Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the marketing mix in increasing sales at the Integrated Training and Skills Development Center (PLKT) BNKP Gunungsitoli. The marketing mix includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the marketing mix has significantly contributed to increased public interest and purchase decisions at PLKT BNKP. Product variation and quality were found to attract customer attention, while competitive pricing strategies enhanced accessibility. Promotional efforts, especially through social media and community involvement, helped build brand awareness. Additionally, the role of skilled human resources, efficient service processes, and the physical environment of the institution also influenced consumer trust and loyalty. The findings suggest that a consistent and well-integrated marketing strategy is essential for sustaining business growth in training and skills development institutions.

Abstract

This research, entitled "Analysis of Online Marketing Strategies in Increasing Sales Volume at Toko Transcom in Gunungsitoli City," aims to examine the implementation of online,  marketing strategies and identify the challenges faced by Toko Transcom in boosting its sales volume. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that Toko Transcom has implemented various online,  marketing strategies such as promotions through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), the use of attractive visual content, and direct interaction with customers through digital channels. These strategies have proven to be quite effective in attracting consumer interest and increasing sales volume, particularly among the younger generation active on social media. However, the study also found several obstacles, such as the lack of human resources with professional digital marketing expertise, inconsistency in uploading promotional content, and technical difficulties in managing social media accounts. The research concludes that online,  marketing holds significant potential in boosting sales, but it requires support from a competent team and well-planned strategi.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) implemented at Bethania Nursing Home aims to create active, healthy, productive, and independent seniors for as long as possible. One effort to empower the elderly is through the formation and development of Elderly Groups, namely Posyandu Lansia or Posbindu Lansia. Through these groups, seniors are encouraged to remain active and motivated in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by participating in elderly exercise and undertaking to live a healthy, active, and productive life. This outreach activity involved 15 elderly residents of Bethania Nursing Home and was carried out over one day using media such as projectors, banners, loudspeakers, and laptops. Evaluation was carried out by observers using a checklist that assessed the process and results of the outreach. The evaluation results showed that all seniors understood the material, actively participated, and were committed to regularly doing elderly exercise and living a productive and healthy daily life.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi tantangan persaingan global dan perkembangan teknologi.Namun, masih banyak UMKM di daerah pedesaan yang belum mampu mengadopsi teknologi digital secara optimal, serta memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha.Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM di Desa Tumori, Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Barat melalui sosialisasi bertema “Go Digital”.Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan melibatkan, yang terdiri dari pelaku umkm, masyarakat umum, serta unsur akademik seperti peserta PKM dan dosen pembimbing, yang turut memberikan kontribusi dalam diskusi maupun pemaparan materi.materi yang disampaikan mencakup pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk promosi dan pemasaran, literasi keuangan dasar, pengelolaan modal, dan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk menunjang usaha serta kesadaran pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang terstruktur.Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk ekosistem UMKM digital yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di desa tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior factors—including cultural, social, personal, and psychological aspects—on purchasing decisions at Quinsha Bakery Gunungsitoli. The problem addressed in this research stems from increasing business competition in the bakery industry, which demands a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. This quantitative research involved data collection through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that all four consumer behavior factors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions when tested simultaneously. However, partially, only social and personal factors have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Cultural and psychological factors do not show a significant individual influence. These findings suggest that marketing strategies should focus more on social and personal approaches, such as lifestyle, social status, and occupation. The study concludes that identifying dominant consumer behavior factors is essential for developing effective marketing strategies and maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on increasing sales at Toko Maju Teti, Gunungsitoli City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a total of 62 respondents who shop at Toko Maju Teti, Gunungsitoli City, which was selected using the propability sampling technique using the slovin formula. Data was collected by observation method and distribution of questionnaires directly at Toko Maju Teti, Gunungsitoli City. The results of this study show that based on the results of the partial test (t-test) the t-table value is 10.406 and the t-table is 1.999 which means that t is greater than t table, and the significance value is 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so that it is concluded that the quality of service has an influence on the increase in sales at Toko Maju Teti, Gunungsitoli City. Based on the determinant coefficient test, the results were obtained that the quality of service had an influence on the increase in sales at Toko Maju Teti Kota Gunungsitoli by 64% and 36% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The background of this study is that there are still drivers who do not use attributes such as jackets, helmets and stickers when driving or driving on the road. Where this does not maximize the existence of the Maxim brand to be known or known to the public and affects consumer comfort and consumer trust. This study aims to determine how much influence attributes and brand awareness have on the decision to use Maxim online transportation services in Gunungsitoli City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents selected using random probability sampling. The data analysis method employed in this study included multiple linear regression techniques to evaluate the significant impact of the independent variables on the dependent variable and to identify relationships between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that attributes, brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions. With high attributes (service quality, product features, branding, labeling, applying style and design) and brand awareness (recall, recognition, purchase and consumption owned will be easier to increase the decision to use Maxim online transportation services in Gunungsitoli City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain management on consumer loyalty at CV Jaya Plafon, Gunungsitoli City. The background of the study indicates a decline in consumer loyalty, indicated by a consistent downward trend in the number of customers purchasing cement and iron products from March to June 2025. This decline is strongly suspected to be related to suboptimal supply chain management, such as stockouts, late deliveries, and unclear product information.The research method used was quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 88 respondents, who were CV Jaya Plafon consumers who met the purposive sampling criteria. The independent variable in this study was Supply Chain Management (X), with indicators of inventory availability, product variety, low cost, and product quality. The dependent variable was Consumer Loyalty (Y), with indicators of repeat purchases, customer retention, and recommendations. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 27 software, preceded by validity, reliability, normality, and heteroscedasticity tests.  The results indicate that supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at CV Jaya Plafon in Gunungsitoli City. This is evidenced by the calculated t-value of 7.771, which is greater than the t-table of 1.98793, and the significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.412 (41.2%) indicates that 41.2% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by supply chain management, while the remaining 58.8% is influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings underscore the importance of effective supply chain management in building and maintaining customer loyalty in the building materials retail sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by UD. Delaria in marketing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) products, evaluating internal and external factors that affect the effectiveness of the strategy, and formulating strategic recommendations to increase sales. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Delaria combines direct selling strategies with digital marketing (internet marketing) to reach a wide range of consumers and retain existing customers. The most influential internal factor is the superior quality of VCO products, while external factors include consumer behavior that is increasingly concerned about health but price sensitive, as well as fierce market competition. The proposed strategies include strengthening targeted digital marketing, consumer education on the benefits of VCO, creative promotion, packaging innovation, and product variant development. This approach is expected to be able to expand market reach, increase brand awareness, build consumer loyalty, and maintain sales stability in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Pengetahuan keuangan dapat dilihat sebagai seberapa baik seseorang mengetahui berbagai topik keuangan, seperti alat keuangan. Jika seseorang mengetahui banyak tentang keuangan, itu membantu mereka membuat keputusan keuangan yang baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan konsumen Lin’s Houseware Gunungsitoli.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden yaitu konsumen pada Lin’s Houseware.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaada pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan konsumen Lin’s Houseware Gunungsitoliyaitu dimana uji variabel X dinyatakan valid oleh karena hasil r hitung 0,451 lebih besar dari r tabel yakni 0,329, dan uji variabel Y dinyatakan valid karena hasil r hitung0,612 > 0,329. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang keuangan mempunyai dampak yang kuat dan positif terhadap cara orang menangani uang mereka, baik secara kelompok maupun sendiri. Temuan ini memberikan alasan yang baik untuk membuat pilihan cerdas dalam menggunakan pengetahuan keuangan untuk membantu pelanggan di Lin's Houseware Gunungsitoli membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih baik. Studi ini membantu kita lebih memahami bagaimana hal-hal ini terhubung dan bagaimana menggunakan pengetahuan keuangan dengan cara yang lebih bermanfaat.
