Abstract

Banyaknya kasus penyalahgunaan teknologi di kalangan anak-anak dan para remaja tersebut, perlu adanya peran dari masyarakat sebagai upaya untuk menanggulangi pengaruh negatif penggunaan teknologi pada anak-anak dan para remaja. Pentingnya memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak dan para remaja tersebut terkait penggunaan teknologi secara baik dan benar. Menghadapi perkembangan teknologi saat ini, diharapkan generasi milenial dapat menyikapi berbagai peluang yang ada, sehingga dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru bagi dirinya dan orang lain. Generasi milenial bisa memperoleh banyak keuntungan dari perkembangan teknologi untuk menjalankan bisnis. Mereka bisa menuangkan ide, bakat, dan kreativitasnya untuk berkarya meskipun hanya dengan menggunakan gadget. Berikut ini merupakan beberapa tren bisnis berbasis teknologi yang dapat digeluti oleh generasi milenial, misalnya sebagai vlogger dengan mengunggah berbagai konten video yang menarik, sebagai youtuber dengan mengelola akun YouTube dan membuat konten yang unik dan menarik, mendirikan start-up, membangun e-shopping atau toko online, membangun bisnis dropship, menjadi blogger dengan membuat suatu blog yang mempunyai konten menarik yang mampu mendatangkan pengunjung dan pembeli, menjadi influencer di Instagram, berbisnis GoPay, melakukan bisnis pengisian saldo mata uang digital, bisnis crypto currency, trading saham online, jual beli voucher gift card, dan lain sebagainya. Universitas nasional karangturi sesuai dengan visi dan misinya, mengedepankan karakter wirausaha memberikan solusi tantangan dan perkembangan zaman menggunakan nilai tambah teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan kepada generasi milenial khususnya para siswa dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) St. Fransiskus Semarang. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan generasi milenial dapat secara maksimal memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan membaca peluang bisnis yang ada, sehingga dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru baik untuk dirinya maupun untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

Depresi dan Mahasiswa, kurang tidur pola makan yang buruk dan kurang olahraga merupakan penyebab depresi dikalangan mahasiswa. Stres yang muncul akibat dunia akademis. Faktor kehidupan kampus sangat berkontribusi terhadap faktor resiko. Mahasiswa yang tidak siap menghadapi kehidupan kampus akan cepat mengalami depresi yang mempengaruhi kehidupan dan pendidikan akademisnya. Depresi merupakan faktor resiko terbesar keinginan bunuh diri dan resiko lainnya, seperti: narkotika dan perilaku menyakiti diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneksplorasi dan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel dan tingkat depresi mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data terkait kehidupan mahasiswa, data mahasiswa yang digunakan memiliki karakteristik yang menggambarkan mahasiswa ilmu komputer dan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat depresi pada mahasiswa. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi eksplorasi data, pembersihan data dan analisis data. Langkah awal adalah melakukan eksplorasi data dengan memeriksa variabel yang memiliki 10 variabel dengan karakteristik data. Dalam tabel kolom “kelas” menunjukan jenis variabel yang mencakup kelas numerik dan kelas faktor. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga terkait kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Hubungan yang signifikan antara status tingkat depresi dan gender serta kinerja akademis menjadi sorotan bagian intervensi. Program kesehatan mental khusus gender dan layanan dukungan akademis dapat berperan penting dalam mengurangi prevalensi depresi di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology, easy and efficient transaction management is an important requirement in the business world, both small and large scale. Rumah Makan Mie Happy is a medium-scale culinary business. Happy Noodle Restaurant provides noodle-based preparations. In its daily life, Happy Noodle Restaurant can serve around 100 consumers, so that the service process requires speed to serve consumers. But in fact, Mie Happy Restaurant still uses manual data processing and transaction management, so it often experiences problems such as slow payment processes, frequent loss of receipts or proof of payment, difficulty in recapitulating or reporting transactions both daily and monthly, and frequent errors in the calculation process. From the problems experienced by Mie Happy Restaurant, the author is interested in developing a web-based cashier application that can help in all matters related to transaction management at Mie Happy Restaurant. The research conducted aims to build or develop a cashier application for Happy Noodle Restaurant that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction management. This cashier application was built or developed using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with Visual Studio Code editor and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The results of testing with black box testing show that the cashier application developed in functionality has run as expected. This web-based cashier application provides convenience for admins and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology in the business process of a business field will be very helpful in terms of transaction processing, data processing, data analysis, and data storage. Business processes that still do not use computer technology allow many obstacles to occur, such as errors in the process of recording transactions, errors in the calculation process, difficulties in the process of storing and processing data, difficulties in making reports, and so on. CV. Athaya is a medium-scale retail business. Where currently in carrying out its transaction activities it still uses manual methods. Calculations carried out manually are of course not very effective and efficient. In addition, processes carried out manually are prone to errors in the calculation process, take a long time to complete transactions, especially if there are consumers who purchase a lot of goods, have difficulty in compiling reports, have difficulty in the process of recapitulating transaction data, are prone to losing transaction data, and various other obstacles or difficulties. Based on these problems, the research conducted has the aim of creating a cashier system design at CV. Athaya using UML diagrams. The purpose of designing this cashier system is to provide an overview of the cashier system to be built to users, namely cashiers at CV. Athaya which can simplify the ongoing transaction process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in cashier work, facilitate data processing into reports desired by business owners, minimize calculation errors, and assist in the data storage process.

Abstract

Scheduling content on social media effectively and efficiently has become an important need for users, especially users who use social media as a tool to help run their business or organization. This research aims to design a user interface for a website-based social media scheduling application using the Rapid Application Development method and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This method was chosen because development can be done quickly through literacy that involves users so that it can fulfill everything needed to create an optimal system. The research stage begins with user interviews, and later this data will be used to develop an initial UI design prototype designed using Figma. UML is used to visualize the design model and also how the system will run later. This system is expected to help make posting social media content easier.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to develop a prototype UI/UX Decision Support System for Determining Lecturer Research Linearity based on user needs, in which users can manage research data, determine the suitability of research conducted by lecturers with their scientific fields, provide a basis for decision-making in determining whether lecturer research should be continued, and provide an overview to decision-makers regarding lecturer performance. This study used the design thinking technique, which is divided into five stages: obtaining information from users, analyzing user needs, generating ideas for solutions to user problems, creating prototypes to solve user problems, and testing and improving prototypes. This study successfully created a decision support system design and prototype that is centered on user demands and comfort. Prototype testing was carried out by UI/UX design experts. The test findings demonstrate that users respond positively to the decision support system interface and that most functionalities work properly. This demonstrates that the decision support system prototype was created with user demands, functional suitability, and convenience of use in mind. The findings of this study are expected to be used in associated institutions or agencies to collect feedback for future system improvement.

Abstract

Higher education institutions frequently struggle to manage research, community service, and output data. Manual data and information management is prone to mistakes. It is challenging for leaders and stakeholders to monitor and evaluate performance. This study intends to address these issues by offering a platform that meets the needs of the Community Service Research Institute (LPPM), leaders, and stakeholders. The primary features produced are statistics on research, service, and output data, as well as report generating automation. This study employs RAD to create the system. The system developed has been declared functional based on the results of blackbox testing with equivalent partitions. According to the 91% usability testing estimate, users are pleased with the information system built, and the system is simple to use. This system's specific benefits and potential implications include improved data management efficiency, consolidated data access, accreditation and reporting support, and higher institutional reputation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertajam sistem informasi pemasaran digital dengan merancang dan mengimplementasikan virtual card yang menerapkan model AIDA. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan waterfall yang diuji dengan Blackbox Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Batik Warna Alam siPutri. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan Javascript, yang mengasilkan virtual card dengan nilai usability yang tinggi. Skor acceptability ranges berada pada zona Acceptable, dengan skala grade A, dan adjective rating termasuk dalam kategori best imaginable. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terdapatnya kombinasi yang erat pada penerapan model AIDA dalam implemetasi sistem dan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang strategi pemasaran online dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the decision-making methods of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and build a decision support system that can be used to determine the linearity of lecturers’ research in their scientific fields. The analysis aims to assist relevant institutions in determining research linearity and guiding lecturers in their research policies and directions. Methods: This study compares the performance of the SAW and TOPSIS methods, against the alternative ranking of lecturers’ research linearity. The performance of both methods was measured using accuracy and MSE, where a high accuracy value indicates that the method performs better and the value of MSE is small or close to zero indicating a better relevance. Result: The results showed that the SAW method has a better accuracy value of 100% and an average MSE value of 0.13. At the same time, the TOPSIS method has an accuracy value of 33% and an average MSE value of 0.58. Novelty: This study provides knowledge about the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making methods to determine the lecturers’ research linearity, as a guideline for related institutions regarding research policy making. In addition, the results of this study also provide a framework for evaluating the recent decision-supporting method and improving the understanding of the implementation and performance of the methods.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang menjadi fokus utama di Kota Semarang. Program Wolbachia Ing Kota Semarang (WINGKO) dikembangkan sebagai inovasi untuk mengendalikan penyebaran DBD dengan menggunakan nyamuk yang telah terinfeksi Wolbachia. Sosialisasi mengenai program ini menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan masyarakat, termasuk di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sosialisasi Program WINGKO dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 7 Maret 2025 dengan diikuti oleh 88 siswa di SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang. Metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif dipilih dalam sosialisasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa perempuan lebih banyak dibandingkan siswa laki-laki. Selain itu, nilai rata-rata post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test, yang menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang Program WINGKO. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan ini dapat menjadi model edukasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap inovasi kesehatan berbasis teknologi seperti Program WINGKO.
