Abstract

Industri manufaktur alat berat mengalami disrupsi signifikan akibat akselerasi digitalisasi dan intensifikasi kompetisi global. Kondisi ini mengharuskan konvergensi antara kepemimpinan strategis dengan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk mencapai optimalisasi Performance operasional dalam menghadapi volatilitas pasar dan kompleksitas supply chain. Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis secara empiris korelasi kepemimpinan Transformatif dan implementasi Dashboard Business Intelligence terhadap performansi penjualan dengan Lean Operation sebagai variabel intervening pada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur alat berat di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan teknik analisis jalur. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui proses validasi dan uji reliabilitas untuk memastikan akurasi pengukuran variabel laten yang diteliti. Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan Transformatif dan Lean Operation menunjukkan signifikansi statistik terhadap performansi penjualan. Sebaliknya, Dashboard Business Intelligence hanya menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi Lean Operation tanpa efek langsung pada performansi penjualan. Efek mediasi Dasbor BI terhadap performansi penjualan terkonfirmasi melalui implementasi Lean Operation. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi kepemimpinan Transformatif dalam optimalisasi performansi penjualan melalui pengembangan role model kepemimpinan. Namun demikian, Dashboard Business Intelligence mengalami limitasi efektivitas akibat periode transisi digitalisasi platform yang belum mencapai maturitas optimal dalam organisasi.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan Transformatif, Lean Operation, Dasbor BI, kinerja penjualan.

Abstract

This study focuses on Steam Power Plant companies (PLTU) in Serang Regency (Suralaya Power Plant, Jawa 7 Power Plant, and Merak Energi Indonesia Power Plant). It investigates the impact of sustainable strategies, specifically energy management and carbon emission disclosure, on company performance. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 270 respondents, which were subsequently analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The direct analysis shows that green manufacturing not significantly affect company performance, conversely, energy management significantly improves company performance, green manufacturing significantly influences carbon emission disclosure. Energy management also contributes to higher carbon emission disclosure, and carbon emission disclosure positively affects company performance, emphasizing the benefits of transparency for stakeholder trust and operational efficiency. Indirect effects reveal that green manufacturing and energy management positively impact company performance through carbon emission disclosure. This research offers insights for PLTU companies in Serang Regency. Sustainable strategies focusing on energy management and carbon emission disclosure enhance company performance and transparency. Further investigation is needed to understand complex relationships, considering external factors and specific management practices. These findings provide significant insights but are part of the broader puzzle in achieving sustainable business practices and superior performance.

Abstract

Pegawai ASN di Kota Serang saat ini menghadapi tuntutan profesionalisme yang tinggi dalam mendukung berbagai program strategis daerah. Intensitas pekerjaan pada lima Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) teknis Dinkopukmperindag, DLH, DPUPR, Dishub, dan Satpol PP telah meningkatkan beban kerja lapangan dan administratif secara signifikan. Tekanan pekerjaan yang terus-menerus ini menyebabkan kelelahan fisik maupun mental yang berisiko mengganggu keseimbangan kehidupan kerja para pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari variabel beban kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini secara khusus menguji peran stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan tuntutan pekerjaan dan dukungan sosial dengan kualitas keseimbangan hidup personal pegawai ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian mencakup 218 pegawai ASN pada lima OPD teknis Kota Serang, dengan sampel sebanyak 141 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Beban kerja dan stres kerja ditemukan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, sementara dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan. Pengujian mediasi mengonfirmasi bahwa stres kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional dan penguatan sistem dukungan sosial sangat krusial untuk memitigasi stres kerja guna menjaga stabilitas keseimbangan hidup pegawai. Implikasi praktis bagi instansi terkait mencakup perlunya redistribusi tugas lapangan dan reformasi tata kelola internal yang lebih partisipatif. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mereduksi tekanan stres akibat birokrasi yang kaku serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance, which is often influenced by internal and external organizational factors, such as suboptimal organizational support, suboptimal levels of work engagement, and varying levels of job satisfaction. Employee performance is a crucial factor in supporting the successful achievement of an agency's goals, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that can drive its improvement. The purpose of this study is to strengthen previous empirical findings and provide academic contributions regarding the relationships between variables in the context of public sector organizations. In addition to this primary objective, this study aims to determine the significance of perceived organizational support, job engagement, and job satisfaction on performance. This study employed quantitative methods as its research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees working in the Department of Personnel and Human Resource Development. The data were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hypothesis testing was conducted through construct validity and reliability evaluation, as well as path coefficient analysis to determine the relationships between variables. The research findings indicate that increased job satisfaction is positively and significantly correlated with employee performance. Furthermore, perceived organizational support has been shown to positively impact job satisfaction levels, which in turn plays a role in indirectly driving performance improvement. Meanwhile, job engagement has a significant influence on employee performance, but does not show a significant relationship with job satisfaction, so this variable does not function as a mediator in the relationship between job engagement and performance. Overall, these results confirm the importance of job satisfaction and organizational support as key determinants in improving employee performance. The conclusion of this study confirms that employee performance can be improved through job satisfaction derived from adequate organizational support. While work engagement does impact performance, it is not strong enough to increase job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations need to strengthen tangible support for employees and improve job satisfaction management strategies to drive sustainable productivity and performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the declining performance of the footwear industry,which requires companies to improve the effectiveness of human resourcemanagement and operational systems. The purpose of this study is to analyze theeffect of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, work culture, andleadership on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variableat PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. The study used a quantitative approach with a surveymethod by distributing questionnaires to 220 employees determined using theRoscoe method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–PartialLeast Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that ERP implementation, workculture, and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance. However, work motivation was not proven to moderate the effect ofERP implementation, work culture, and leadership on employee performance. Thisfinding indicates that employee performance improvements are more influenced bydirect system optimization and managerial practices than by the role of motivationas a moderating variable. The results of this study are expected to be aconsideration for company management in formulating policies to improveemployee performance. In addition, this study can be a reference for furtherresearch related to human resource management.Keywords: ERP, work culture, leadership, employee performance
