Abstract

. Compensation is one of the important factors that influence employee behavior and performance. Higher compensation levels tend to improve employee welfare. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, which includes salary, allowances, and incentives, on employee performance at the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service of Nias Regency. The phenomena observed include decreased work motivation, decreased attendance discipline, and failure to achieve work targets. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis through SPSS software. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who were all employees of the agency. The results of the analysis showed a significant effect between compensation and performance, where the validity test of variables X and Y showed a calculated r value of 0.742, higher than the r table of 0.361. The average compensation score was 6.42 and the average performance score was 7.24, both of which were included in the good category. In conclusion, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, so that it can increase work motivation and productivity. These findings emphasize the importance of effective compensation management to support improved individual and organizational performance.

Abstract

In the business world, capital and profitability are two crucial factors that affect the sustainability and growth of a company. Capital functions as a resource used to start and run a company's operations. This study aims to measure the level of PT. Maxis Paragon's ability to manage working capital to meet short-term obligations using the liquidity ratio, analyze the level of working capital turnover in operational activities through the activity ratio, and assess the effectiveness of working capital use in generating business profitability using the profitability ratio. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the management of PT. Maxis Paragon's working capital during the 2019–2023 period experienced an unhealthy condition based on the analysis of the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio. The company needs to improve working capital management, especially in terms of inventory and receivables management, and identify the causes of the decline in performance in 2023. From an activity ratio perspective, the management of receivables and inventory during this period was considered poor, far below industry standards. Despite improvements in inventory management through 2022, performance declined again in 2023. In addition, profitability ratio analysis shows that the company's profitability, as measured by Net Income and Return on Equity (ROE), is at a low level. To increase returns to shareholders, an in-depth evaluation of the company's operations and financial strategy is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media-based promotion strategies in increasing sales of batik products at CV. Wery Group Gunungsitoli City. A qualitative approach with descriptive method was used in this study, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram, significantly affected the visibility of batik products. The promotional strategies applied, such as attractive visual content, active interaction with customers, and exclusive promotions, are proven to increase consumer interest. However, constraints were found in terms of consistency of content creation and lack of utilization of broader digital marketing features. Therefore, it is recommended that CV. Wery Group optimize its digital marketing strategy with a more structured and data-driven approach to increase promotional effectiveness. The conclusion of this study confirms that social media is an effective marketing tool if applied with the right strategy, as well as the need for regular evaluation and adjustment of the strategy to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

The development of the business world, especially in the food sector, is increasingly competitive, encouraging companies to improve the quality and quantity of sales. UD. Tahu Murni, which operates in Gunungsitoli City, faces the challenge of fluctuating market demand that can result in overstock and stockout. This study aims to analyze tofu sales forecasting using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method. This method was chosen because of its ability to provide accurate estimates on data without clear trends. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis of historical sales data. The forecasting results show that an alpha (α) value of 0.9 produces a sales estimate of 238,014 pieces with the lowest error (MAPE 0.83%). This finding indicates that SES is effective in predicting sales and supporting inventory management at UD. Tahu Murni. The proposed recommendations include the use of the SES method routinely, periodic monitoring, and training for human resources. With these steps, UD. Tahu Murni can improve operational efficiency and competitiveness in the soy-based food market.

Abstract

Abstrak harus menggambarkan keseluruhan substansi isi dan mampu membantu pembaca Penetapan harga bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan sambil mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar dan permintaan konsumen. Adapun tujuan dari penetapan harga oleh suatu perusahaan yakni: Bertahan, Memaksimalkan Laba, Mekanisme Penjualan, Prisetise, Pengembangan atas Investasi (ROI), Harga Gasal (odd price). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni menganalisa perbandingan berdasarkan data dan informasi berupa kalimat secara lisan yang di peroleh dari objek penelitian, kemudian menarik kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu: pemilik toko UD. Lusi, karyawan toko UD. Lusi, dan pelanggan di toko UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui hal-hal sebagai berikut : Penetapan Harga Sembako di UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan ongkos pengiriman barang dari Gunungsitoli ke Hiliduho, persentase keuntungan yang diinginkan, analisa harga dari pesaing. UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias mengambil keutungan maksimal 10% dari harga barang aslinya. Penetapan harga sembako di UD. Lusi Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan yang dilakukan oleh para pembeli. Harga yang ditetapkan masih dapat berubah setiap hari karena tawar-menawar sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, memperhatikan harga dari persaing, dan menggunakan harga yang beredar dipasaran. Kemampuan daya beli masyarakat Kecamatan Hiliduho Kabupaten Nias di UD Lusi dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan harga barang, daya beli masyarakat akan cenderung menurun ketika harga naik terus menerus (inflasi), pendapatan riil masyarakat kecamatan hiliduho yang tidak menetap, dan terdapat kebijakan perubahan harga dari pemerintah pusat, provinsi dan daerah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on sales levels of refill water products and how much price affects sales levels of refill water products in Kadoz, Gunungsitoli City branch. The research method used by the researcher is the Quantitative Method, because it is in line with the title and objectives raised regarding the relationship between variables with other variables. The type of research used by the researcher is the Quantitative Method, because it is in line with the title and objectives raised regarding the relationship between variables with other variables. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on sales levels of Kadoz products in Gunungsitoli City branch. This statement is based on the results of the t-test or hypothesis test by comparing the results of t count and t table that have been carried out by the researcher.

Abstract

The purpose of pricing by a company is to Survive, Maximize Profit, Sales Mechanism, Prisetise, Development on Investment (ROI), Odd Price. This research uses descriptive qualitative, which analyzes comparisons based on data and information in the form of oral sentences obtained from the object of research, then draws research conclusions based on the data and information obtained. Respondents in this study, namely: UD shop owner. Lusi, UD shop employees. Lusi, and customers at UD stores. Lusi Hiliduho District, Nias Regency. The results of the study state that the determination of basic food prices at UD. Lusi Hiliduho District, Nias Regency is carried out by considering the cost of shipping goods from Gunungsitoli to Hiliduho, the desired profit percentage, analyzing prices from competitors. UD. Lusi Hiliduho District, Nias Regency takes a maximum profit of 10% of the original price of goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at CV. Wery Group in Gunungsitoli City. Using quantitative methods, this study involves collecting data from consumers of CV. Wery Group. Based on the results of the study, it was found that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by a significant value of <0.05 and a contribution of 83.3%. In addition, the results of the study also show that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of <0.05 and a contribution of 71.4%. Furthermore, product quality and price together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of <0.05 and a contribution of 84.9%. These findings confirm that product quality, price, and service quality are key factors in improving purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction at CV. Wery Group. Therefore, improving product quality, competitive pricing, and good service need to be a priority to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa pengiriman terhadap kepuasan konsumen Ninja Express Kota Gunungsitoli penelitian ini menggunakan 2 ( Dua ) variabel independen Yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan variabel dependent yaitu  kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen atau pengguna Ninja Express Kota Gunungsitoli. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 63 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik,  uji T dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan analisis data, Uji Validitas terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan  dan Kepuasan Konsumen  semua valid.. dapat diketahui bahwa hasil pengujian menunjukan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini bernilai > 0,60 sehingga kedua variabel dinyatakan reliabel. pada uji hipotesis Adapun hasil dari perhitungan masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebagai berikut: Pada variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X) nilai T-hitung sebesar 2.928 yang artinya T-hitung 2928 > T-tabel 2.000 dan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05 maka artinya hipotesis diterima, variabel Kualita Pelayanan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Konsumen Ninja Expres Kota Gunungsitoli .

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha dan perkembangan perekonomian pada saat ini berpengaruh penting dalam pembangunan, setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk mempunyai kemampuan dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan yang lain dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Tujuan akhir yang harus dicapai perusahaan yang sangat penting ialah ingin memperoleh laba atau keuntungan yang maksimal atau yang sebesar-besarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengelolaan modal kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas pada UD. Yuki Mart Kota Gunungsitoli selama periode 2020–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan, yang mencakup neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan, dan perputaran piutang sebagai indikator modal kerja, serta Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Basic Earning Power (BEP), dan Operating Profit Margin (OPM) sebagai indikator profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode tersebut, terjadi penurunan laba bersih secara signifikan yang mengindikasikan kurang optimalnya pengelolaan modal kerja. Perputaran modal kerja, persediaan, dan piutang masih berada di bawah standar industri, yang berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan modal kerja yang tidak efektif berkontribusi terhadap penurunan profitabilitas. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperbaiki strategi manajemen modal kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mendukung pertumbuhan laba secara berkelanjutan.
