Era digital tidak bisa dilepaskan dari seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali Pendidikan. Hanya saja era digital ini belum dimanfaat secara maksimal oleh orang-orang yang ada dikalangan Pendidikan. Kesibukan mereka terhadap tugas administrasi menyebabkan hanya 40 % yang memanfaatkan teknologi. Pendidikan era digitalisasi atau 4.0 menerapkan pola pembelajaran yang memunculkan dan mendorong kreativitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi dan komunikasi. Dan dari hal tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkarakter sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas bangsa Indonesia. Untuk dapat menggerakkan guru dalam melakukan pemberdayaan diri masih diperlukan peran serta kepala sekolah. Sebagai seorang pemimpin, kepala sekolah harus mampu menuntun orang-orang yang dipimpinnya menuju pada perubahan proses pembelajaran . Kepala sekolah menjadi motor yang menggerakkan para guru untuk mengubah cara kerjanya. Kepala sekolah harus menampilkan sosok pemimpin yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru melalui keteladanannya. Salah satu pendekatan gaya kepemimpinan yang yang dapat diterapkan kepala sekolah dalam upaya menuntun dan memberdayakan guru-guru menuju transformasi pendidikan 4.0 adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional.

This research is based on the assumption that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and coping on student behavior. This study uses a correlational quantitative type approach. The population in this study was 142 people, and samples were taken using Simple Random Sampling of 60 people. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy and coping had a joint effect on student behavior.

The purpose of this article is to provide information about the role of the five souls in each individual who lives side by side in the face of the pandemic and the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak and crisis situations to form a person who is responsive and actively follows all provisions for the safety of the souls of themselves and others. This article was created with a literacy study method from various media sources collected during the pandemic period which can be used as a guide in the guidance and counseling services used by Guidance and Counseling teachers in dealing with crisis situations during the pandemic and the Covid-19 outbreak. The target of this service research is to provide training for PAUD teachers to be able to train students to be responsive and responsive and to be able to get used to complying with health protocols and train themselves to maintain cleanliness carried out by the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra to PAUD teachers and students in development programs. kemuhammadiyahan in partnership with PAUD Al-Hasanah and PAUD Rizky.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah bentuk suatu pengabdian mahasiswa terhadap masyarakat dan merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pada program KKN ini yang menjadi sasaran adalah Desa Bagan Serdang Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan yang berperan adalah Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) yang membuat kegiatan bimbingan dan penyuluhan.Metode pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) antara lain adalah penyuluhan tentang keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat, mengembangkan potensi anak dalam berbahasa inggris, memberi pemahaman kepada anak agar dapat mengatasi masalahnya sendiri, bagaimana cara meningkatkan hasil belajar anak-anak melalui bimbingan belajar. Dan hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan kegiatan selama 30 hari adalah adanya partisipasi wali murid dalam mengikuti penyuluhan kelas orangtua sehingga wali murid memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup apa itu pelibatan orangtua dan masyarakat, besarya antusias anak – anak yang menyukai bahasa inggris sehingga mereka terkadang menyelipkan kata bahasa inggris disaat berbicara dengan temannya, berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran dan pemahaman murid sekolah dasar akan bermacam macam pemahaman yang ada dilingkungan sekitar dan kini anak-anak SD Bagan Serdang dapat membaca dan menulis di usia dini dan mampu berhitung seperti penjumlahan pengurangan, perkalian, dalam bentuk bidang yang kecil hingga besar.

Dan hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan kegiatan selama 30 hari adalah adanya partisipasi Masyarakat dalam mengikuti penyuluhan Pemanfaatan social media sebagai pemutus rantai pemasaran sehingga masyarakat di desa tersebut mengalami kemajuan dan tidak terbelakang, besarnya antusias masyarakat dalam Memperkenalkan produk secara online dengan kemampuan yang telah ada namun kurang terasah, berhasil Memberikan format pembukuan untuk melatih warga yang berwirausaha dalam mengelolah keuangan. Sehingga tingkat perekonomian di desa tersebut meningkat secara baik.

This study aims to analyze teacher activities in educating religious students on religious tolerance, which is packaged through information services using film media. In this research, the film used is The Santri film by director Livi Zheng, released in 2019. The research location is in MTs. Insan Cita Medan, with research informants, focused on class VIII. This study uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach. The research sample was 30 students, determined by purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaire to obtain data about information services and consultations to determine student responses to these services. Test the hypothesis made with the Product Moment formulation and for its significance using the t-test. The study results show a significant positive effect of information services using film media on religious tolerance in students VIII MTs. Insan Cita Medan Learning Year 2021/2022 with a correlation index of r-count = 0.7155 > r-table = 0.334 and a significant level of 51.19%. Thus the better the information services provided, the better the changes in the attitude toward religious tolerance of students.

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Classical Guidance in Improving Students' Literacy and Numeracy in Learning in Grade IV SD Al-Washliyah Percut. The method used was an experimental type of pre-experimental through a quantitative approach, the researchers used 18 students as samples in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' literacy and numeracy abilities after being given Classical Guidance. It can be concluded that Classical Guidance is effective for increasing students' Literacy and Numeracy Ability in learning. In the Wilcoxon test, it is known that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05 indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test, this indicates that there is an influence on the difference in the treatment given during the pre-test and post-test. Significantly from pretest to posttest there was a change in students, namely an increase in literacy and numeracy skills after receiving the Classical Guidance Service treatment. Students gain relatively high final abilities compared to initial abilities. In other words, the Classical Guidance Service is effective in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills in learning. It is recommended that future researchers develop more skills in providing guidance and counseling services in elementary schools and adapt them to the needs of elementary school students. ____________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Bimbingan Klasikal dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi Siswa Dalam Belajar di Kelas IV SD Al-Washliyah Percut. Metode yang digunakan adalah ekperimen dengan jenis pre-eksperimental melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, peneliti menggunakan 18 siswa sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa setelah diberikan Bimbingan Bimbingan Klasikal, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bimbingan Bimbingan Klasikal efektif untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi siswa dalam belajar. Pada uji wilcoxon diketahui nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dengan post- test, ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap perbedaan perlakuan yang diberikan pada saat pre-test dan post-test. Secara signifikan dari pretest ke posttest terjadi perubahan pada siswayaitu peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi setelah mendapatkan perlakuan Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal. Siswa memperoleh kemampuan akhir yang relatif tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan awal. Demikian dengan kata lain Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa dalam belajar. Direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan lebih mengembangkan keterampilan dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa sekolah dasar.

Implementation of the independent learning campus policy is to encourage a more independent and flexible quality of learning in higher education. Only a few of the students were able to follow this development. The aims of this study is to analyze implementation of free learning prototype curriculum in blended learning to improve the quality counseling technique practice lectures for student guidance and counseling study program.This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of experiment. The population in this study were students of the Guidance and Counseling study program, who were taking the Counseling Approach course in the even semester of 2021/2022. The instrument used is a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale model. The results of the reliability test of the lecture quality instrument were 0.922. The research data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The research findings show that with the correlation obtained from the SPSS output display model summary 26.00 showing the magnitude of the hypothesis test results obtained r-count = 0.329 and r-table = 0.312 so that the results of r-count > r-table (0.329 > 0.312). This shows that there is a positive influence on the strategy of using the independent learning curriculum to improve the quality of lectures in a positive direction.

This research aims to analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher performance during the adaptation period to new habits. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data from the field, then compiling, analyzing and interpreting, through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that first, school principals have a big role in improving teacher performance during the period of adaptation to new habits. Second, school principals use various effective methods in improving the quality of education. Third, teachers take an active part in implementing the school work program. Thus, the principal as a leader has a big role in the professionalism of the teachers in the school environment he leads. This has an impact on improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Perbaungan, so that it can help the school graduate students with competencies that are able to compete.

Previous research shows that the majority of students have a negative mindset towards learning mathematics, ranging from boredom, boredom, difficulty and uninteresting. This research aims to determine the effect of Self Talk Therapy to change the negative mindset in learning mathematics for class group guidance with a self-talk therapy approach. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the research show changes in the negative mindset of students learning mathematics in the pre-test in the low category before being treated with group guidance services. There is a positive and significant difference in changes in students' negative mindset about learning mathematics in the post test after being treated with group guidance services with self-talk therapy. There is an influence of Self Talk Therapy to change the negative mindset of studying mathematics in class XI social sciences students at Muhammadiyah 1 Medan senior high school.
