Abstract

The Determine the Role of Problem-Based Learning for Student Character Education was the aim of this study. Simple regression and correlation analysis methods are utilized in the survey-based research methodology. Using the Cluster Sampling approach, this study was carried out at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi in the Salemba District with a total of 36 participants. (1) The role of problem-based learning in student character education; (2) Interest influences problem-based learning implementation; (3) Student background influences problem-based learning implementation; and (4) Intelligence affects problem-based learning implementation. Based on this research, it is anticipated that the influence of problem-based learning will help character education for elementary school kids in the fifth grade, because the outcomes of the verification show that Problem Based Learning plays a significant determining role. In many ways, the character improvement model is used to address educational issues, and one of them is the problem-based learning learning model, which undoubtedly has an impact on children's development because each child has unique traits that can be used to demonstrate the child's character when resolving issues.

Abstract

Hasil belajar mata pelajaran matematika siswa kelas VI SDN 04 Kuala Tungkal menunjukan hasil belajar yang masih sangat rendah dari KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) yang dimana KKM pada mata pelajaran matematika adalah 70. Hal ini disebabkan oleh permasalahan pada pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang diberikan guru kepada siswa dengan tidak menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mengikutsertakan siswa terlibat aktif  dalam proses pembelajaran (teacher center). Olehkarena itu peneliti memfokuskan melakukan penelitian pada upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VI melalui penerapan model PJBL. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas model Mc Taggart dan Kemmis yang dimana peneliti melaksanakan tindakan prasiklus, siklus I, siklus II. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah melalui soal test dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dari pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah ditunjukan pada hasil ketuntasan hasil belajar siklus I sebesar 48% dengan nilai rata-rata 61,9 dan siklus II sebesar 92% dengan nilai rata-rata 80,12. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang signifikan pada penerapan model PJBL (Project Based Learning) dalam mata pelajaran matematika khususnya materi bangun ruang. Upaya penerapan model PJBL memberikan peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa diatas KKM mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Mathematics in formal learning is one of the most important subjects taught to measure students' thinking skills in arithmetic. Students' difficulties in completing arithmetic operations can be caused by the imperfection of the mathematics learning process in class. This study aims to describe the difficulties in learning the arithmetic operation of division in grade IV students of SDN Cideng 09. The method used in qualitative research tends to obtain written or verbal descriptions of the attitudes of the community or real research objects, while in quantitative research, inductive data analysis is used, and researchers and informants are brought closer during data collection. This presentation will refer to the findings of a field study regarding learning challenges in grade IV students of SDN Cideng 09 and discuss the results of the instrument consisting of essay questions and several interviews. At SDN Cideng 09, one of the educators expressed his concern that grade IV students had difficulty understanding the concept of division. It seems that many students in this class have difficulty in mathematics, especially in division. The findings of this study reveal that a number of grade IV students of SDN Cideng 09 have difficulty understanding the basic concept of division. Finding solutions to division problems with multiplication will not be a problem for students if they truly understand division as repeated subtraction.

Abstract

The results of this research were motivated by the low learning motivation of class IV students at SDN 05 Tanjung Duren Selatan which resulted in 47% of students getting scores below the KKM with an average of 69 on the mathematics exam. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method and the population used was 30 students, including 15 class IVA students and 15 class IVB students. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire and the application of trimino media with a cooperative learning model. Based on the calculations above, it is found in the table that it is 2,084 and tcount is 4,477 > 2,084 table with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05 which shows that it rejects ???????? and accepts ????????, which means there is an influence on the learning motivation of class IV students when studying by implementing the Cooperative learning model with the help of Trimino Media. The researcher was able to draw the following conclusions from the data analysis: the cooperative learning model with Trimino media has a positive and significant influence on students' mathematics learning motivation, based on partial test results.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively mathematically is the basis for students solving mathematical problems. Based on initial observations made on students at SDN Duri Kepa 05 Pagi Jakarta, it was revealed that working on mathematics problems was a problem, therefore a creative learning model was needed to train students' creative thinking abilities. Thus, the ability to think creatively mathematically can be used as an alternative solution to educational problems. This research aims to analyze the mathematical creative thinking abilities of fifth grade students through character education for students in elementary schools. The type of research used is comparative causal research, also called ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 32 class V students. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that student character education can significantly improve their mathematical creative thinking abilities. Students' mathematical creative thinking abilities are influenced by students' character education by 68.7%. Meanwhile, 31.3% was influenced by other factors outside of students' character education.

Abstract

he community service activity aimed to enhance students' mathematical literacy skills using the Picture and Picture (PnP) method. The PnP method is a method that supports students' success in solving learning problems, especially in mathematics lessons. The PnP method can create students' sense of knowledge visually or with real images, which students really need in creating an ideal learning atmosphere so that students can directly experience the visuals of mathematics lessons. The method used in this activity is in the form of a lecture by providing counseling on how to learn using the PnP method so as to improve students' skills in solving mathematical problems. Students are given counseling using PowerPoint and video media. Then participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and then 4 discussion groups were formed to discuss problems related to how to learn using the PnP method. The activity took place on Monday, May 20 2024, participants were students of SDN Duri Kepa 03 West Jakarta. From the pre-test results through questions and answers from 30 students, knowledge about the Picture and Picture method was still in the poor category, while the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge of around 82% of students with a good level of knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan Pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa kelas V SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan mengunakan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana, regresi dan korelasi ganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Kenari 07 Pagi Jakarta, kecamatan Salemba, Jakarta Pusat dengan n = 36 dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling.Penelitian ini dilandasi dengan hipotesis-hipotesis sebagai berikut : (1) Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika; (2) Minat memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (3) Latar belakang siswa memiliki pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (4) Intelegensia memiliki pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif; (5) Terdapat pengaruh antara bakat dan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dengan hasil belajar matematika. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, karena hasil verifikasi membuktikan bahwa Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif menjadi faktor-faktor penentu yang signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation Model of Cooperative Learning to improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The research method used was a survey method and used regression analysis techniques and simple correlation. This research was conducted at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi, Salemba sub-district with n = 36 using the Cluster Sampling technique. (1) The application of Cooperative Learning has an influence on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) Interest has an influence on the Implementation of Cooperative Learning; (3) The background of students has an influence on the application of cooperative learning; (4) Intelligence has an influence on the Application of Cooperative Learning. Based on this research, it is expected that the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students can be improved by the influence of the application of cooperative learning, because the verification results prove that the application of cooperative learning is a significant determining factor. In many ways the characteristic enhancement model is used to solve educational problems and one of them is the Cooperative Learning Model which certainly affects the development of children where each child has different characteristics from one another so that it can show the child's character in solving the problems faced.
