Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan e-learning berbasis web sebagai media pembelajaran Geografi di SMPN 10 Takengon, khususnya pada topik rotasi bumi. Penerapan e-learning diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk mempermudah akses materi ajar serta meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-learning berbasis web dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi rotasi bumi. Selain itu, e-learning juga memberikan fleksibilitas dalam mengakses materi dan melakukan pembelajaran mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan e-learning berbasis web terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran Geografi di SMPN 10 Takengon.

Abstract

Mendale Village is one of the tourist villages in Central Aceh. So it is always crowded with tourists visiting Laut Tawar Lake. The purpose of this Community Service is to empower the people of Mendale Village through the creative economy with chayote jelly candy products. It is hoped that the processed chayote can become one of the culinary specialties of Mendale Village and can also provide additional income for the community. Marketing can be done around tourist attractions around Mendale Village. The methods used for Partners are lectures, demonstrations and training. There are 20 Partners consisting of PKK Cadres and other mothers from the general public. Partners are given a Pre-Test and Post-Test to determine the increase in knowledge that occurs during the implementation of the program. At the end of the implementation, Partners are also given an Implementation Evaluation Form. The results of the analysis show that Partners' knowledge has increased, especially in the fourth statement ('Chayote can be processed into various products with various flavors (sweet, salty, spicy and savory') there has been an increase of 85%. This shows that Partners have optimal knowledge about processing chayote into jelly candy. As many as 100% of Partners stated 'Strongly Agree' that the training material is easy to understand. Statement This training is useful and I will attend a similar event if it is held again received an assessment from Partners 'Strongly Agree' each of 90%.

Abstract

Mendale Village is one of the villages in Takengon, Central Aceh, located on the shores of Lake Laut Tawar. So far, Mendale Village has not had a product that can be used as a typical souvenir from Mendale Village and can increase community income. In fact, Mendale Village has a lot of natural resources. The existence of resources in the form of yeloow pumpkin can be processed into dodol. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service program is to increase the knowledge and skills o the Mendale Village community to process tallow pumpkin into yellow pumpkin dodol which can be used as a typical culinary souvenir. The commnutiy service method used is through counceling and demonstration. The partners who attended came from mothers from the general public and the Family Welfare Empowerment Movement Team, totaling 20 people. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test that communit knowledge and skills had increased. Especially regarding the use of yellow pumpkin in food and beverage products, including dodol products and the existence of these products, including dodol products and the exixtence of theses products will provide added value to yellow pumpkin. The results of the implementation evaluation showed that almost all partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ to several statements. The statements are, regarding the event schedule, the training material is appropriate, the theme is interesting, the program is very usefull and partners will follow the same program if it is held again in the future, each statement gets a percentage of 100% or all partners, 20 people stated ‘Strongly Agree’.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The partnership between schools and the business/industrial sector (DU/DI) is a vital strategy in enhancing the quality of vocational education and the job readiness of graduates. Through this collaboration, schools can adapt their curriculum, learning methods, and training facilities to align with the evolving needs of the workforce. This study aims to examine the role of school collaboration with DU/DI and the implementation of internship programs in shaping student competencies that align with the needs of the workforce. This research employs a literature review method, a qualitative approach conducted by analyzing various sources to gain an in-depth understanding of the partnership between schools and the business and industrial sectors (DUDI). The findings indicate that hands-on experience through internships significantly contributes to the improvement of students’ technical skills, professional work attitudes, and career insights. Furthermore, the quality of internship implementation, evaluation systems, teacher support, and students’ internal motivation are key success factors for the program. Therefore, a strong synergy between schools and DU/DI must continuously be strengthened to ensure that graduates are well-prepared, competent, and competitive in entering the workforce. ABSTRAK Kemitraan antara sekolah dan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DU/DI) menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi dan kesiapan kerja lulusan. Melalui kolaborasi ini, sekolah dapat menyesuaikan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, serta fasilitas pelatihan agar selaras dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kerja sama sekolah dengan DU/DI serta pelaksanaan program magang dalam membentuk kompetensi siswa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber pustaka untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai kemitraan antara sekolah dan dunia usaha serta industri (DUDI). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman langsung melalui magang memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknis, sikap kerja profesional, serta wawasan karier siswa. Selain itu, kualitas pelaksanaan magang, sistem evaluasi, dukungan guru, dan motivasi internal siswa menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan program tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sinergi yang kuat antara sekolah dan DU/DI perlu terus ditingkatkan agar lulusan memiliki kesiapan yang optimal untuk memasuki dunia kerja secara kompeten dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Correspondence has defined as a written communication medium between private agencies and government agencies. It become the main reference for all activities within an agency. Payakumbuh High School of Technology (STTP) is one of the private universities in Payakumbuh City which still uses a manual system in managing data related to correspondence as it is prone to error. Therefore, a web-based e-Office system was built using the SLDC Waterfall method. The performance of the e-Office system is tested using GTMetrix. To determine the level of effective usage of the e-Offuce system at STTP, a research was conducted using quantitative methods which were analyzed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). From the results of testing the performance of the e-Office system, it is obtained a grade “A”, which states a “Very Good” performance. While the results of the research on the effectiveness of the e-Office system in STTP use obtained a value of 3.235, which can be interpreted that the system could be used “effectively” by users.

Abstract

Timang Gajah Village is a village in Bener Meriah Regency. The dominant garden produce is almost all the vegetables and fruits that commonly grow and are suitable for plating in Bener Meriah and central Aceh. One of them is chayote. Until now, chayote has only been used as a vegetable. Furthermore, the price of chayote is quite cheap. However, many products can be produced from chayote, one of which is jam. Jam can be used as a spread on bread and cakes. The purpose of this Community Service is to find solutions for utilizing and increasing the economic value of chayote. This Community Service implementation was attended by 15 mothers from the general public. The methods used in this implementation were counseling and demonstrations. The results of the Pre-Test and Post Test showed an increase in knowledge among partners regarding the use and processing of chayote jam. Especially regarding chayote can be processed into products other than vegetables and chayote can produce chayote jam. The resulting jam can be used personally or used as a home industry. The implementation evaluation showed that almost all partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ to several statements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Corporate Social Responsibility in the empowerment initiative of regional dance at SDN Sawotratap, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study focuses on how stakeholder theory analysis is carried out in the Corporate Social Responsibility empowerment program of Regional Dance at SDN Sawotratap Sidoarjo, by combining cross-cultural communication theory and stakeholder theory, which emphasizes people, profit, and planet. The method used is qualitative research, specifically the case study approach, to collect data through observation and interviews. The analysis is based on stakeholder theory, the concept of the Triple Bottom Line, and cross-cultural communication theory. The findings of this study indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts of PT PLN Nusantara Power Services have involved various stakeholders, both internal and external, including teachers and students, as well as corporate communication and CSR initiatives within PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. The impact of this CSR empowerment program can positively contribute to the sustainability of the CSR community empowerment program, in this case, through the preservation of culture and community participation, in line with the objectives of the study related to stakeholder theory in the implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives of regional dance in community empowerment programs.

Abstract

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing.
