon of students creative thinking skills.

The purpose of this study was to identify: 1) principal’s leadership at SD Negeri Kecamatan Balaraja, 2) teacher’s performance at SD Negeri Kecamatan Balaraja, and 3) the influence of principal leadership towards teacher’s performance at SD Negeri Kecamatan Balaraja. This study uses quantitative approach, non-experiment model with correlational design. Subject of this research are principal and teacher of elementary public school in Kecamatan Balaraja. Instrument of this study is questionnaire. The result of this study based on descriptive analysis shows that both variables which are principal leadership and teacher performance is in middle category with percentage 53,75 % for principal leadership and 71,42 % for teacher’s performance. Whereas hypothetically, the result of the study is there is a middle correlation for principal leadership and teacher’s performance with value 0,457 and based on the result there is significant influence of principal leadership towards teacher performance with coefficition determination value is 0,299 (29,9 %) which indicates that predictive ability of independent variable (principal leadership) to dependent variable (teacher performance) in this research is 29,9. According to the results, the conclusion is there is significant influence of principal leadership towards teacher performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an effective and fun creative active learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V elementary school students. The research method used was a survey method and used simple correlation and regression analysis techniques, multiple regression and correlation. This research was conducted at SDN Pondok Kelapa 05 Pagi Jakarta, using the cluster sampling technique. Based on this research, it is expected that the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students can be improved by using active creative learning model that is effective and fun to be significant determinants. Based on the t-test analysis, it was obtained that t count was 2.61 and t table was 1.69 meaning that there was a positive contribution between the active, creative, effective and fun learning model variables and the learning outcomes of mathematics because tcount> t table was 2.61> 1.69. The coefficient of determination is 0.1672, which explains that 16.72% of the variance of the mathematics learning achievement variable is explained or determined by the active creative learning model which is effective and fun. Thus, it can be concluded that the creative active learning model approach is effective and fun to improve mathematics learning achievement.

Matematika adalah ilmu tentang logika mengenai bentuk, susunan, besaran dan konsep berhubungan satu sama lain. Dalam konsepnya selalu berhubungan dengan kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Belajar Matematika dalam bentuk Gerakan Literasi siswa bukan hanya sekedar meningkat rasa ingin tahu tapi selalu berkembang sesuai perkembangan zaman, mata pelajaran Matematika adalah ilmu menghitung yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan dan mengembangkan proses hitungan pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SDN Kenari 07 Pagi pada proses pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan cara mengajar yang konvensional atau berpusat pada guru sebagai pemberi informasi, dengan adanya gerakan literasi siswa diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas yang baik dari setiap konsep pengerjaan masalah dalam bentuk aplikasi soal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan menerapkan Gerakan Literasi siswa di sekolah dan untuk menambah ilmu pngetahuan yang tiap waktu mengalami perubahan. Subjek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh siswa di SDN Kenari 07 Pagi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation Model of Cooperative Learning to improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The research method used was a survey method and used regression analysis techniques and simple correlation. This research was conducted at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi, Salemba sub-district with n = 36 using the Cluster Sampling technique. (1) The application of Cooperative Learning has an influence on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) Interest has an influence on the Implementation of Cooperative Learning; (3) The background of students has an influence on the application of cooperative learning; (4) Intelligence has an influence on the Application of Cooperative Learning. Based on this research, it is expected that the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students can be improved by the influence of the application of cooperative learning, because the verification results prove that the application of cooperative learning is a significant determining factor. In many ways the characteristic enhancement model is used to solve educational problems and one of them is the Cooperative Learning Model which certainly affects the development of children where each child has different characteristics from one another so that it can show the child's character in solving the problems faced.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan Pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa kelas V SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan mengunakan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana, regresi dan korelasi ganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Kenari 07 Pagi Jakarta, kecamatan Salemba, Jakarta Pusat dengan n = 36 dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling.Penelitian ini dilandasi dengan hipotesis-hipotesis sebagai berikut : (1) Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika; (2) Minat memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (3) Latar belakang siswa memiliki pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (4) Intelegensia memiliki pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (5) Terdapat pengaruh antara bakat dan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dengan hasil belajar matematika. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, karena hasil verifikasi membuktikan bahwa Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif menjadi faktor-faktor penentu yang signifikan

This research was conducted in class V SDIT Denada with a total of 20 students in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This research procedure went through two cycles, where each cycle consisted of (1) the planning stage, (2) the action stage, (3) the observation stage, (4) the reflection stage. Data collection in the study used student learning activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets in using problem-based learning models, test questions to measure student learning outcomes on the conversion material for units of speed and volume. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the use of problem-based learning models in the conversion material for units of speed and volume could improve student learning outcomes at SDIT Denada. These results can be seen from the learning outcomes of students in cycle I with an average value of 70.8 with a percentage of 60% while in cycle II the average value is 75.15 with a percentage of 85%. The average value of student learning activities in cycle I (50%) , in cycle II (83%) and there was an increase (33%).
