Abstract

Persaingan dalam industri skincare yang sangat kompetitif membuat brand harus pandai melakukan inovasi untuk bisa mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Brand ambassador yang dapat merepresentasikan brand dengan positif dapat memberikan berbagai keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana pengaruh brand ambassador terhadap brand image dan perilaku pembelian produk Whitelab. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan teori reasoned action (TRA) untuk memahami bagaimana dan mengapa individu mengambil keputusan dalam konteks pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yang dipilih dengan kriteria purposive. Dari hasil uji analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik regresi didapatkan hasil jika brand ambassador Oh Sehun mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image dan perilaku pembelian produk Whitelab. Pelaku usaha yang menggunakan brand ambassador sebagai strategi promosi perlu fokus pada faktor popularitas dan daya tarik yang dimiliki oleh brand ambassador tersebut.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Era digital yang berkembang pesat berpengaruh terhadap penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di semua level pendidikan. Guru yang memiliki peran krusial dalam pembelajaran harus memiliki kemampuan yang adaptif terhadap perubahan tersebut. Namun, banyak guru khsusunya pada level Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pada guru anak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu dengan melakukan workshop yang berisi deskripsi pemahaman literasi digital dan praktik membuat materi ajar melalui software digital. Eskperimen yang melibatkan 49 partisipan dari 20 PAUD dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas implementasi workshop literasi digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket pretest dan posttest, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan literasi digital memberikan peningkatan literasi digital pada guru. Temuan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan faktor sosial memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberhasilan training dalam program. Pelaksanaan training digital literasi dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen teori kognitif sosial menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam praktik mengajar. Kata Kunci: guru PAUD, literasi digital, pelatihan, kompetensi [English]: The rapid development of the digital era affects teaching and learning practices at all levels of education. Teachers who play a crucial role in learning must have adaptive skills to respond to these changes. However, integrating technology into the learning and teaching process remains challenging for teachers of Early Childhood Education (ECED). This community service program aims to improve digital literacy in early childhood teachers. The workshop method was used in this program through the introduction of digital literacy understanding and practice of creating teaching materials through digital software. An experiment involving 49 participants from 20 PAUD was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the digital literacy workshop implementation. Data were collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results show that the training in this community service program can improve digital literacy in teachers. The findings show that self-efficacy and social factors contribute to the effectiveness of the training program. Digital literacy training for early childhood education teachers involving elements of social cognitive theory is an alternative way to improve their teaching and learning practice competence. Abstract

This research is based on the great potential of Trangsan Village in the development of a tourism village. Trangsan Rattan Tourism Village is known as the largest rattan artisan industry in Central Java Province and the second largest in Indonesia. Dialogical communication between the Trangsan Village Government and the community can build active community participation and strengthen their social capital in the development of tourism villages. Social capital owned by the community, such as trust, social networks, and prevailing values and norms, is believed to play an important role in the development of tourism in the village. This research aims to describe the role of dialogic communication and social capital in the development of Trangsan Rattan Tourism Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted by observation and interviewing various related parties, including the local community, tourism village managers and the village government. The results showed that the Trangsan Village government has implemented dialogic communication and utilized social capital well in developing Trangsan Rattan Tourism Village. The most dominant important factor is the existence of mutuality, closeness and trust between the village government and the community and stakeholders, as well as a strong social network, contributing to the development of the tourist village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi respons krisis Komisi Pemberatasan Korupsi (KPK) terhadap kasus mantan pimpinan KPK yang termuat dalam berita detikcom dan kompascom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Teori yang akan diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan artikel berita harus relevan dengan kasus yang diteliti. Penelitian ini berfokus pada berita yang diunggah di platform media detikcom dan kompascom dari 23 Oktober 2023 hingga 31 Januari 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi respon krisis KPK yang paling dominan digunakan adalah Justification dengan presentase 76% dari total data, yang berarti KPK cenderung sering membenarkan krisis dan menjelaskan perkembangan krisis, sedangkan strategi yang paling sedikit digunakan yaitu Attack the Accuser, Denial, Scapegoating ditemukan sebanyak 2% hal ini berarti strategi yang lebih menyalahkan pihak lain jarang digunakan. Selanjutnya Uji T-test menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan antar kedua media online tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa strategi Justification dianggap efektif dalam memperbaiki citra lembaga pemerintah di mata publik, terutama ketika krisis berkaitan dengan isu yang sensitif dan melibatkan tokoh penting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the use of Instagram as an online marketing communication media carried out by @beautyhijab.sukoharjo, in this study using the AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation of 2 people and documentation of the @beautyhijab.sukoharjo account, this study uses a purposive sampling sample with the criteria of the owner and admin of Instagram @beautyhijab.sukoharjo who have an understanding and participate in the process of managing Instagram as an online marketing communication media @beautyhijab.sukoharjo. the results of this study indicate that the use of Instagram is very effective in promoting @beautyhijab.sukoharjo products by implementing marketing communication strategies and applying the AIDA theory through the stages of Attention, Interest, Desire and Action @beautyhijab.sukoharjo can attract consumer attention to products through attractive offers until consumers take action to purchase products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication, between photographers and clients in efforts to improve working relationships and satisfaction in creative agency photography services. Good and effective communication between the two parties is considered very important in creating a harmonious working relationship and leading to increased quality and work results and client satisfaction. Using the Social Exchange Theory (SET), this study will examine how the photography process, such as trust, fulfilment of client expectations and desires, and commitment to creative photography projects. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews. with creative agency photographers and clients who have worked together in creative agencies. The results of the study show that open and transparent communication can improve better and stronger working relationships, enrich client experiences, and increase satisfaction with the results of the photos obtained. This study provides an understanding and insight into the importance of interpersonal communication in the context of the creative industry and how communication can stimulate overall work results and client satisfaction.

Abstract

In the digital era, organizations are expected to follow with technological advancements, including the need to provide informative and engaging users.. This study aims to describe the transformation of a da'wah organization in delivering information as part of a broader digital outreach strategy. The main focus to utilize the WordPress CMS as a solution to enhance website responsiveness and user reach. A practical approach was adopted through the Web Development Life Cycle method, starting from analysis requirements to technological implementation. Key aspects considered include responsive design, content integration, and user experience. Functionality testing using the black-box method confirmed that the system performs as expected. The results demonstrate improved content accessibility, optimal website responsiveness across devices, and increased user engagement. This system can serve as a model for other organizations seeking to adopt similar technologies to expand the da'wah.

Abstract

Background: Adolescent males generally demonstrate a lesser understanding of reproductive health compared to their female peers. Paternal involvement is crucial in addressing this disparity, as fathers are perceived as facilitators of more comfortable same-gender interactions. This research employed the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the Health Belief Model to analyse fathers' roles in disseminating reproductive health information to male adolescents.Method: A qualitative study was conducted in Surakarta between January and April 2025. Seventeen fathers of male adolescents, aged 10–19 years, served as the primary informants. They were selected via purposive sampling based on specific inclusion criteria: being married and having prior exposure to reproductive health materials. The exclusion criterion was non-local employment without a daily commute. Source triangulation involved an additional 17 wives and 19 adolescents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analysed using Colaizzi's method.Result : The majority of fathers educated their children on reproductive health, indicating positive attitudes and an understanding of its significance for adolescents. Wives significantly influenced fathers' perceptions and communication regarding this topic. Time constraints emerged as a key issue, with fathers expressing willingness to participate when their teenagers were available. It was found that the simultaneous availability of fathers and teenagers was necessary to foster closeness and effective communication.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how crisis information spreads on social media and leads to activism. The public perceives the Whitelab brand event, which collaborated with K-Pop idol Sehun, as fraught with issues. This has resulted in public protests and the emergence of the #whitelabapologize hashtag on Twitter. This qualitative research uses social network analysis (SNA) to understand the social network and actors surrounding the conversation. A total of 10,000 tweets using #whitelabapologize were extracted from Twitter using Netlytic on the crucial date of the event. The research results classify #whitelabapologize as hashtag activism. Individual actors and the fan bases of K-pop idols drive the conversations on this social network. The data also reveals that this activism follows the logic of connective action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembingkaian yang dilakukan media online Detik.com terkait isu kerja sama antara Danacita dengan Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) untuk pembayaran Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis framing model Pan dan Kosicki. Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 15 berita yang dianalisis menggunakan empat struktur utama teknik Analisis Framing Zhongdan Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki: sintaksis, skrip, tematik, dan retoris. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya penggunaan idiom hiperbola oleh Detik.com untuk menunujukkan bagaimana isu mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat. Selain itu, penekanan pada reaksi dan persepsi masyarakat yang ditunjukkan pada teras berita, dan kutipan dari narasumber ITB yang ditempatkan di akhir berita.
