Abstract

Evictions as a social phenomenon have several negative impacts on the community, such as not only losing their homes but also affecting jobs, daily livelihoods, children's schools, women and social impacts such as losing long- established kinships. Evictions on a large scale accompanied by inappropriate relocation programs will cause economic and socio-cultural impoverishment for the community, which also leaves a traumatic impact. In the legal aspect, evictions can also result in violations of the basic rights of their own citizens. The purpose of this study is to develop a psychological measurement tool in assessing assertive behavior in eviction victims in DKI Jakarta. The measuring instrument was developed based on Jakubowski and Lange's (1978) assertiveness construct. After testing its validity and reliability, this assertiveness measuring instrument has a high reliability and validity coefficient because it is close to 1. In testing the validity, only a few statement items are invalid, and there are some items that are discarded because they do not have a standard t-value of 1.96, as well as a loading factor that also does not exceed the expected value. This is possible because the dimensions in assertiveness are indeed dimensions that really measure individual assertiveness.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many teachers who teach lack motivation, discipline and maximum performance in carrying out their duties. So it has a negative impact on the quality of graduation and the quality of education. This is a big challenge for school principals in their leadership. Therefore this study aims to describe and examine the "Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation Applied by Principals in Improving the Quality of Educational Institutions". The methods used in this research study were interviews and library research. The literature review is a study that refers to journals, books, and journals related to research studies designated as the main source. Results and Discussion of this study explain the meaning of work discipline, work motivation, and the influence of work discipline and work motivation applied by the Principal. Applying Work Discipline and Work Motivation is expected to improve the quality of effective educational institutions.

Abstract

With the increasing popularity of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, the volume of visitor reviews on Google Maps continues to grow. These reviews contain valuable insights into tourists’ experiences; however, conducting an in-depth manual analysis is inefficient. This study aims to perform aspect-based sentiment analysis on visitor reviews of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall using the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. This approach enables the classification of sentiments positive, negative, and neutral based on specific aspects such as facilities, accessibility, and natural scenery. Review data were collected from online platforms and processed through stages of text preprocessing and feature extraction before being trained using the NBC model. The results show that the model effectively classifies review sentiments with a high level of accuracy and provides detailed insights into which aspects most influence visitor satisfaction. These findings not only demonstrate the effectiveness of the Naive Bayes Classifier in aspect-based sentiment analysis tasks but also offer data-driven strategic recommendations for tourism managers to enhance service quality and improve visitor experience in the future.

Abstract

Implementation of ISO Quality Management System (QMS) at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim (Maliki) Malang shows the spirit of the modernization of the campus management system. Application of ISO QMS is intended to facilitate the leaders of the campus to meet the standard of BAN-PT while building TQM. This research is focused on the comparative analysis of the implementation of ISO QMS, the role of Standard of BANPT, and the application of TQM in UIN Maliki Malang. The approach used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and document study. This research finds that, among others, UIN’s leaders and internal stakeholders have sought to implement the clauses of ISO QMS correctly and consistently; and increase the involvement of academicians in sustainable campus quality improvement efforts. Implementation of QMS ISO becomes a medium to fulfill the Standard of BANPT as well as the foundation for the implementation of TQM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Dalam konteks pendidikan yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang efektif dan berkualitas. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif serta data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran positif yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas suatu sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dan memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif sehingga dapat berdampak baik terhadap kemajuan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh pemimpin perempuan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Isti’aanah dalam mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi lembaga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin perempuan menerapkan elemen-elemen kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian individu, untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif berbasis nilai-nilai religius. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi inovasi kurikulum, pengembangan metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan penguatan karakter moral santri. Kepemimpinan transformasional ini tidak hanya berhasil dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi pesantren tetapi juga menjadi model kepemimpinan yang relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks pesantren.

Abstract

Berdasarkan perkembangan zaman pada saat ini, perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen amat sangat pesat oleh karena itu Kementerian Agama mengembangkan aplikasi yang dinamakan SIMPATIKA untuk memanage data- data yang berkaitan dengan SDM, data tersebut dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan SDM di masing-masing lembaga pendidikan, tujuannya adalah agar SDM disetiap lembaga pendidikan sesuai dengan kualifikasi secara nasional. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang dihasilkan dari dua lembaga pendidikan yang berbeda di MIN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan dan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaay didapatkahn hasil 1) Pengadaan, Tenaga pendidikan di MIN 1 lebih sesuai dengan simpatika dibandikan di MIS Wali Songo, terlihat dari jumlah guru yang S1, penempatan tenaga pendidik di MIN lebih tepat dimana mengajar sesuai dengan ijazah, sedangkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany guru yang mengajar disana memegang guru kelas. 2) Pengembangan, pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh MIN 1 adalah lebih pada pengembangan akademin, sedangkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany tidak hanya kompetensi akan tetapi kualifikasi juga. 3) Kompensasi, kepala madrasah dikedua lembaga tersebut mengusahakan agar guru-guru bisa mendapat tunjangan yang disedakan oleh pemerintah. 6)Integrasi, pada aplikasi ini merupakan pengintegrasian evaluasi juga dilakukan baik dari guru, kepala, sekolah sampai dengan pengawas. 5) Pemeliharaan, pemeliharaan harus terus dilakukan karena ada beberapa guru- guru yang sudah Sertifikasi, PNS, dll kualitas mereka harus tetap dijaga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa MIN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan lebih menjadikan SIMPATIKA sebagai pedoman dalam pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan pengembangan SDM dibandingkan di MIS Wali Songo Asy-Syirbaany.

Abstract

This research aims to examine efforts to internalize Aswaja Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) values ??in religious activities at SMKN Jatiluhur, Purwakarta. A qualitative approach using the case study method was used to explore the concept and process of internalizing Aswaja NU values, especially tawassuth (moderate), tawazun (balanced), i'tidal (fair), and tasamuh (tolerant). Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Research findings reveal that Jatiluhur Vocational School seeks to internalize the values ??of Aswaja NU through religious activities such as lectures, congregational prayers, reading the Koran, and commemorating Islamic holidays. The internalization process is carried out in stages, including Aswaja Knowing (providing understanding), Aswaja Feeling (growing a sense of the importance of Aswaja NU values), and Aswaja Action (implementing values ??in real action). This research also confirms the importance of role models from the entire academic community in the internalization process. Even though it does not have a specific written design, Jatiluhur Vocational School integrates NU Aswaja values ??into existing religious activities in an effort to prevent radicalism and build a moderate and tolerant character. The findings of this research contribute to strengthening moderate and tolerant religious education in the school environment to prevent the spread of radical ideas and promote diversity.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the active learning model in Islamic Religious Education at Tegalwaru State Vocational School, Purwakarta. The aim is to increase students' interest in learning, participation and achievement of learning outcomes through active involvement in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document review. The research results show that the implementation of the active learning model is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation and assessment. In the planning stage, the teacher prepares a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), which includes objectives, materials, activity steps and appraisal. At the implementation stage, teachers apply active learning techniques such as group discussions, debates, games and presentations to increase student participation and interest in learning. Meanwhile, the assessment stage is carried out by considering cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and using Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) as the graduation standard. The active learning model has proven to be effective in creating an interactive, fun learning environment and encouraging students to be more proactive, creative and not quickly bored in the learning process. The school also pays special attention to extracurricular activities such as recitation and billing assignments to deepen students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education. This research contributes to efforts to improve the quality of Islamic religious education in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aimed to develop the listening skills teaching materials using the Plotagon Studio for class VII students of MTs Hikmatul Amanah Mojokerto and to determine the effectiveness of it. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D) by adopting the ADDIE development model comprised of five stages including (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques were observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis was carried out by the statistical program SPSS 23 with paired sample T-Test and N-Gain Score. The results showed that the listening skills teaching materials using the Plotagon Studio was considered feasible and needed by the students in learning Arabic. The precentage score of validity from the material expert was 81.25%, from the design expert was 79.5% and 90% from the linguist. The use of listening skills teaching materials using the Plotagon Studio has been proven to be effective. It was evidenced by the results of the Paired Sample T-Test obtained (Sig (2-tailed)) value<0.005 It indicated that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. While the results of the N-Gain test showed that the score was 64.2 at the moderately effective category.
