Abstract

Abstrak. Kesehatan mental remaja merupakan isu penting yang membutuhkan perhatian serius, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan dukungan awal bagi siswa yang mengalami tekanan psikologis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru BK SMA Kota Makassar melalui pelatihan Psychological First Aid (PFA) berbasis Gatekeeper Training dalam melakukan deteksi dini dan intervensi psikologis awal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif–kolaboratif melalui workshop interaktif yang melibatkan 25 guru BK. Proses pelatihan meliputi tahapan Look (Lihat), Listen (Dengar), dan Link (Hubungkan) yang difokuskan pada pengenalan emosi siswa, keterampilan mendengarkan empatik, serta membantu guru menyusun alur rujukan lintas pihak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan komunikasi empatik, dan kepercayaan diri peserta sebagai gatekeeper di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini terbukti efektif memperkuat kapasitas guru BK sebagai ujung tombak layanan preventif kesehatan mental remaja dan direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Psychological First Aid, Gatekeeper Training, Guru BK, Kesehatan Mental Remaja, Dukungan Psikologis Awal.

Abstract

The study aims to see the influence of hope and the meaning of life on the flourishing of students majoring in education. Flourishing is an individual's positive mental condition to balance negative and positive aspects and recognize their strengths. For students majoring in education, flourishing is needed so that they are ready to have motivation and commitment as educators. The study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The multiple linear regression test used to see the influence of hope and meaning of life on student flourishing shows a significant value of 0.000, which means that hope and meaning of life influence student flourishing.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan di era society 5.0 menuntut adanya layanan alternatif dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling bukan hanya bertujuan untuk merangsang perkembangan sosial-emosional peserta didik, namun juga turut membantu mereka dalam mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau implementasi art therapy sebagai alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis dengan mengumpulkan artikel berbahasa Indonesia maupun Inggris yang terbit dalam kurun 2020-2024 yang membahas mengenai pelaksanaan art therapy di sekolah. Hasil ulasan terhadap 9 artikel yang memiliki kata kunci seperti ‘art therapy’, ‘expressive art therapy’, guidance and counseling’, ‘art therapy di sekolah, menunjukkan bahwa art therapy dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penggunaan art therapy dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat dilakukan sebagai usaha preventif maupun kuratif yang dapat diimplementasikan dari jenjang pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, dan kelompok rentan.

Abstract

Ego identity plays a crucial role in shaping an individual’s self-concept, career decisions, and social relationships. Accurately measuring ego identity status is essential for understanding identity formation and promoting healthy psychological development. This study examines the validity and reliability of the adapted Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status (OMEIS) using the Rasch Model, a contemporary psychometric approach that enhances measurement precision. A sample of 431 university students participated in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire. Rasch analysis was employed to assess item fit, rating scale effectiveness, person reliability, and item difficulty levels. The results indicate that the adapted OMEIS demonstrates strong structural validity and high item reliability (0.99), although person reliability (0.63) requires improvement. The Wright Map analysis confirms the instrument’s ability to capture variations in ego identity, while item difficulty analysis highlights areas for potential refinement. Findings suggest that the Rasch Model provides a robust framework for validating psychological instruments, ensuring their applicability across diverse populations. This study contributes to the refinement of identity measurement tools and underscores the importance of advanced psychometric methodologies in psychological research
