Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy has become a major focus in improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. This policy analysis aims to explore the implementation of MBKM, the challenges faced, and its impact on students and higher education institutions. A qualitative approach collected data through a literature review and analysis of related policy documents. The analysis results indicate that MBKM provides significant benefits in expanding students' learning opportunities, enhancing graduates' competencies, and fostering creativity and independence. However, the implementation of MBKM also faces several challenges, such as expanding communication, improving facilities, and adapting policies at the institutional level. Nevertheless, MBKM is expected to bring positive changes to the higher education landscape in Indonesia by empowering students with a more active and autonomous role in their learning. Further research is needed to better understand the effectiveness and efficiency of MBKM implementation in Indonesia's higher education context.

Abstract

The research problem raised in this paper is to see how the analysis of education policy on education marketing. This research also aims to see how the impact of decentralisation policy on education in madrasah. This research is a qualitative research using a literature study approach. Education policy analysis is closely related to efficiency and effectiveness in the world of education. This means that policies in the aspects of process and implementation, which must look at human resources, funds, facilities and policy benefits. In this era of globalisation, competition has entered all aspects of life, including education. The world of education is required to be more creative and innovative in exploring the potential contained in these educational institutions. Educational institutions need marketing to continue to exist and compete with other institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Islamic personality through the implementation of anti-violence education at one of state senior high schools in Palopo City. Adopting a qualitative research approach with a case study design, the study utilized data collection methods such as observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using a modified analytical induction technique, as well as the interactive model of data analysis developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes processes of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The findings reveal that violent behavior at the school manifests in various forms, including harassment, bullying, physical assault, fighting, hazing, and extortion. Some of these behaviors serve as indicators of potential triggers for future violent incidents within the school environment. The implementation of anti-violence education strategies is carried out through structural, cultural, and theological approaches. These strategies aim to address the root causes of violence and promote a more peaceful and supportive school climate. Moreover, the study shows that the implications of these anti-violence strategies extend beyond the school to include teachers, students, their families, and the wider community, suggesting a broader impact on societal attitudes towards violence and conflict resolution. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengembangan kepribadian Islam melalui penerapan pendidikan anti-kekerasan di salah satu sekolah menengah atas negeri di Kota Palopo. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik induksi analitis yang dimodifikasi, serta model analisis data interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yang mencakup proses kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kekerasan di sekolah tersebut muncul dalam berbagai bentuk, termasuk pelecehan, perundungan, penyerangan fisik, perkelahian, perpeloncoan, dan pemerasan. Beberapa bentuk perilaku ini menjadi indikator potensi pemicu kekerasan yang dapat terjadi di masa depan di lingkungan sekolah. Penerapan strategi pendidikan anti-kekerasan dilakukan melalui pendekatan struktural, kultural, dan teologis. Strategi-strategi ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi akar penyebab kekerasan dan menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih damai dan mendukung. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa implikasi dari strategi anti-kekerasan ini meluas ke luar sekolah, mencakup para guru, siswa, keluarga mereka, dan masyarakat luas, yang mengindikasikan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap sikap sosial terhadap kekerasan dan penyelesaian konflik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan proses pemerolehan pengetahuan, penguasaan kemahiran, dan pembentukan sikap dan kepercayaan pada siswa, pendidik harus memahami teori-teori belajar yang akan membangun dasar bagi proses pembelajaran mereka. Belajar dan pembelajaran merupakan aktivitas utama dalam proses pendidikan. Pendidikan secara nasional di Indonesia didefinisikan sebagai usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran, agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya sehingga memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan baik untuk diri peserta didik itu sendiri maupun untuk masyarakat, bangsa, dan negaranya. Beberapa kelompok teori yang memberikan perspektif unik tentang belajar antara lain: teori behaviorisme, teori kognitivisme, teori belajar psikososial, teori gagne, teori fitrah, teori ilmu jiwa daya, teori gestalt, teori asosiasi, teori connectionism, dan teori conditioning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan modul ajar fisika berbasis PBL-NK yang valid dan didukung media digital Canva. Penelitian merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, namun dibatasi pada tiga tahap awal: analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan lembar validasi. Observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik, sedangkan lembar validasi menilai aspek isi, bahasa, penyajian, integrasi nilai karakter, dan penggunaan media Canva. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik Gregory, sementara data kualitatif dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar berbasis PBL-NK dengan dukungan media digital Canva dinyatakan valid berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, serta berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran yang selaras dengan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memaksa pemerintah di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia, untuk menerapkan kebijakan darurat di sektor pendidikan. Studi ini menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan selama masa pandemi, mengevaluasi efektivitasnya, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran dan kesenjangan pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi pustaka, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan digital, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun demikian, terdapat pula berbagai inovasi kebijakan yang diidentifikasi, seperti platform Merdeka Belajar, peningkatan pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi multi-pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini merekomendasikan reformasi pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan pada periode pasca-pandemi. Selain tantangan teknis dan infrastruktur, dimensi sosial dan psikologis dari kebijakan pendidikan selama pandemi juga memerlukan perhatian serius. Penyesuaian terhadap model pembelajaran jarak jauh menyebabkan banyak siswa mengalami stres, kebosanan, dan berkurangnya interaksi sosial, yang berdampak pada perkembangan karakter dan keterampilan sosial mereka. Para guru juga menghadapi tekanan tinggi karena harus cepat beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan metode baru, seringkali tanpa pelatihan yang memadai. Pengalaman selama pandemi memberikan pelajaran berharga bagi perumusan kebijakan pendidikan di masa depan. Pemerintah perlu merancang sistem pendidikan yang fleksibel dan tangguh, siap menghadapi disrupsi global. Ini mencakup pengembangan kurikulum hibrida, pembelajaran digital yang merata, dan perencanaan kontinjensi berbasis data. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah, serta kemitraan dengan sektor swasta dan komunitas lokal, terbukti penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan di masa krisis.

Abstract

This article explores the essence of students as pedagogical beings based on the Islamic concept of fitrah. The study aims to elaborate the role of innate potential and divine learning instruments—hearing, sight, and heart—as foundational elements in education. Using a conceptual and literature-based approach, the findings indicate that education should nurture rather than impose, optimizing natural human tendencies. The discussion confirms the novelty of fitrah-based pedagogy as an integrative model grounded in theology, humanism, and contemporary pedagogical thought.

Abstract

This study examines the comparison between conventional and innovative instructional planning models in the context of educational transformation. The objectives are (1) to describe the characteristics of various instructional planning models, (2) to analyze their differences and similarities, and (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of new approaches such as the Merdeka Curriculum, Project-Based Learning, and differentiated instruction in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes. The research method includes a literature review and comparative analysis of various instructional planning approaches. The findings indicate that (1) modern instructional planning must be student-centered, (2) competency- and character-based, and (3) make optimal use of technology. Innovative models prove to be more effective due to their flexibility, participatory nature, and ability to adapt to student diversity through active learning methods such as Project-Based Learning, Differentiated Instruction, and Backward Design. New approaches like the Merdeka Curriculum have demonstrated positive impacts on learning quality by fostering active, collaborative, and contextual learning environments, thereby promoting the development of 21st-century skills and character values in a sustainable manner. The study recommends the need for professional teacher training, strengthening educators' capacity in designing innovative lesson plans, and policy support to enable the implementation of adaptive and relevant learning practices. Thus, instructional planning can serve as a key strategy in creating high-quality and transformative learning experiences.
