Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan proses pembelajaran maharah kitabah yaitu menulis karangan sederhana dengan persfektif teori konstruktivisme di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Program Keagamaan (MANPK) Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengungkapkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran maharah kitabah dalam persfektif konstruktivisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan obsevasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori analisis data miles dan huberman, yang meliputi: pengumpulan data, penyederhanaan data, pemaparan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran maharah kitabah dalam persfektif kontruktivisme terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Pramenulis, yaitu guru menentukan tujuan pembelajaran berupa siswa mampu membuat karangan sederhana dengan judul yang telah ditentukan dan sesuai dengan tatabahasa yang benar. Kemudian guru membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok, dan memberi mereka contoh teks dengan judul tertentu. Kemudian meminta mereka untuk membaca dan mendiskusikan uslub bahasa arab yang ada dalam teks tersebut bersama rekan kelompoknya. (2) Kegiatan Menulis, yaitu guru meminta mereka untuk menulis karangan sederhana dengan judul yang berkaitan dengan teks yang telah mereka baca dan mempraktekkan uslub-uslub yang telah mereka temukan dalam teks. (3) Pascamenulis, guru mengoreksi tulisan para siswa.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how to build character in pesantren-based schools through intracurricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities. There is a plus value attached to this pesantren-based school because it maintains the distinctive culture of pesantren as an educational institution whose main orientation is to instill religious values ​​as forming the morality of the nation's children. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study approach that is included in a descriptive research study. The location of this research is Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through participatory observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) character building in Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung carried out thorough planning starting with the formulation of the vision, mission, and goals; (2) character building is integrated through intra-curricular, extra-curricular, co-curricular activities, such as flagship programs such as the English Club, Qiro 'Wal Hufadz and the Yellow Book Study; (3) Monitoring and evaluation of character building is carried out through (1) development of agreed character value indicators; (2) compiling assessment instruments; (3) summarize the results of indicator achievements; (4) perform analysis and evaluation; (5) follow up.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the role of female leadership in the development of Islamic education management. The research methodology is qualitative with a library study approach. Data collection was carried out by searching for and gathering articles from field research or literature that have been published in journals using Google Scholar. Data processing involved condensing the article results according to the topic, which was then presented in the form of narrative and tables, followed by drawing conclusions to obtain the latest insights from the articles. The results of the research show that female leadership in Islamic education has a significant impact on improving the quality of madrasahs. Female school principals apply discipline, professionalism, and good communication to improve teacher performance and the quality of education, despite challenges such as limited budgets. Leadership based on collaboration and empathy has proven effective in enhancing student achievement and human resource quality. Democratic, charismatic, and servant leadership styles contribute to the development of the organization and school culture. Despite facing gender stereotypes, female leadership is recognized as competent and nurturing, helping to change negative perceptions and strengthen the empowerment of women in the Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This article talks about successful principal leadership models in Indonesia and Finland. This research utilizes a qualitative approach through a literature study. This method allowed the researcher to explore and analyze various relevant sources of information related to the principal leadership model in both countries. This research is motivated by the differences in educational outcomes in the two countries, where the Finnish system is praised for its equity and inclusiveness, while Indonesia faces challenges in this regard. Understanding these differences is crucial to improving education practices and policies in Indonesia, which in turn can improve the overall quality of education and student success. This research is important because it provides insights into successful principal leadership models in Finland and Indonesia, which are known to have the best education systems in the world, and compares them with the situation in Indonesia which still faces many challenges. By understanding the best practices from Finland, this research can help Indonesia in formulating more effective education policies, improving teacher quality and creating a better learning environment. Abstract

Learning Arabic writing skills still faces many problems. Because this skill is the most difficult Arabic language skill compared to the other three Arabic language skills, in learning activities, an effective and efficient learning approach is needed to make students proficient in Arabic writing skills. This approach is the PBL Approach. An approach that emphasizes a problem as a learning trigger and students are asked to find solutions. So this research aims to reveal the application of PBL in learning Arabic writing skills at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember. The Arabic writing skill in question is writing opinions in Arabic and applying problem-based learning in learning Arabic opinion writing skills in the fifth-semester Arabic language education program. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with a case study type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes data presentation, reduction, and verification. The data validity technique used in this research is source triangulation, by comparing data obtained from field research and primary sources (library). The results of the research show that the application of PBL in learning Arabic opinion writing skills runs effectively and efficiently in both the learning and evaluation processes. Apart from that, the application of PBL can improve students' critical thinking skills in the form of the ability to analyze, evaluate, and create. This article can be used as a reference for educators in implementing PBL in learning Arabic writing skills at the tertiary level. Copyright: © 20xx by the author(s). Abstract

A quality education is one that has the advantage or ability of the education system in managing and processing educational inputs effectively and efficiently so as to produce quality and useful educational outputs to meet customer needs. To improve the quality of education, a principal's leadership strategy must consider the context in which leadership takes place. There are keys to success in implementing possible leadership strategies. These include a complete vision, responsibility, role modeling, providing the best service, developing others, fostering a sense of unity, focusing on learners, practice-first management, adjusting leadership style, and utilizing the power of expertise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of transformational leadership, understand women's leadership, and identify the influence of women's leadership on the concept of transformational leadership. The research method used by the author uses qualitative research using a descriptive method where writing must be able to describe data and facts that occur in the field to obtain accurate research results. This study concludes that women have the same rights as men as leaders. Women are no longer seen as meek creatures. Instead, they play an important role in family life, companies, and society. Along with reforms and gender concepts, women are positioned fairly in all areas of life, including in leadership roles. Gender issues show that there is no gender discrimination in organizations. However, when gender is associated with leadership style, there is a certain leadership style that women have. Not because of gender differences, but more because of characteristics related to work. In terms of these job characteristics, it was found that women's leadership is divided into two types: feminism and transformational.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze Inquiry Learning Strategies for Improving the Quality of Education in the Independent Curriculum. This approach uses descriptive qualitative with the aim that the data can be described, proven and developed, so that the data found is able to understand, solve and anticipate problems in the symptoms or phenomena that occur. Data collection is carried out from interview activities, field notes, recordings, etc. that have been carried out and describes each data well in language, not statistical figures. Inquiry learning can be considered an effective strategy for improving the quality of education with various methods, advantages and disadvantages. The research results reveal that inquiry learning is one of the strategies used by teachers in the teaching and learning process. In this approach, students are encouraged to actively ask questions and explore their own knowledge, and is in line with the independent learning curriculum which aims to enable students to prioritize high-level thinking during the learning process. The application of strategies or methods in learning must be flexible, which means teachers have the freedom to choose the most appropriate approach to improve students' abilities and their learning outcomes. Systematically, teachers can also combine or collaborate various learning strategies or methods to increase the effectiveness of the learning process. Several methods that can be applied to restore students' interest in learning include discussions, homework, questions and answers, and experiments. Keywords: Strategy, Inquiry Learning, Quality of Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan dalam Kurikulum merdeka. Pendekatan ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan ujuan data tersebut bisa dideskripsikan, dibuktikan, dan dikembangkan, sehingga data temuan ini mampu memahami, memecahkan, dan mengantisipasi masalah dalam gejala atau fenomena yang terjadi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari aktivitas wawancara, catatan lapangan, rekaman, dan lain sebagainya yang telah dilakukan dan mendeskripsikan tiap data tersebut dengan baik dalam bentuk bahasa, bukan angka-angka statistik. Pembelajaran inkuiri dapat dianggap sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan dengan berbagai metode, kelebihan serta kekurangannya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Pembelajaran inkuiri adalah salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam pendekatan ini, siswa didorong untuk aktif mengajukan pertanyaan dan menggali pengetahuan mereka sendiri, dan selaras dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar yang bertujuan agar siswa dapat mengedepankan cara berpikir tingkat tinggi saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penerapan strategi atau mketode dalam pembelajaran harus bersifat fleksibel, yang berarti guru memiliki kebebasan untuk memilih pendekatan yang paling sesuai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan hasil belajar mereka. Secara sistematis, guru juga dapat menggabungkan atau mengkolaborasikan berbagai strategi atau metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar. Beberapa metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembalikan minat belajar siswa antara lain adalah diskusi, tugas rumah, tanya jawab, dan eksperimen. Kata Kunci : Strategi, Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational institutions can be effective schools. One of them is a school with leaders and work teams who consider and respond intelligently to factors within the school. In this era of change and modern times, many creative and innovative ideas are emerging for modern schools with various names such as high schools, comprehensive schools, model schools, and so on. Several developed countries call this movement effective schooling. The author believes it is important to discuss effective school management. This is because not many schools are able to manage their schools effectively, so there are still many educational institutions that fail to achieve their stated goals. An effective school is a school that achieves the goals it sets. In this research, we focus on effective school management from the perspective of principals' efforts to create effective schools, using qualitative research methods. I hope that writing this article can help schools think about effective school management in order to improve the quality of school learning that satisfies all parties involved. Based on the results of interviews with the principal and teachers of Burapha Wittaya Islamic School who have succeeded in implementing effective school management so that this school is able to produce good quality graduates even though this school is in a special area and there are several obstacles in effective school management, but this school is able to overcome these obstacles. that happened.Keywords: Management, Management, Effective Schools, Islam. Abstrak: Institusi pendidikan bisa menjadi sekolah yang efektif. Salah satunya adalah sekolah dengan pemimpin dan tim kerja yang  mempertimbangkan dan merespons secara cerdas faktor-faktor di dalam sekolah. Di era perubahan dan zaman modern ini, banyak bermunculan ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif untuk sekolah modern dengan berbagai nama seperti sekolah menengah atas, sekolah komprehensif, sekolah teladan, dan lain sebagainya. Beberapa negara maju menyebut gerakan ini sebagai sekolah efektif. Penulis berpendapat penting untuk membahas  manajemen sekolah yang efektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak banyak sekolah yang mampu mengelola sekolahnya secara efektif, sehingga masih banyak  lembaga pendidikan yang gagal mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sekolah yang efektif adalah sekolah yang  mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkannya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami fokus pada manajemen sekolah yang efektif dari sudut pandang upaya kepala sekolah untuk menciptakan sekolah yang efektif, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Saya berharap dengan menulis artikel ini  dapat membantu sekolah memikirkan manajemen sekolah yang efektif guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran  sekolah yang memuaskan semua pihak yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepala sekplah dan guru Sekolah Islam Burapha Wittaya yang telah berhasil dalam menerapkan manajemen sekolah yang efektif sehingga sekolah ini mampu menghasilkan mutu lulusan yang baik walaupun sekolah ini berada di daerah khusus dan terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengeloaan sekolah efektif namun sekolah ini mampu mengatasi kendala yang terjadi.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pengeloaan, Sekolah Efektif, Islam

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of collaborative methods in learning Islamic religious education to increase student participation. The research method used in this study is field qualitative method. Collaborative method is an approach that emphasises cooperation between individuals or groups to achieve a common goal. Collaborative method in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) refers to a learning approach that prioritises cooperation between students in groups to achieve common goals in learning. In this method, students are invited to discuss with each other, share knowledge, and work together in solving tasks or problems related to Islamic learning materials. A concrete example in the application of collaborative methods by doing practical tasks to students. Factors affecting success in the application of collaborative methods in Islamic learning depend heavily on student participation. And a conducive classroom atmosphere is a factor in the success of collaborative learning methods.
