Abstract

Lingkungan belajar yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis sebagai manajer dalam mengelola berbagai aspek untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, mulai dari perencanaan program, pengorganisasian sumber daya, supervisi pembelajaran, hingga membangun kolaborasi dengan seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam mewujudkan lingkungan belajar yang efektif di SD Negeri 2 Wameo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah merancang program-program peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan pengelolaan sekolah secara bertahap sesuai kemampuan anggaran. Pembagian tugas dilakukan berdasarkan kompetensi guru dan staf, serta mendorong keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Supervisi pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, meskipun masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan waktu dan beban administratif. Dampak positif terlihat pada terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih tertib, bersih, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

This article is the result of community service activities carried out collaboratively by students, teachers, and lecturers of the University of Muhammadiyah Buton through the School Field Introduction (PLP) 2 program at SD Negeri 1 Wameo. The purpose of this activity is to instill and internalize the values of local wisdom as the basis for the formation of peace-loving character in elementary school students. The implementation method includes three main stages, namely: (1) character development through an educational approach, (2) application of local values through interactive and contextual activities such as role-playing, and (3) strengthening and interpreting character through reflection and habituation. The local values raised are sourced from the Buton cultural philosophy, namely PO-5: Pomaamaasiaka (loving each other), Popiapiara (caring for each other), Pomaemaeka (mutual respect), Poangka-angkata (raising each other's dignity), and Pobincibinciki (caring for each other's feelings). The results of the activity showed that students not only understood grades cognitively, but were also able to experience them emotionally and socially in daily life. This activity proves that an approach based on local wisdom can be an effective strategy in strengthening character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the optimization of digital library management in supporting learning at Public Senior High School 6 Baubau, particularly in relation to improving access to learning resources, integrating information technology, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving grade X and XI teachers, grade X and XI students, and the school librarian. The findings indicate that the digital library significantly expands students’ access to various learning resources such as e-books, electronic journals, and interactive learning media that support independent learning. Moreover, the application of information technology through online catalogs and app-based lending systems has enhanced the efficiency of library services. School management has provided strong support through the provision of digital infrastructure, system development, and training for teachers and librarians. Positive collaboration between teachers and librarians in developing curriculum-aligned digital learning materials further strengthens the integration of the library into the learning process. In conclusion, the digital library plays a crucial role in shaping a modern learning ecosystem that is inclusive, efficient, and adaptive to the development of educational technology, while also enhancing digital literacy and active student participation in the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence the reading interest of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Lamangga in the digital era and to formulate relevant and applicable solutions to improve literacy culture among students. A qualitative approach was used with a case study design, where data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents. The results of the study indicate that students' reading interest is still relatively low, which is caused by several main factors, including the limited collection of books in the school library that are less interesting and less suited to children's interests, the dominance of the use of digital technology for entertainment such as games and videos, minimal parental involvement in accompanying children to read at home, and literacy learning strategies in the classroom that are still monotonous and have not utilized digital media optimally. To overcome these problems, this study recommends four main solutions: (1) developing a more diverse book collection that suits students' interests, (2) integrating digital technology such as e-book and audiobook applications into literacy activities, (3) involving parents through family literacy programs, and (4) implementing innovative and interactive learning strategies in the classroom. It is hoped that by implementing this approach, students' interest in reading can be increased sustainably and literacy activities can become a fun and meaningful part of students' learning lives in the digital era.

Abstract

Teacher performance management plays a strategic role in determining the quality of the learning process and student outcomes, especially at the elementary school level. Teachers function not only as knowledge transmitters but also as planners, implementers, and evaluators of learning. This study aims to describe how teacher performance management, which includes lesson planning, teaching implementation, and work motivation, contributes to improving the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga. The research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the main informants being the fourth-grade teacher and the principal. The results show that teachers who prepare structured lesson plans can create more effective learning environments. Active and innovative classroom instruction encourages greater student participation and deeper understanding of the subject matter. In addition, teachers with strong work motivation demonstrate discipline and a sense of responsibility that positively influence students' enthusiasm for learning. In conclusion, effective teacher performance management has a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes and should be a major focus in primary education management.

Abstract

This research examines the intricate issues of land grabbing and agrarian conflicts in Indonesia, spotlighting the socio-economic and legal challenges faced by local communities, smallholders, and indigenous peoples. Utilizing a normative legal methodology, the study delves into statutory, conceptual, and futuristic approaches to analyze the phenomenon of land grabbing, which has been exacerbated by global food demand, economic interests, and the expansion of capitalism. The enactment of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the new Criminal Code (KUHP) in Indonesia marks a pivotal development in addressing crimes against land, offering robust legal protection against land dispossession, and ensuring equitable land transactions. The research underscores the dire need for agrarian reform, rooted in the principles of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) and aimed at rectifying the unequal distribution of land. It argues for a balanced approach that harmonizes the interests of society, including marginalized groups, with those of investors to foster sustainable development and social justice. The study highlights the legislative efforts to tackle land-related crimes through the new KUHP, emphasizing the significance of transparency, fairness, and the protection of legal rights in land management. Through a comprehensive analysis, this research contributes to the discourse on sustainable national development, advocating for policy reforms and legal measures to combat land grabbing. It calls for a more democratic policy-making process, involving civil society's active participation, to ensure equitable land distribution and uphold the welfare of smallholders and indigenous peoples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan hukum pidana dalam kasus pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan oleh pers di era digital dengan tujuan memetakan kerangka normatif, menelaah interpretasi yudisial, dan merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan agar tercipta keseimbangan antara perlindungan reputasi dan kebebasan pers. Menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif yang mengombinasikan statute approach, case approach, dan conceptual approach, penelitian menelaah KUHP (lama dan KUHP baru), UU Pers, UU ITE, serta putusan pengadilan dan dokumen kebijakan terkait periode 2020–2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya tumpang tindih regulasi dan inkonsistensi penerapan: produk jurnalistik seharusnya tunduk pada mekanisme lex specialis UU Pers (hak jawab, hak koreksi, Dewan Pers), sementara KUHP dan UU ITE kerap dipergunakan sebagai jalan pidana terutama terhadap konten yang tersebar melalui platform elektronik pribadi yang berpotensi menyebabkan kriminalisasi berlebih terhadap jurnalis. Putusan yudisial terbaru mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran menuju penilaian substantif yang mempertimbangkan kepentingan publik, verifikasi jurnalistik, dan unsur niat (mens rea). Penelitian merekomendasikan harmonisasi peraturan, penguatan peran Dewan Pers sebagai filter awal, penggunaan pidana hanya sebagai ultimum remedium, serta penerapan mekanisme restorative justice sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa. Temuan ini relevan bagi pembuat kebijakan, aparat penegak hukum, dan pelaku media dalam merumuskan praktik penegakan hukum yang proporsional di era informasi digital.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia memiliki peran penting sebagai alat komunikasi dan identitas bangsa. Dalam praktiknya, penggunaan bahasa ini sangat beragam, tergantung pada situasi, media, serta pengaruh sosial dan budaya. Artikel ini menggabungkan dua kajian, yakni mengenai keragaman bentuk bahasa Indonesia dan pentingnya Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) sebagai acuan penulisan yang benar. Pembahasan mencakup jenis ragam bahasa, mulai dari yang formal hingga nonformal, serta tantangan seperti pengaruh bahasa asing, rendahnya kesadaran berbahasa, hingga minimnya konten berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas. Sementara itu, kajian PUEBI menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman kaidah penulisan, ejaan, dan tanda baca dalam membentuk komunikasi yang efektif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, tulisan ini merekomendasikan perlunya edukasi berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan media digital, dan kebijakan yang mendorong penggunaan bahasa Indonesia secara baik dan benar.

Abstract

Capital markets in developing countries, including Indonesia, face various obstacles in applying the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), commonly used to analyze the relationship between risk and return. This study aims to test the validity of the CAPM in the Indonesian capital market and compare it with capital markets in developed countries. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, examining various studies related to the CAPM in developing markets and the factors that influence the model's accuracy. The study shows that the validity of the CAPM in developing capital markets is limited, primarily influenced by exchange rate variables, market volatility, and differences in economic conditions compared to developed markets. Evaluation of the risk-return relationship and investor risk profiles provides the basis for investment recommendations that are more appropriate to market conditions.The CAPM cannot be fully applied validly in developing markets like Indonesia, requiring model adaptations and investment strategies that take local factors into account to improve prediction accuracy and the effectiveness of investment decision-making.

Abstract

The moving class system is a strategy to improve the quality of learning, aiming to create a more engaging and innovative learning environment, and reduce student boredom. Furthermore, this system is designed to address the limited learning resources often found in static classrooms. The primary objective of implementing a moving class is to create an ideal educational environment by providing specially designed thematic classrooms equipped with various learning media tailored to the characteristics of each subject. In the context of Hadith learning, classrooms are specifically designed by providing educational games, television (TV), and reference books to enhance students' understanding and memorization of hadith. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects involving the principal, five teachers, and five students at MTsS Maghfirah Islamic Leadership Boarding School (MILBoS). This study aims to describe the empirical reality related to the implementation of the Moving Class System in Hadith learning at MTsS MILBoS. The results show that the role of teachers in implementing the moving class concept is not limited to being educators alone, but also as facilitators in the implementation of the system. Teachers are required to be more proactive and creative in managing classrooms and utilizing learning resources, particularly in adapting the room design to the characteristics of the subjects being taught. Infrastructure and learning media have proven to play a strategic role in supporting the teaching and learning process, so each classroom needs to be equipped with relevant media. This system is implemented through a class transfer mechanism every time a subject changes, so students learn in a space that has been tailored to their material needs.
